Herawati, Tendy Kusmayadi, Tati Rohayati, Titin Nurhayatin","doi":"10.52434/JANHUS.V5I1.1117","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52434/JANHUS.V5I1.1117","url":null,"abstract":"Peternakan ayam broiler merupakan salah satu usaha peternakan yang memberikan kontribusi terbanyak dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan hewani di Indonesia, yang paling utama adalah meningkatkan pendapatan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat masyarakat terhadap usaha peternakan ayam broiler dengan pola kemitraan di Kecamatan Karangpawitan Kabupaten Garut, yang dilakukan pada bulan April 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sensus, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 peternak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dengan jenis data dikuantitatifkan. Pengukuran minat masyarakat dalam beternak ayam broiler dengan menggunakan skala Liekert. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat terhadap usaha ayam broiler di Kecamatan Karangpawitan Kabupaten Garut adalah modal (puas); jaminan pasar (sangat puas); jaminan harga dan nilai ekonomis (sangat puas). Persiapan bahan dan Pengujian sifat fisik pellet dilaksanakan di Laboratorium terpadu Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Garut. Metode  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, yaitu : R0 (dedak padi 5%, bonggol pisang terfermentasi 0%), R1 (dedak Padi 3,75%, bonggol pisang terfermentasi  1,25%), R2 ( dedak padi 2,5%, bonggol pisang terfermentasi 2,5%), R3 (dedak padi 1,25%, bonggol pisang terfermentasi 3,75%), dan R4 (dedak padi 0%, bonggol pisang terfermentasi 5%).  Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam dan bila hasilnya berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan untuk melihat perbedaan antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa substitusi dedak padi dengan bonggol pisang  terfermentasi berpengaruh  terhadap kerapatan tumpukan dan kerapatan pemadatan tumpukan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh  terhadap berat jenis dan sudut tumpukan pellet. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2018 di UPTD BPPTDK Margawati Garut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan dan enam ulangan. Ternak percobaan yang digunakan yaitu 18 ekor Domba Garut yang sudah menjelang melahirkan dengan rataan bobot kurang lebih 41 kg dengan koefesien variasi 8,72%, dan dipelihara dikandang individu. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah imbangan protein dan energi yaitu P1 (10% ; 59%), P2 (12% ; 63), dan P3 (13% ; 68%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa imbangan protein dan energi yang berbeda menghasilkan bobot lahir anak dan bobot induk domba Garut yang sama. \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci : Protein, Energi, Domba Garut. \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000The aims of research this was to determine the protein and energy balance of the birth weight of the lamb and the weight of sheep ewe post partum. Research was carried out in June to August 2018 at the UPTD BPPTDK Margawati Garut. The method used is the experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments and six replications. The experimental object were 18 Garut Sheep that have advanced with an average weight of 41 kg with variation in coefficient of 8.72% and maintained in individual cages. The treatments given were protein and energy balances, namely P1 (10%; 59%), P2 (12%; 63), P3 (13%; 68%). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama satu hari dari kandang yang berlokasi dari Kampung Patrol, Desa Sirna Galih, Kecamatan Cigalontang, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya ke Kampung Cigangsa, Desa Bojongloa, Keacamatan Cilawu, Kabupaten Garut. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan, yaitu : P1 (Jarak Pengangkutan 10 Km), P2 (Jarak Pengangkutan 20 Km), P3 (Jarak Pengangkutan 30 Km), dan P4 (Jarak Pengangkutan 40 Km), dengan menggunakan 100 ekor ayam kampung super yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam 5 unit keramba yang diisi 20 ekor tiap unit keramba, dan tiap unit keramba dibagi 4 kelompok perlakuan dengan 5 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin jauh jarak pengangkutan, maka semakin besar penyusutan dan persentase penyusutan bobot badan ayam kampung super. Sampai jarak pengangkutan 40 km tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penysutan dan persentase penyusutan bobot badan ayam kampung super. Penyusutan