Carbon footprint is defined as the total greenhouse gases resulting from industrial, service, or personal emissions, and its measurement is to reduce the negative effects of those emissions. Hospitals account for 3% of US greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions with 54% derived from supply chain goods and services. Reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, which are responsible for the effects related to climate change, is one of the biggest challenges facing our society. Reducing the carbon footprint of healthcare requires direct action to reduce waste and energy use, but also requires radical reform of care pathways so that the only patients who come to or stay in hospital are people whose healthcare cannot safely be delivered closer to home. Our goal in this study is to assess the carbon footprint of Shefaa Al-Orman Hospital (SOH). The idea of cartographic and spatial modeling of train movement comes as a result of frequent accidents and irregular train movement on the one hand, and the difficulty of citizens dealing with scheduled data related to train times. Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Global Coordinate System (GPS), Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), and Database Management Systems (DBMS), in order to build and manage a new kind of database, which are databases of moving objects, which through processing, cartographic representation, and management allow Interactively animated object paths and streamlines. In geography, we try to focus on the concept of climate comfort, which is particularly controlled by temperatures.Although these conditions the various anthropogenic activities such as tourism, this subject is not often addressed by researchers in Saudi Arabia. To make up for this, we try to do it in Aseer. Motivated by the future of this province which wants to be a tourist destination privileged. The spatial and temporal analysis of the thermal comfort allows besides the knowledge of the detailed thermal truth of this province, to search for possible complementarities to the spatial and temporal scales. To achieve this main objective, we statistically process the average, maximum and minimum thermal data of four stations recorded during the period 1985-2020.
