Handling such situations are easier when speech based systems are introduced. Our proposed system solves this problem by recognizing keywords through the microphone and executing appropriate tasks for different applications the user uses. The application replicates keyboard data packets and sending different ones to the keyboard driver based on the input keyword. These Data Packets would help control third party application functions such as Tab Switching and Search input in Browsers, Window shuffle while Multitasking, Navigation, Selection and Search functions in Explorers, Slideshow control for Presentations and Playback controls for Media players, etc. This system could help users to avoid the keyboard interaction in presentation displays and navigations.","PeriodicalId":186440,"journal":{"name":"2022 8th International Conference on Smart Structures and Systems (ICSSS)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127023509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The IOT facing lack of data efficient, improperly updates device, unawareness of user security and privacy and device monitoring. The idea of IOT is access to give everything to the internet. It provides not only for machine to human connection; however, it also generates connection between one machines to another and as the whole thing is connected with internet service and generate information. So, the creating the data by these strategies is rising up quickly, the large expanse of data is called as big data. The IOT system constraints the low computational speed and power to used traditional encryption techniques like AES, DES and 3DES. The existing techniques are not enough for IOT security devices, so, we improve our security service to develop a lightweight encryption technique to use for IOT devices to implement a secure transmission and communication of device environment. For securing data, we need cryptography and steganography algorithm to use data secured over the internet. The main goal of this research analysing the best assessment of lightweight cryptography's methods using IOT devices.","PeriodicalId":186440,"journal":{"name":"2022 8th International Conference on Smart Structures and Systems (ICSSS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128073413","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Diabetes have become one of the most commonly witnessed diseases or disorder. There are only control measures and there is no actual treatment for Diabetes. It is caused due to genetic / inheritance or autoimmune diseases. Uncontrolled diet could also be a cause for type II diabetes. There are three types - type I, type II, Gestational diabetes where type - I is no production or very low synthesis of insulin and type - II is the lack of insulin or insulin resistance. The type - II can be managed by the diet controls whereas type - I highly requires insulin management. So, there is a huge need for continuous glucose monitoring. There are several glucose monitoring devices and some real time continuous glucose monitoring. There are various technologies with different advantages. The non-invasive CGM would be most preferable, yet has several disadvantages. The availability and cost effectiveness of CGM is still questionable. Deterioration of the environment by the depletion of natural resources such as air, soil and water cause environmental degradation. When the temperature gets high, the climatic change leads an increase in the ozone layer, air pollutant. Due to these disruptions, the conditions of the living beings are getting changed. To maintain the proper temperature and climatic conditions, the usage of carbon, fuels, plastics and non biodegradable products has to be prohibited. Due to the emission of harmful air pollutants, the climatic change is getting changed accordingly. Contaminating the air can damage the air quality in the environment. Hence, the air quality and the climatic change play a vital role in the environment aspect. For detecting the various climatic condition states and the air quality, the variations over the dataset have to be predicted. By predicting those values, the use of non biodegradable products can be decreased. For the prediction and classifying the training dataset, machine learning approach is implemented. By using the supervised learning approach, the dataset can be classified by predicting the condition state. The use of this approach is to take initiative and precautionary step of reducing the non biodegradable products which are used. Climatic factors change according to the temperature humidity, wind speed, pressure, moisture content, wind direction.","PeriodicalId":186440,"journal":{"name":"2022 8th International Conference on Smart Structures and Systems (ICSSS)","volume":"52 10-11","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134363052","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The attacked node tries to attack other nodes, forming a wormhole tunnel in the process. When a wormhole attack is launched, Information bundles on one or the other side of the wormhole connection can be caught, sent through the wormhole connection, and rebroadcast on the other hub. Network coding has been proved to be an excellent method for improving the performance of wireless systems. To detect wormholes, a centralized approach is presented initially, and its accuracy is rigorously demonstrated. A circulated discovery calculation against wormhole in remote organization coding frameworks is proposed. The assaulting hubs are caught on the two sides of the organization, and afterward isolated from the remainder