dan persentase penyusutan paling tinggi diperoleh pada jarak pengangkutan 40 km yaitu rata-rata sebesar 35,2 gram/ekor dan 4 persen. \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci : Pengangkutan, Penyusutan, Ayam Kampung Super. \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000This research aim ti study the effect of transport distance on depreciation and percentage weight loss of super native chicken, was conducted on 1 day located from Patrol of Sirna Galih Village, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency to Cigangsa of Bojongloa Village, Cilawu District, Garut Regency. The method on this research was experimental method with design conducted Complete Randomized Design, on four treatments and five replications, which as follows; P1 (Transport Distance 10 Km), P2 (Transport Distance 20 Km), P3 (Transport Distance 30 Km), dan P4 (Transport Distance 40 Km), by using 100 super native chickens which were randomly divided into 5 cage units filled with 20 chickens per cage unit, and each cage unit is divided into 4 treatment groups with 5 replications. The results showed that the longer distance of transportation, the greater the lost weight and percentage of lost body weight of super native chicken. Until the transport distance of 40 km does not have a significant effect on lost weight and percentage of lost body weight of super native chicken. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu R0 (bungkil kedelai 26% Indigofera zollingeriana hasil fermentasi 0%), R1 (bungkil kedelai 19,5% Indigofera zollingeriana hasil fermentasi 6,5%), R2 (bungkil kedelai 13% Indigofera zollingeriana hasil fermentasi 13%), R3 (bungkil kedelai 6,5% Indigofera zollingeriana hasil fermentasi 19,5%), dan R4 (bungkil kedelai 0% Indigofera zollingeriana hasil fermentasi 26%). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam dan apabila hasilnya berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan untuk melihat perbedaan antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan substitusi bungkil kedelai dengan Indigofera zollingeriana hasil fermentasi berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. Substitusi bungkil kedelai dengan Indigofera zollingeriana hasil fermentasi dalam ransum sampai taraf 13 persen tidak memberikan efek negatif terhadap performa ayam broiler. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci : Indigofera zolingeriana, Performa, Ayam Broiler \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000The research was aimed to determine the substituting of soybean meal by fermented Indigofera zollingeriana in diets on feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion in broiler. This study using 80 broiler which were randomly placed into 20 cages consisting of 4 chickens. The method used is the experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments used were R0 (soybean meal 26% fermented Indigofera zollingeriana 0%), R1 (soybean meal 19.5% fermented Indigofera zollingeriana 6.5%), R2 (soybean meal 13% fermented Indigofera zollingeriana 13%), and R3 (soybean meal 6.5% fermented Indigofera zollingeriana 19,5%), R4 (soybean meal 0% fermented Indigofera zollingeriana 26%). The research data were analyzed using analysis of variance and if the results were significantly different followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test to see the differences between treatments. The results showed that substituting of soybean meal by fermented Indigofera zollingeriana had a significant effect on feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama thawing terhadap kualitas semen beku Sapi Bali. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Anlisis Of Variance (ANOVA) satu arah dengan empat macam perlakuan yaitu 15, 30, 45 dan 50 detik menggunakan air ledeng (PDAM) temperature 25‐30oC dan dilakukan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini yaitu P1: thawing 15 detik, P2: thawing 30 detik, P3: thawing 45 detik, dan P4: thawing 50 detik. Parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah Motilitas, Viatabilitas, dan Abnormalitas. Hasil menunjukkan nilai terbaik Motilitas pada 15 detik sebesar 86,25%. Viatabilitas sebesar 83,75%. Sedangkan pada Abnormalitas thawing 15 detik memiliki nilai yang lebih rendah sebesar 15,00%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa lama thawing 15 detik dan 30 detik mempunyai kualitas sperma yang lebih baik daripada lama thawing 45 dan 50 detik. \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci : Thawing, Motilitas, Viatabilitas, dan Abnormalitas. \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000This research was carried out in the agricultural department of North Maluku Province (Sofifi). