Profitabilitas diukur dengan menggunakan Return on Equity (ROE), Struktur Modal di ukur dengan Debt to Equity Rasio (DER) dan Keputusan Investasi di ukur dengan Price Earning Ratio (PER) . Sedangkan, Nilai Perusahaan dengan menggunakan price in book value (PBV). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalh semua perusahaan sektor consumer non cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2022. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui metode purpisive sampling, diperoleh data sampel sebanyak 180 data. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif . High population density and intense tourism contribute to waste production, which causes rubbish to be scattered in cities and rivers. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of analyzing what causes environmental pollution in the city of Bandung to continue to increase. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method, namely by taking a sample of respondents from the city of Bandung to analyze what factors cause people's lack of concern for the environment. According to the results obtained, it is the lack of awareness of the people of Bandung city which is a factor causing the high level of environmental pollution, in addition to the lack of knowledge on how to process waste properly so that the waste does not accumulate and everything can be recycled. This research method uses a qualitative method with a type of library research with two types of secondary data, namely published papers in the form of books, reputable scientific articles, journal reviews, and reports from official organizations. The results of this research conclude that Sharia Banks in Indonesia are one of the financial institutions that have the main task of providing credit and services in the field of payments and money circulation accompanied by sharia principles. The development of sharia banks in Indonesia has become a benchmark for the implementation of sharia economics and its existence in Indonesia. The slowdown in the growth of Islamic banks related to the economic symptoms that are occurring can be overcome by consolidation from internal parties. Islamic banks in Indonesia play an important role in the future of sharia finance. The existence of an increase in the quality of sharia banks in national sharia banking does not rule out the possibility of increasing the competitiveness of sharia banks at the global level. The implementation carried out by sharia pawnshops includes efforts to foster sharia financial literacy in the community, which will later be able to help the family economy and give rise to new businesses when people understand and know about sharia pawnshops. Due to the lack of public interest in sharia finance, especially sharia pawnshops, the aim of this research is to communicate the concept of pawning in classical jurisprudence literature, the implementation of Rahn contracts in sharia pawnshops and ways to increase public interest in sharia financial institutions, especially sharia pawnshops. In Indonesia, the number of registrants for the Hajj pilgrimage continues to increase from year to year. Therefore, the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) was formed as an institution authorized to manage Hajj finances. The aim of this research is to explain the meaning, history, objectives and business activities of the Hajj Financial Management Agency, as well as the profile of the relevant institutions. This research method uses library research, namely by searching and collecting data from various sources. The results of this research are that the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) is an institution tasked with managing Hajj finances based on Law Article 20 Number 34 of 2014. The birth of BPKH was caused by irregularities in the Ministry of Religion, namely the management of Hajj finances which combined Hajj fund management and implementation. , then on July 26 2017 BPKH was officially established on the legal basis of Law Number 34 of 2014. The role of BPKH is to manage the Hajj economy which includes approval, guidance, expenditure and responsibility for the Hajj economy.
