Bacteriological culturing revealed CNS isolated from clinical and subclinical cases 28 (60.9%), 19 (25%) respectively, CPS isolated from clinical cases only 9 (19.6%) and E. coli isolated from clinical and subclinical cases 9 (19.6%), 30 (39.5%) respectively. Serological identification of 10 E. coli isolates revealed following serotypes (O26, O111, O114, O125, O146 and O166). Sensitivity test for (CPS) showed that the highest resistance was to amoxicillin 66.7% and the lowest resistance was to Gentamycin and Sulphatrimethoprime 11%, (CNS) showed that the highest resistance was to Oxacillin 46.8% then Kanamycin 8.5% and E. Coli showed that the highest resistance was to Oxacillin 59%, the lowest resistance was to Gentamycin 5.1%, complete susceptibility to Enrofloxacine, Ciprofloxacine and high susceptibility to Gentamycin and Sulphatrimethoprime. Multiplex PCR of (CPS) isolates resulted in all isolates give a positive reaction at 279bp of nuc genes (Staphylococcus aureus) (S. aureus) meanwhile 2 isolates 1.6% (2/122) give a positive reaction at 147bp of mecA genes (methicillin resistance S. aureus) (MRSA). The objective of this study is to isolate and identify the common bacterial isolates from mixed breed mastitic cows, detection the antibiotics sensitivity of the studied bacteria and molecular detection of nuc genes (S. aureus specific primers) and mecA genes (methicillin resistance S. aureus specific primers) in (CPS).","PeriodicalId":188287,"journal":{"name":"Assiut University Bulletin for Environmental Researches","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128760757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In Egypt it is frequent an escape from cultivation in Nile Delta and Oases of the Libyan Desert. Lupin has a tap root system, the main root reaches depth of 1-2 m which bears nodules formed by Bradyrhizobium for nitrogen fixation. Lupinus albus adapts to phosphorus (P) deficiency with a highly coordinated modification of root development and biochemistry resulting in short, densely clustered secondary roots called proteoid or cluster that release vast amounts of phosphatemobilizing carboxylates capable of making poorly available nutrients more available.. It has the ability of accessing sparingly available P, as well as being able to symbiotically fixation of N2, thus it would provide Lupinus species possess ideal combination of traits to act as ecosystem engineers. This plant was important to many Mediterranean civilizations and was domesticated in the old world and new world. It is known to have been cultivated since ancient times in Greece, Italy, Egypt and Cyprus. It has unique traits of protein, low starch, and contains alkaloids that provide the plant a chemical defense against herbivores. It adapts best in well-drained, mildly acid or neutral soils of light to medium texture. These services are provided by air traffic controllers using different communication systems and navigation aids. Transmitting antenna of communication system emits electromagnetic waves which have adverse health effects on the workers of the tower. This work is dealing with the electromagnetic radiation effects on workers in Suhaj airport tower by using: simulation process for the antennas at frequencies dedicated for Suhaj airport, on-site measurements, comparing results with standards and a designed questionnaire. The main objective of this research is to mitigate the exposure of workers to hazard and risk from electromagnetic radiation and protect them from its side effects. This study concluded that most of the areas inside the ATCT meet the safe standards except the top roof area where, antenna exist. The questionnaire showed that most of the staff are concerned of EMR in the tower and thought that the EMR has adverse health effect.","PeriodicalId":188287,"journal":{"name":"Assiut University Bulletin for Environmental Researches","volume":"172 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120978454","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, detailed accurate information about changes is urgently needed for updating LULC maps, to provide information for policymakers to support sustainable development, and the management of natural resources. The purpose of this paper was to extract reliable land cover information from two Landsat imageries with moderate resolution (Landsat 5 TM and Landsat 8 OLI) over a 15 years period (1999 to 2014) using post-classification change detection analysis. Traditional post-classification change detection approach based on pixel-based classification. However, in this paper, both of pixel based and segment-based classification approaches are deployed and the appropriateness of the classifications to derive accurate land cover maps. Then, Markov model is used to predict and simulate trends of LULC changes during the period of 1999 to 2014 and a future land cover map of the year 2050 are produced. The results showed that image segmentations led to better classification accuracy (86.67% in 1999 and 94.09% in 2014). Vice versa, traditional classification led to poorer accuracy (83.33% in 1999 and 93.33% in 2014).","PeriodicalId":188287,"journal":{"name":"Assiut University Bulletin for Environmental Researches","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114614914","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
