However, with the country's gradual intensification of aviation safety supervision, and the continuous innovation, update and improvement of relevant technical means at home and abroad, the current domestic civil aviation prevention and control work has been exposed. There are many problems. Based on the knowledge graph and GA algorithm, this paper constructs a monitoring model for effective prevention and control of civil aviation illegal interference behavior, outlines the concept of knowledge graph and the classification of civil aviation illegal interference behavior, and designs and develops a precise prevention and control system for civil aviation illegal interference behavior. Due to the differences in physical properties between water and air, the vehicle usually ensures its adaptability to different environments through morphing. This paper proposed a novel sweptback wing for trans-media vehicle to achieve its ability to transfer between the air and the water. Through sweeping back and fit itself with the fuselage of the vehicle, it can reduce the underwater resistance and buoyance on the vehicle. And when the vehicle is flying in the air, the wings are spread out to provide lift. The sweptback wing's kinematics model is established, and its motion trajectory is analyzed. In the iterative process of the algorithm, the optimal value stagnation problem is solved by constantly adjusting the particle search neighborhood and dynamically updating the jump factor, so as to effectively improve the ability of the algorithm to jump out of the local optimal value. This paper designs a computer-aided analysis system of exercise load based on big data technology. Hardware part: design active power filter, connect LCD interface circuit and related accessories; Software part: obtain the measurement characteristics of exercise load, reflect the depth of the load on the body stimulation, big data technology to establish a computer-aided analysis database, divide the data structure type, according to the number of abnormal fluctuations in the sampling value queue, adaptive hybrid filtering algorithm to set the software quantitative function. By regulating the distribution of human re-sources and rationalizing the use of material resources, rail transit system can bring maximum economic benefits to operators and maximize benefits for society, which is a hot topic of social discus-sion and attention at present. Based on fuzzy control algorithm, congestion entropy is used to improve the multi-group hierarchical joint optimization algorithm. Then, FNN (Fuzzy Neural Network), an intelligent method, is applied to the study of the interval time of urban rail transit, and a FNN model is constructed with reference to the mathematical model.