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of thawing time on the quality of Bali frozen semen. Analysis of the data used in this study used an one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with four types of treatments, namely 15 seconds, 30,45, and 50 seconds using tap water (PDAM) temperature of 25-30°C and carried out 4 replications. This research is: P1: 15 seconds thawing, P2: 30 seconds thawing, P3: 45 seconds thawing, and P4: 50 seconds thawing. The parameters observed in this study were motility, viatability, and abnormalities. The results showed the best value of motility at 15 seconds at 86.25%. Viatability is 83.75%. Whereas the 15 second thawing abnormality has a lower value of 15.00%. ANALISIS KELAYAKAN PENGEMBANGAN USAHA PETERNAKAN BROILER POLA MANDIRI DI KABUPATEN GARUT (Analysis Feasibility Enterprise Development of Farmer Broiler Independent Pattern in Garut)

Metode yang digunakan adalah sensus dengan mengukur seluruh anggota populasi dengan mendatangi peternak-peternak.Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2018, dengan jumlah responden 15 orang dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian finansial menunjukan usaha peternakan broiler layak untuk dilanjutkan, karena dilihat dari nilai NPV sebesar Rp 14.070.620, IRR sebesar 24 persen, Net B/C sebesar 1,27, dan PP sebesar 2 tahun, dengan discount rate 12 persen. Hasil analisis switching value menunjukkan usaha peternakan ayam broiler rentan terhadap kenaikan harga pakan di atas 4,5 persen dan penurunan harga jual ayam diatas 2,1 persen. Hasil penelitian non finansial menunjukan usaha peternakan broiler layak dilanjutkan karena dilihat dari aspek pasar sebesar 93 persen, aspek teknis sebesar 83 persen, aspek manajemen dan hukum sebesar 85 persen, aspek sosial dan ekonomi sebesar 77 persen, dan aspek lingkungan sebesar 100 persen. \u0000 \u0000Kata kunci : Analisis Kelayakan, Broiler, Mandiri \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000The study aims to analyze the feasibility of broiler farming in terms of financial aspect and non financial, analyze level of sensibility (switching value).The method used is a cencus by measuring all members of the population and visiting farmers. This research was conducted from may to july 2018 with 15 respondent by using primary and secondary data. The result of the study show that independent broiler farms are fesible to continue, because it is seen from Net Present Value (NPV) IDR 14.070.624, IRR 24 percent, Net B/C 1,27, and Pay Period 2 years. The Discount Rate was 12 percent. The result switching value showed that broiler farm are susceptible to price of feed increase above 4,5 percent and decrease in selling price of vases above 2,1 percent were still feasible. Penelitian uji sifat fisik pellet dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai September 2018 yang bertempat di Laboratorium terpadu Fakultas Pertanian UNIGA. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu Metode Eksperiental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, yaitu : R0 = Bungkil kedelai 26%, Indigofera fermentasi 0%; R1 = Bungkil kedelai 19,5%, Indigofera fermentasi 6,5%; R2 = Bungkil kedelai 13%, Indigofera fermentasi 13%; R3= Bungkil kedelai 6,5%, Indigofera fermentasi 19,5%; R4 = Bungkil kedelai 0%, Indigofera fermentasi 26%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Indigofera zollingeriana sampai level 26% tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap sifat fisik Pellet setelah masa penyimpanan satu bulan. \u0000 \u0000¬Kata-kata Kunci :Indigofera zollingeriana, Pellet, Sifat fisik, Penyimpanan \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of substitution of soybean meal with Indigofera zollingeriana fermentation on the physical properties of pellets after a one-month storage period. Research on physycal properties of pellets was conducted from April to September 2018 which is located at the UNIGA Agriculture Faculty Integrated Laboratory. The method used is the Experimental Method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications, that is : R0 = 26% soybean meal, 0% fermented Indigofera; R1 = 19.5% soybean meal, fermented Indigofera 6.5%; R2 = 13% soybean meal, fermented Indigofera 13%; R3 = 6.5% soybean meal, fermented Indigofera 19.5%; R4 = 0% soybean meal, 26% fermented Indigofera. