The obtained three Casein – Chlorella protein co-precipitate mixtures were separated electrophoretically using SDS – PAGE. The molecular weights of most separated mixtures had intermediate values between molecular weight of cow′s milk casein and chlorella protein. Solubilities of the obtained three mixtures were higher than that of the cow′s milk casein at pH6, ranged from 80 to 87.1% comparing with cow′s milk casein (60%). Conclusively, these results suggested that, casein – chlorella protein mixtures may find their uses in acidic foods.","PeriodicalId":184675,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Productivity and Development","volume":"87 8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132891284","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The harmful effects of acrylamide on human health were discovered in 2002 by a group of Swedish researchers. Sixty samples of dried fruits and one hundred and fifty samples of bakery products were collected in different places in Sharkia Governorate, Egypt to investigate the acrylamide and heavy metals content to know the extent to which these foods comply with the terms of food conformity. Data representing the acrylamide content showed a great variation among different types of food samples depending on the chemical composition and processing parameters. The acrylamide values were 645, 1032, 833 and 769 ug/kg for dried peach, dried figs, raisins and dried dates; respectively. Meanwhile, the bakery products (biscuits) had 289 – 333 ug / kg of acrylamide. Some bread samples had a (335 – 340 ug/kg ) of acrylamide . On the other hand, pizza products had the highest value (1123 ug/kg) of acrylamide. Heavy metals ( Lead , Cobalt , Mercury and Nickel) content were below detection limit in all tested samples . The agricultural water needs vary according to the cultivated crop area. The agricultural water needs amounted to about 63 billion m3 in the year 2018/2019, representing 82.9% of the total water use in Egypt. Hence, it was necessary to Initiating the development of irrigation systems and methods in the old agricultural lands to maximize the use of each drop of available water. Undoubtedly, the water resource is one of the most important agricultural production resources due to its scarcity and limitations on the one hand, and by virtue of not calculating its actual value in estimating the cost of production on the other hand. But there were only a few types of lymphoma cancer that could easily be distinguished in this way, and it often appeared that tumors of the same cell type behaved very differently in different individuals. It was obvious that something else was going on at the molecular level to account for these differences. As medical diagnosis progressed to the study of molecules, new techniques such as flow cytometry were devised to identify specific molecules, located on the surface of white blood cells (CD markers). In this study was carried out to assess the relation between lymphoma stem cells and 3 from specific CD markers which are CD 19, CD23 and CD 24by using flowcytometry technique to help diagnose lymphoma cancer. Conclusively, in this study, CD 24 marker showed high positivity in Hodgkin lymphoma disease, and can be used as a diagnostic marker in this type of haematological disease and also help in its treatment. In addition, it can help in diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients. This CD19 & CD23 can help in the diagnosis of Hodgkin lymphoma patients as these two markers showed also positivity in these cases.","PeriodicalId":184675,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Productivity and Development","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125318721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A total of 100 patients with HCV infection was included in this study. the diagnosis was based on elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), plasma albumin level, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, platelet and HB. Molecular characterization of 2 SNPs (rs 12979860CC and rs 8099917 TT) in heparinase gene: by molecular techniques (ARMs-PCR & RFLP). IL28B rs8099917 TT genotype is predominant among patients as well as the control followed by GT and the least prevalent was the GG genotype. Regarding iL28B rs8099917 Allele, HCV group was higher in G than the control group, while regarding to T, a control group was higher than HCV group. For polymorphism rs8099917, being higher among patients than controls. We show the expression of early germ cell markers cd105 in these cells. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent stem cells with abundant sources, active proliferation, and multidirectional differentiation potential. MSCs play a role through cell homing, secretion of active factors, and participation in immune regulation. Our findings provide direct evidence that human bone marrow cells and umbilical cord can differentiate to putative male germ cells and can provide a potential source of male germ cells that could sustain sperm production. This article summarizes the current research progress on mesenchymal stem cells in diseases related to infertility; advancements indicate that this emerging evidence contributes to solving problems related to male infertility. Furthermore, these data indicate the potential to harness the properties of stem cells for clinical applications and are also solve the problem of oligospermia persons and giving them absolve to become a normal person. According to count, before the injection the total number of cases were less than 15 million (100%), the mean was 6.04 ± 5.33 and after the injection of mesenchymal stem cells 8 cases (32%) were still less than 15 million but 17 cases (68%) were become more than 15 million, the mean was 23.02 ± 13.64, so p-value was <0.001 which is significant. Furthermore, According to vitality, before injection the minimum and maximum percent were (2%,28%, respectively), and also the mean was 13.0 ± 7.27. After the injection the minimum and maximum percent of vitality was (7,83%), the mean was 50.15 ± 25.47. Moreover, the p-value is less than 0.001, which is significant. 142 LAMIAA EL-NAGGAR et al Conclusively,the results from recent preclinical studies regarding stem cell-based therapies are promising.
