摘要

为了满足人们不断变化的购物需求,超市管理者必须改进货架陈列策略。无论是从内部布局还是商品摆放的角度对超市货架展示进行研究都很少。因此,本研究将内部布局和商品放置结合起来,提出更全面的改进策略。本文以厦门五家最具代表性的超市为主要研究对象,对货架陈列进行分析。基于磁点理论和线索利用理论进行分析,并得出结论,最后提出货架陈列优化建议
