Kebuntingan induk sangat ditentukan oleh salahsatunya oleh produktifitas semen pejantan, yang dapat dievaluasi dengan menduga nilai ripitabilitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktifitas dan nilai ripitabilitas volume, motilitas, konsentrasi dan jumlah sperma motil semen pejantan sapi FH di BIB Lembang. Pada penelitian ini digunakan data produktivitas semen dari 10 ekor pejantan FH, pada 10 periode spermatogenesis sehingga diperoleh 100 data produktivitas semen . Data dianalisis secara deskriprif untuk evaluasi produktifitas semen dan dianalisis dengan analisis ragam untuk mengetahui nilai ripitabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rataan volume semen sebanyak 6,54 ml + 0,71 ml, motilitas sperma 65,09 + 2,28 %, konsentrasi sebanyak 1.305,8 + 21,5 juta/ml dan jumlah sperma motil sebanyak 6.417,8 + 261,6 juta/ml. Nilai ripitabilitas volume semen, konsentrasi sperma dan jumlah sperma motil termasuk kriteria tinggi, masing-masing sebesar 0,423, 0,505 dan 0,46 sedangkan nilai ripitabilitas motilitas sperma termasuk kriteria sedang, yaitu sebesar 0,296. Produktivitas semen pejantan FH di BIB Lembang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci: Produktivitas semen, Ripitabilitas, sapi Frisian Holstein \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000Milk production is largely determined by the reproductive success of Frisian Holstein (FH) cows as the main producer of milk in Indonesia. Maternity pregnancy is largely determined by the productivity of sire semen which can be evaluated by estimating the value of ripitability. This study aims to evaluate the productivity and ripitability value of volume, motility, concentration and the number of motile semen sperm in sire of FH cattle at BIB Lembang. In this study we used semen productivity data from 10 FH sires , at 10 periods of spermatogenesis to obtain 100 semen productivity data. Data were analyzed descriptively for the evaluation of semen productivity and analyzed by analysis of variance to determine the value of ripability. The results showed an average volume of semen of 6.54 ml + 0.71 ml, sperm motility of 65.09 + 2.28%, concentration of 1,305.8 + 21.5 million / ml and the number of motile sperm as much as 6,417.8 + 261 , 6 million / ml. The ripitability value of semen volume, sperm concentration and number of motile sperm were high criteria, respectively 0.423, 0.505 and 0.46 while the ripitability value of sperm motility was moderate criteria, which was equal to 0.296. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikandang percobaan yang bertempat di Kampung Pasawahan Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler Kabupaten Garut. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2018. Metode Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental dan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Pola Faktorial dengan masing-masing perlakuan yaitu Indigofera zollingeriana hasil fermentasi yang terdiri dari 5 taraf dan bonggol pisang hasil fermentasi yang terdiri dari 5 taraf dan di kali 2 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa substitusi bonggol pisang dan indigofera hasil fermentasi memperlihatkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap konsumsi ransum, energi dan air minum ayam broiler. Pengaruh perlakuan terhadap konsumsi ransum dan energi ayam broiler tertinggi pada perlakuan b3i1 (bonggol 3.75% dan Indigofera zollingeriana 6.5%) sedangkan pengaruh perlakuan untuk air minum tertinggi ada pada perlakuan b4i1 (bonggol 5% dan Indigofera zollingeriana 6.5%). \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci : Indigofera zollingeriana, bonggol pisang, konsumsi ransum dan energi. \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000This research purpose to knowing the subtitution effect of rice bran with fermented banana humps and soybean fermented Indigofera zollingeriana on feed consumption, energy and drinking water of broiler chickens.This research was carried out in the field of the experiment which was held in Pasawahan Village, Tanjung Village, West Tarogong , Garut Regency. The time of the research was held in August until September 2018. The experiment was conducted using experimental method Sekolah and using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial with each treatment fermented indigofera whuch cinsists of 5 levels and fermented banan stumps consisting if 5 levels and multiplied by 2 replications. Analysis of variance was used to analyze the effect of treatment on feed consumption, energy and drinking water of broiler chickens. The results showed that the substitution of rice bran with fermented banana stalks and soybean meal with fermented indigofera showed a significant effect on feed consumption, energy and drinking water of broiler chicken. Objek penelitian adalah ternak sapi perah betina Friesh Holland yang ada di wilayah desa Cipangramatan yang umurnya berkisar 15-20 bulan yaitu sebanyak 33 ekor. