It is an entirely concept based on Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and Linguistic resources. In Indian languages, Gujarati is an Indo — Aryan language with rich and high inflection. In these languages, several words have common root that's need to be reduced by using stemmer. Stemmer is used to reduce a word to its root without understanding of semantic meaning. In Natural Language Processing, it is initial step to identify the root or base of the word. A word can be simple or compound. For example, the word ‘***’ is simple word because it can't be decomposed. While, the word ‘***’ is a compound word, because the word is made up of two parts: root ‘***’ and suffix ‘***’. We have developed an algorithm for reducing affixes from the Gujarati words and get optimal output as compare to the previous hybrid algorithm. The GUJSTER (GUJarati STEmmeR) also check the stem word into online Gujarati Dictionary.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131585721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Now a day, due to increasing the technology we can get the opinions of the users with web mining. In our proposed work we present an algorithm to mining the user's positive and negative reviews. For this purpose first we collect the data from the famous online shopping websites and get the reviews of the users related to mobile handsets. In this process, we define 6 common features Camera, Battery, Screen, Sounds, Design and hardware/software performance, of three handsets and then find and collect related reviews as dataset for our proposed algorithm. We also collect the negative and positive words that are commonly used for reviews. For review mining, we use MATLAB as simulation platform. Our proposed algorithm counts the positive and negative features for getting the reviews results. Then all are compared. Our proposed algorithm is describing very effective results and has successfully comprised the features properties of the handsets.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128205074","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Carbon nanotube field effect transistor (CNTFET) has been used in the present work as a low power circuit element. The major advantage of CNTFET is low power and energy consumption as compared to the conventional CMOS. This paper proposes the basic implementation of CNTFET inverter, MUX and DEMUX circuits. A comparative analysis with conventional CMOS technology using HSPICE tool in 32nm technology with 1.42nm CNT diameter is performed. The simulation results show nearly 94%, 97% and 98% reduction in energy for CNTFET based Inverter circuit, 8:1 MUX and 1:8 DEMUX respectively as compared to CMOS technology.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131083867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

People make tweets on whatever events they are seen in their day to day life. In this paper, we take advantage of this for detecting road traffic by using tweets related to traffic and accidents. The goal of this system is to assign an appropriate class label by using classification techniques. For classification of tweets, we employed logistic regression and SVM classifier. We also used some text mining, machine learning, statistics and natural language processing techniques to extract meaningful information from raw tweets. As there are 6,000 tweets are twitted per second on twitter. So Apache spark is used to handle such large amount of data.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133115101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cloud Computing make feasible for multiple users to, share common computing resources, and to access and store their personal and business information. In cloud computing We stored data on server side as well on client side. Application like Dropbox provide service in such a way that data on server and on client machine are synchronous. So implementing security become very necessary on client side. Traditional algorithm failed once key is compromised. User behavior profiling and decoy technology provide an alternate way to secure data on server which is more efficient and secure. There are many algorithm on user behavior profiling and decoy technology but no one address the problem of efficiently delivering the decoy file in such a way the intruder not able to recognize the difference between the genuine and decoy file, once the anonymous behavior of the user identified. We proposed a system in which we going to use the two technology together i.e user behavior profiling and decoy technology and we also proposed the mechanism by which we generate the decoy file in such a way it matches the content of the genuine file up to the accuracy of 98 percent.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130049380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It not only eases the process of machine learning but also gives a platform for proper functioning of the process. There are cases wherein the data which is important or unidentified is missed during the process of classification. The process of mining is highly affected by the absence of such kind of data. The process of extraction of unknown and new data from the huge dataset that has been left during the classification process is known as novelty detection. This paper reviews the identification of novelty data that is used during the process of classification. Novelty detection generally focuses on the identification of shapes or patterns, space and learning along with density taxonomy models. This paper aims to consider the most typically used ideas in modeling the novelty data to classify and compare the schemes discussed in existing literature as well as to provide useful material for existing state and challenges for the same.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122146423","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The EMG based system is concerned with detection, processing, classification and control application to drive the exoskeleton system. Drawbacks with existing human robotic interface technology is that humans have to make many decisions which requires training. The key idea proposed is that the decisions and control information required for operating the robotic arms can be made by an intelligent signal processing system by sensing EMG activity via electrodes and estimate the parameters of the natural motion of the limbs.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125755915","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The pasted segment may include minor differences from the original segment. As a result of copying and pasting, several code sections may be similar to each other. Such sections are referred to as code clones. This paper presents an approach for detection of these code clones. The reason for detecting them is that they generate problem at the time of software maintenance. Since Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) is one of the well-known classical graph problems it finds its application in various fields and many attempts are being done to improve the speed of MST using parallel computing. Most of the previous attempts made were either too complicated to implement or they perform well only on special graphs with regular structure. The widespread adaption of multicore platforms and GPU's has offered the opportunity to explore new implementation techniques for many algorithms that were originally designed for uniprocessors. By formulating new parallel schemes, the programmers would be able to exploit the multiple hardware frameworks offered in today's platforms in a more efficient way. A category of problems among the most challenging to parallelize are the ones that exhibit inherently sequential characteristics. The discovery of the Single Source Shortest Path or the composition of the Minimum Spanning Forest of a given graph falls into this category. This paper is a survey on the different parallel MST algorithms that are implemented on Multicore architectures.","PeriodicalId":185697,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies (ICICCT)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127641947","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