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbandingan performa reproduksi (Service per Conception, Days Open, Kidding Interval dan Umur Kawin Pertama) kambing Saanen dan PE. Penelitian dilakukan di Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul–Hijauan Pakan Ternak (BBPTU-HPT) Baturraden-Purwokerto Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian adalah studi kasus. Data yang digunakan adalah data reproduksi yang berasal dari 61 ekor kambing Saanen dan 56 ekor kambing PE. Uji t digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rataan nilai tampilan reproduksi kambing Saanen dengan PE. Hasil penelitian menunjukan performa reproduksi kambing Saanen lebih baik dari PE dilihat dari Service per Conception (1,15 vs 1,61), Days Open (136,46 hari vs 189,07 hari), kidding interval (284,27 hari vs 338,71 hari) dan umur kawin pertama (275,38 hari vs 393,63 hari). \u0000 \u0000¬Kata Kunci : Saanen, Peranakan Etawa, Reproduksi \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000 \u0000Saanen and Peranakan Etawa (PE) were two popular dairy goats which were superior in the production and milk quality compared to the other kinds of dairy goats. This research’s purpose was to compare the performance of those two dairy goats (Saaneen and PE) in terms of reproduction (Service per Conception, Days Open, Kidding Interval and First Age of Breeding). This research has done at Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul-Hijauan Pakan Ternak (BBPT-HMT) Baturraden-Purwokerto, Central Java. The methodology of this research was a case study. This research data was taken from 61 Saanen Goats and 56 PE Goats. This research was using t-test to know the difference of average value from Saanen and PE goats’ reproduction. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kandang percobaan Kampung Babakan Jambe, Desa Pasawahan, Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler, Kabupaten Garut mulai bulan Agustus sampai September 2018. Penelitian menggunakan 200 ekor ayam broiler strain Cobb dari PT. KMS tanpa dilakukan pemisahan antara jantan dan betina. Metode penelitian adalah metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan perlakuan pertama yaitu tingkat substitusi dedak padi dengan bonggol pisang fermentasi (B) terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan, yaitu : b0 = 0%, b1 = 1,25%, b2 = 2,50%, b3 = 3,75% dan b4 = 5,00%, sedangkan perlakuan kedua yaitu tingkat substitusi bungkil kedelai dengan Indigofera zollingeriana fermentasi (I) terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan, yaitu : i0 = 0%, i1 = 6,50%, i2 = 13,00%, i3 = 19,50% dan i4 = 26%, sehingga terdapat 25 kombinasi perlakuan dengan masing-masing 2 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subsitusi dedak padi dengan bonggol pisang dan bungkil kedelai dengan Indigofera zollingeriana fermentasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi ransum, secara mandiri masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap pertambahan berat badan, dan terjadi interaksi antara substitusi bonggol pisang dan Indigofera zollingeriana fermentasi terhadap konversi ransum. Subsitusi dedak padi dengan bonggol pisang fermentasi 5% dan bungkil kedelai dengan Indigofera zollingeriana fermentasi 13% menghasilkan performa optimal pada ayam broiler. \u0000Kata Kunci : Bonggol Pisang, Indigofera zollingeriana, Fermentasi, Broiler. \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000The purpose of this research is to know about the substitution effect of rice bran with banana hump fermented and soybean meal with Indigofera zollingeriana fermented to feed consumption, daily gain and feed conversion.. The research was conducted at Babakan Jambe, Pasawahan Village, Tarogong Kaler Sub District, Garut Regency and carried out from August until September 2018. This Research used 200 broilers with Cobb strain from PT. KMS with straight run method. The research used experimental method with design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial pattern with the first treatment, namely substitution of rice bran with banana hump fermented (B) consisting of 5 levels, namely : b0 = 0%, b1 = 1,25%, b2 = 2,50%, b3 = 3,75% and b4 = 5,00%, and the second treatment is the level substitution of soybean meal with Indigofera zollingeriana fermented (I) consisting 5 levels of treatment, namely: i0 = 0%, i1 = 6.50%, i2 = 13.00%, i3 = 19.50% and i4 = 26%, so the number of treatment combinations is 25 which is twice repeated.
