So measuring the hydrophobicity of insulators is an important way to evaluate their performance. This research proposes a method to auto-detect insulatorpsilas contact angles with image processing and curve fitting. According to the characteristic of water drop on insulatorpsilas surface, the median filter and the gray stretch are adopted to preprocess the water drop image. The edge detection algorithm with the Robert operator and the iterative arithmetic on optimized threshold for region partition are deployed to implement image segmentation. The proposed method combines iterative arithmetic for sketch extraction and the neighborhood arithmetic for outline tracking to find the corresponding water drop contour. Then, the polynomial fitting is deployed to fit the discrete points on the drop contour and the contact angles can be calculated by derivation from the polynomial deduced from the polynomial fitting. The information measure combined with simulated annealing algorithm is used to remove the internal noise; then wavelet domain HMT model is used to denoise; at last we design quadratic B-spline wavelet to extract the edge feature information. The quadratic B-spline smoothing filter performing multi-scale filtering is designed using the characteristics of wavelet transform. The obtained multi-scale wavelet transform is combined to extract image edge at different scales. This paper tests the algorithm on the cluster system. The results show that the application of the algorithm presented in this paper outperforms equivalent sequential genetic algorithms for the optimization and also improves the efficiency of the computing time. Based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard, wireless sensor devices are developed in the proposed system. The motor current and voltage signals are acquired and analyzed by a DSP device to get the condition of motors, and the results are transmitted over the wireless network to a central supervisory station (CSS), where they are stored, displayed and analyzed to meet the requirement of motor monitoring and energy management. This approach greatly reduces the transmission time. That makes the proposed system acceptable in real-time cases. The algorithm is constructed by integrating the elastic registration algorithm based on B-spline wavelet and the priori knowledge of the maximum likelihood (ML) and maximum a posteriori (MAP) estimation into a MGRF model. In the MGRF model, the reference and test images are the known conditions and B-spline wavelet is the basis function constructing the elastic deformation function. The coefficients of B-spline wavelet in the deformation function are the parameters to be evaluated. Most traditional methods for system design are complex and can not get satisfactory effect. Recent work in dynamic inversion with neural network may be applied to control a MAV where the reference commands include position, velocity, attitude and angular rate. This control technology can provide the MAV with an admirably command follow and steady control capability. Neural networks are used directly as the controller as well as indirect designs that are based on a neural network process model. The emulator is compiled by using NNCTRL20 and NNSYSID20 in MATLAB. Then the main result of this simulation is presented. It indicates that the method has high precision and strong stability, which can serve the control of MAV. Assuming that the robustness is quantified by the critical threshold Tc, at which a phase transition occurs from normal state to collapse, we find the strongest robustness against cascading failures in the case of alpha =1, which is a tunable parameter in our model. We further discuss the correlations between the average degree <k> of BA network and Tc, and draw the conclusion that Tc has a negative correlation with the average degree <k>, i.e., the bigger the value of <k>, the smaller the critical threshold Tc. The black-box model directly used the heat exchanger's input and output data to train the neural network. It constantly adjusted the network's weight to record the system's dynamic characteristics, and then predict output. Having known the heat exchanger's operating point, the gray-box model used filtered input and output data to train the neural network. It also identified the model parameters at the operating point, and then predicted output.
