In terms of industry perspective, female-friendly, female-neutral and female-discriminative industries are identified, in which enterprises respectively enjoy positive, zero and negative performance consequences of female executives. {"title":"Research on Online Teaching Effectiveness and Strategies for Improving Teaching Quality -- Based on Data Analysis of Universities in Yunnan Province","authors":"Yue Yang","doi":"10.2991/assehr.k.210915.030","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/assehr.k.210915.030","url":null,"abstract":"Through the survey of online teaching situation of university teachers and students, we mainly investigate the students' understanding of online teaching, their feelings of using online teaching and the problems they encountered in the process of using online teaching, in order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the actual development of online teaching, 882 valid questionnaires were collected. The survey results show that the main problems of online teaching are, on the one hand, the difficulty of communication and interaction between teachers and students, and, on the other hand, the dampening of teachers' and students' enthusiasm and other problems. This paper proposes three ways to improve the quality of online teaching based on actual research results. First, teachers should improve the regular grade and attendance checking system and be good at discovering other functions of online teaching. Second, students' participation in online teaching should be enhanced and online teaching should be combined with other learning platforms. This article proposes a research-oriented support model which focuses on: the importance of cooperation in college students' innovation practice, developing work packages, time lines and milestones, producing on-going record-based process control mechanisms, and improving problem solving skills. Through an experimental design, a test group was developed to trial the new innovation process model, whilst a control group used the traditional innovation project support process. This paper took five most representative supermarkets in Amoy as the main research object to analyze the shelf display. The competency model was constructed from four dimensions of Knowledge , Skill , Ability , and Others .