of the organization. Bundle misfortune is brought about by assaulted hubs; to avoid packet loss, data is transmitted by separating the attacked node from the network. By separating the attacked nodes from the source node to the destination node, the packets are retransmitted. The shortest path across the path that is not affected is determined and the packets are attempted to transmit from the source to send the packets effectively and successfully.","PeriodicalId":186440,"journal":{"name":"2022 8th International Conference on Smart Structures and Systems (ICSSS)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134378479","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Researchers have formerly developed Machine Learning (ML) models to predict Sepsis and other medical conditions. Performance of ML models dependent on the quality of the data set used for training. Class imbalance is one of the problems observed in medical data sets. In this paper, we have presented a comparative study of three class imbalance handling techniques to identify the best among the three. We made a comparison on performance metrics of predictive models developed using ML classification algorithms. We proposed a four-phase approach for predictive model development. Consequently, we used healthcare parameters available at any peripheral basic health facility and do not require laboratory investigations. Further, we proposed a novel machine learning predictive model, “Sepsis Prediction Model for Peripheral Hospitals (SPMPH), ” for sepsis prediction in ICU patients. SPMPH provides better accuracy (.95), precision (.98), recall (.91) and AUROC (.978) as compared to other available models.","PeriodicalId":186440,"journal":{"name":"2022 8th International Conference on Smart Structures and Systems (ICSSS)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133347525","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The statistical optimization and probabilistic approaches used in the branch of artificial intelligence enables computers to “learn” from previous data and detect complicated patterns in large, noisy, or complex data sets. There are many machine learning methods used to predict the mortality of a patient after the lung cancer surgery. The data is collected from patients who underwent major surgeries like Heart Transplant, Lung Transplant and removal of parts of the lungs full of the cancer, this data is used as reference to predict the risk to the patient after the surgery. In this project the overall analysis is done by taking the patient's past medical records, daily habits and predicts outcomes based on records from previous year's surgeries. So, in our project we are building two models using Random Forest, SVM and then the model with best accuracy is used to predict the severity of patient after lung cancer surgery. This outcome will help the doctors to guide the patient on whether to have surgery or not. If doctors believe the surgery may impair the patient's quality of life and there is a known high probability of death within a year, then both parties can decide whether to follow through on surgery or decide an alternative treatment method. So, we will classify the post-operative life span of a patient into two classes i.e., high risk factor with chance of death after surgery and the other one is survival. Here, Random Forest, SVM, and Logistic Regression are used to predict the risk factor.","PeriodicalId":186440,"journal":{"name":"2022 8th International Conference on Smart Structures and Systems (ICSSS)","volume":"13 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114124006","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The rate of BLDC motors is controlled using a PSO-based controller that takes acceleration into consideration. Particle swarm optimization is used to find the proper PI controller parameters, Kp and Ki, based on the designed speed reference and response speed. Because of its long processing lifespan, large speed response, high efficiency, and superior speed vs. torque characteristics, BLDC motors are now widely employed in various industrial and automobile applications. The results show that the Particle swarm optimization controller can properly manage the BLDC motor's speed while maintaining the necessary response speed. This paper shows how to use MATLAB/Simulink to build an electrical motor model and monitor the success of a Motor drive controller with a Pi control – Particle swarm control scheme. The speed is managed by a PID Controller that is optimised using the PSO technique in the model described. BLDC motors have been widely employed in variable-speed applications of motor drives because they have a higher peak speed, a better torque-to-weight ratio, and a simpler structure.","PeriodicalId":186440,"journal":{"name":"2022 8th International Conference on Smart Structures and Systems (ICSSS)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114108586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To operate underwater autonomously intelligence computer vision will be the key technology. In a submerged environment light is weak and poor-quality image enhancement, used as pre-processing procedures, are required to enable underwater vision. The paper presents a mix that enhances images using CNN and CBAM, super resolution. This paper proposes to utilize attenuation module for adaptive residual learning to filter out the features which are irrelevant from the previous layers. It should be mentioned that both wavelength-driven multi-contextual design and attentive residual learning are not proposed for UIR.