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah desa Cipangramatan. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama satu bulan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel acak sederhana (simpel random sampling). Keseluruhan data yang diperoleh diolah secara deskriptif analitik, dengan peubah yang diamati adalah bobot badan, lingkar dada, tinggi pundak, panjang badan, lebar dada, dan lebar pinggul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sapi perah betina FH di wilayah desa Cipangramatan memiliki rata-rata bobot badan 307,10 ± 23,49 kg, rata-rata lingkar dada 156,88 ± 3,90 cm, rata-rata tinggi pundak 118,29 ± 5,17 cm, rata-rata panjang badan 125,70 ± 2,36 cm, rata-rata lebar dada 29,27 ± 0,95 cm dan rata lebar pinggul 36,45 ± 1,35 cm. Kesimpulannya bahwa bobot badan dan ukuran tubuh sapi perah FH di wilayah Desa Cipangramatan dapat dikategorikan baik. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci : Sapi Perah FH, Bobot Badan dan Ukuran Tubuh.. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000This resarch aims to study and obtain get description about the Body Weight and Body Measurement Fries Holland Heifers in the area of Cipangramatan Village, Cikajang District. Total object of this research was 33 heifers. The research was carried out in the area of Cipangramatan Village. The study was conducted for one month. The method of the research was survey method. Determining samples by random sampling method. The compiling data was processed under analytic descriptive method, with variables observed was body weight, girth, shoulder height, body length, chest width and hip width. Result of research showed that the avarege body weight was 307,10± 23,49 kg, girth156,88 ± 3,90 cm , shoulder height 118,29 ± 5,17 cm, body length125,70 ± 2,36 cm , chest width 29,27 ± 0,95 cm and hip width 36,45 ± 1,35 cm. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas kimia susu yaitu pH, kadar air, bahan kering dan sifat fisik titik beku dan titik didih yang diberi \u0000konsentrat fermentasi dalam ransum kambing peranakan ettawa. Materi yang digunakan adalah konsentrat dengan bahan limbah hasil pertanian yang mempunyai kandungan serat dan lemak tinggi, Saccaromyces cereviseae, EM 4 dan 20 ekor \u0000kambing peranakan ettawa dengan berbagai periode laktasi 2 dan 3. Metode statistik yang digunakan eksperimental yaitu rancangan acak kelompok penarikan anak contoh \u0000(subsampling) dengan 3 perlakuan yaitu R1 = Rumput lapang+100% konsentrat biasa, R2 = Rumput lapang+50% konsentrat biasa +50% konsentrat fermentasi, dan R3= \u0000Rumput lapang+100% konsentrat fermentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian rumput lapang yang ditambah konsentrat fermentasi dalam ransum menghasilkan perbedaan yang tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap pH, kadar air, bahan \u0000kering, dan titik beku susu. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa pemberian rumput lapang dan konsentrat fermentasi 100% menghasilkan nilai pH 6,83, kadar air 88,46%, bahan kering 11,54%, titik beku -0,5740C, dan titik didih 100,120C. \u0000Kata kunci : komposisi susu, kambing peranakan ettawa, konsentrat fermentasi \u0000Abstract \u0000The chemical characteristics of milk are strongly influenced by several internal and external factors including genetic, age, nation, management, and feed. This research \u0000was conducted at the Laboratory of Dairy Livestock Production, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Padjadjaran University and Mekar Harapan Farmers Group, Ujung \u0000Berung, Bandung. The study aimed to determine the chemical quality of milk such as pH, water content, dry matter, freezing point and boiling point which were given fermented concentrates in ettawa cross breed goat rations. The material used was \u0000concentrates with agricultural waste materials which have high fiber and fat content, Saccaromyces cereviseae, EM 4 and 20 ettawa cross breed goats with various lactation periods 2 and 3. The statistical methods used were experimental randomized \u0000block design (subsampling) with 3 treatments, namely R1 = field grass + 100% ordinary concentrate, R2 = field grass + 50% ordinary concentrate + 50% fermented concentrate, and R3 = field grass + 100% fermented concentrate. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan dan enam ulangan, dengan jumlah perlakuan 18 ekor domba bunting rataaan bobot badan ±35 Kg dengan koefesien variasi 8,63, dan dipelihara di kandang individu. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah imbangan protein dan energi yaitu P1 (10%;59%) P2 (12;63) P3 (13%;68%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan imbangan protein dan energi yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh nyata P0.05 terhadap pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum domba garut betina bunting tiga hingga lima bulan. Imbangan Protein dan TDN 13% dan 68% memberikan pengaruh optimal terhadap konsumsi dan pertambahan bobot badan domba betina bunting tiga hingga lima bulan karena pada dasarnya walaupun konsumsi ransum lebih tinggi pada imbangan protein energi 10:59 tetapi relatip sama pengaruh nya terhadappertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci : Performa, domba garut bunting. \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000This study aims to determine the balance of protein and energy for consumption and increase in body weight of pregnant ewe garut three to five months. The method used was the experimental method using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments and six replications, with amount of treatment 18 pregnant sheep averaging ± 35 Kg body weight with variation of 8.63 coefficients, and maintained in individual cages. The treatments used were protein and energy balance, namely P1 (10%; 59%) P2 (12; 63) P3 (13%; 68%). Bagian ileum berperan lebih \u0000banyak sebagai tempat terjadi penyerapan. Kesehatan organ penyerap sangat dipengaruhi oleh \u0000serat dan banyaknya nutrient terserap, sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap morfologi villi usus. \u0000Kitosan merupakan serat hewan yang digunakan sebagai campuran ransum itik. Tujuan penelitian \u0000adalah melihat potensi kitosan terhadap perkembangan morfologi villi usus halus. Penelitian \u0000menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) 4 perlakuan, 5 ulangan dan masing-masing ulangan \u0000terdiri dari 2 ekor itik. Perlakuan adalah: R0 = 0% kitosan, R1 = 0,5% kitosan, R2 = 2 % kitosan \u0000dan R3 = 2,5% kitosan. Parameter yang diukur: tinggi villi usus, lebar basal villi dan lebar apical \u0000villi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tinggi villi cenderung menurun dengan pemberian \u0000kitosan, lebar basal villi dan lebar apical villi meningkat sampai dosis 2% dan menurun pada \u0000dosis 2,5%. \u0000Kata kunci: Histologi, ileum, itik, kitosan, ransum \u0000Abstract \u0000Nutrient absorption in poultry occurs in the small intestine. The ileum part acts as the site of \u0000absorption. The health of the absorbent organ is strongly influenced by the fiber and the amount \u0000of nutrient absorbed, so that it will affect the morphology of the intestinal villi. Chitosan is an \u0000animal fiber used as a mixture of duck rations. The objective of this study was to look at the \u0000chitosan potential for morphological development of small intestinal villi. The study used \u0000complete randomized design (RAL) 4 treatment, 5 replications and each replication consisted of \u00002 ducks. The treatments were: R0 = 0% chitosan, R1 = 0,5% chitosan, R2 = 2% chitosan and R3 \u0000= 2.5% chitosan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melihat risiko kontaminasi logam berat timbal (Pb) dan cadmium (Cd) yang terjadi pada daging dan hati sapi yang digembalakan di lahan bekas pertanian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SSA (Spektometri Serapa Atom) untuk mendeteksi keberadaan logam berat pada hati dan daging sapi yang digembalakan di bekas lahan pertanian yang terdiri dari 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kandungan logam berat Pb pada hati pada ulangan HTs1-HTs3 yaitu sebesar 1,025-1,352 ppm dan pada daging sapi pada ulangan HTs1-HTs3 yaitu sebesar 1,01-1,005ppm. Maka hati dan daging sapi yang digembalakan di bekas lahan pertanian melebihi ambang batas yang telah ditetapkan SNI maupun WHO. Sedangkan logam berat Cd masih berada diambang batas yang telah diisyaraatkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik studi kasus. Peubah yang diamati terdiri dari service per conception (S/C), conception rate (CR) dan Calving Rate (C/R). