The adsorption process was spontaneous and exothermic in nature. The adsorption equilibrium data fitted to Langmuir isotherm. The maximum fluoride loading capacity (Qm) of AHC was found to be 88.7 mg/g. The adsorption process was spontaneous and exothermic in nature. Electrostatic interaction between the anion and the positive functional groups in the adsorbent was the main driving force for the adsorption of fluoride. Hence, activated hydrochar can be promising as an effective adsorbent to treat fluoride contaminated water. In order to describe the heterogeneity and discontinuity of the slope of this kind, uncertainty of the strength and spatial variation of the strength is considered. The reliability of an earth-rock aggregate slope can be obtained with the combination of the Monte Carlo method and Continuum-Discontinuum Element Method (CDEM). The relative displacement between monitoring points are used as the critical index for the failure criteria. An ideal and typical model for the earth-rock aggregate slope is established to demonstrate the analytical procedure of the reliability method. The results show that the reliability of a slope is greatly influenced by the distribution characteristics of the strength parameters. The reliability method based on probability statistics can obtain the correlation between the stability of a slope and the distribution property of the parameters, which provides more comprehensive results compared to the traditional deterministic methods. The results show that the chemical indices (except for TH) of the LB geothermal water exceed the standard with poor quality. For the geothermal water of the Q, only NH4+ and Fexceed the standard. Taking the traditional Lanzhou Yellow River waterwheels as an example, this paper makes a brief analysis of the structure, function, historical evolution and imitation characteristics of the traditional waterwheels, on the basis of which, the modern design method is used. In this paper, a series of design proposals for the structural evolution of the Yellow River waterweels are put forward. These proposals are of great reference value for the study of regional design methods combined with the revitalization of traditional culture and ecological construction. Keywords—regional design; the Yellow River waterwheels; the ecological design I. IMITATION DEFORMATION®IONAL DESIGN Imitation, deformation and composition are the basic thinking mode of the plastic arts. Simulation is related to the selection of the design theme and decides design conception. Deformation and composition absolutely decide how to design, which determines the feasibility of the design. Such as the Beijing Olympic Sports Center bird's nest, its the imitation of the form of original nest. Designers’selecting nest form as symbols of the sports center is the most critical step of the creativity. How to combine the function & structure of the Olympic Stadium with nest form perfectly, is the key process of change and composition. So imitation is one of the learned methods of the human, and its provides luxuriant ideas and resources. [1] Along with the culture and the accelerated development of tourism industry, modern design, based on the regional traditional culture, meets a better opportunity. An important direction of regional design is to extract symbol mode and function model which belong to traditional culture, and use them into modern design in order to meet local people's psychological identities, while creating a different aesthetic psychology.[2] With the Yellow River running through, northwest culture city lanzhou, also has many characteristic region culture symbols. The most typical representative are a sheepskin raft and Yellow River waterwheel. The Yellow River waterwheel is also the most celebrated regional symbolic items, but it did not originate from lanzhou. With the imitation and improvement of other similar irrigation facilities, it was gradually improved perfectly. II. The residual pollutants in recycled water may pose a risk to groundwater. A field study on the spatial and temporal variations concentrations of nitrate, ammonia and chemical oxygen demand (COD) was conducted in Beijing, where recycled water is used to recharge dry rivers. And the effect of a riverbank filtration (RBF) on the nitrogen and organics removal from the Qingyang River was investigated. Water samples from recycled water, river water and groundwater were collected for nitrate, ammonia and COD measurement. The results indicated that river water quality was improved when recycled water was refilled to the river course. The concentration of nitrogen and total phosphorus decreased along the flow directions in the Qingyang River. Higher temperature in summer can promote nitrogen and COD removal in the river. The results indicate that about 63%, 89% and 41% of nitrate, ammonia and COD was removed from the river bank filtration. These results indicate that improving the removal of nitrogen and organics in recycled water and optimizing the management of recharging operation could reduce the risks of nitrogen and organics. Identification of the internal short circuit accurately and in time during the working process is critical for the safety of lithium-ion battery. This method is based on the mean-difference model and the recursive least square algorithm. An equivalent experiment is setup to validate the feasibility of this method for the identification of early-stage internal short circuit. The results indicate that this method can identify the internal short circuit only when the SOC is very low.