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rataan service per conception (S/C) adalah sebesar 1,4, Conception Rate (CR) sebesar 71%, Calving Rate (C/R) 83%. Dengan demikian tingkat keberhasilan inseminasi buatan pada sapi potong betina di Kecamatan Selaawi sudah baik. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci: Inseminasi Buatan, S/C, CR, C/R, sapi potong \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000Research on Evaluation of Beef Cattle Females Success Rate in District Selaawi Garut was held on July 1 until the date of July 31, 2015. The study aims to determine the success rate of artificial insemination which includes service per conception (S/C), conception rate (CR) and Calving Rate (C/R) in beef cattle in the district of Garut Selaawi. The method used is descriptive method with a case study. Variables observed consisted of service per conception (S/C), conception rate (CR) and Calving Rate (C/R). The results showed that the average services per conception (S/C) is at 1.4, Conception Rate (CR) of 71 % , Calving Rate ( C / R ) 83 %. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dengan masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali, adapun perlakuannya sebagai berikut : R1 = Ransum Tanpa tepung kunyit + air minum tanpa vitachick,. R2 = Ransum tanpa tepung kunyit + Air minum dengan vitachick, R3 = Ransum + 0,2 % Tepung Kunyit, R4 = Ransum + 0,4 % Tepung Kunyit, R5 = Ransum + 0,6 % Tepung Kunyit, R6 = Ransum + 0,8 % Tepung Kunyit, dan peubah yang diukur meliputi : konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi ransum, konsumsi air minum serta mortalitas, kemudian dilakukan analisis ragam pada data peubah yang diukur dan bila hasil sidik ragam menunjukkan pengaruh perlakuan memberikan perbedaan yang nyata terhadap peubah yang diukur, maka dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh perlakuan memberikan hasil yang berbeda nyata terhadap pertambahan bobot badan (P0.05) terhadap konsumsi ransum (g), konversi ransum serta mortalitas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di BPPTDK Margawati, Desa Margawati Kecamatan Garut kota Kabupaten Garut pada bulan Mei 2017 sampai September 2017.Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri atas 3 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Jenis perlakuan yang dicobakan yaitu tingkat protein ransum 13% dengan berbagai tingkat energi yang dinyatakan dalam Total Digestible Nutrients (TDN), P1 (Protein 13 % dan TDN 60%), P2 (Protein 13 % dan TDN 65%) dan P3 (Protein 13 % dan TDN 70%). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam terhadap konsumsi bahan kering ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. Apabila hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa imbangan protein dan energi dalam ransum secara statistik tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap konsumsi bahan kering ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci : protein, energi, domba garut \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000This study aims to determine The Effect of Protein and Energy Balance on Garut Females Performance. The research was conducted in BPPTDK Margawati, Margawati Village, Garut City Sub-district, Garut Regency in May 2017 until September 2017. The research used experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted of 3 treatments and 6 replications. Treatment type was 13% protein ration level with various energy level stated in Total Digestible Nutrients (TDN), P1 (Protein 13% and TDN 60%), P2 (Protein 13% and TDN 65%) and P3 (Protein 13 % and TDN 70%). The data of the research were analyzed using the analysis of the variety of consumption of dry matter ration, body weight gain and the conversion of the ration. If the results of the variance analysis show a significant effect, then proceed with Duncan Multiple Range Test.
