Sementara upaya untuk mendaur ulang plastik belum dilakukan oleh banyak orang. Biasanya, kemasan makanan plastik digunakan untuk membuat produk yang memiliki daya tarik visual yang menonjol, seperti pengisi ecobrick. Proses pengisian ecobrick mengharuskan penggunaan banyak bungkus plastik. sehingga, alat pemotong plastik telah dikembangkan dengan tujuan memfasilitasi tenaga kerja manusia dan meningkatkan efisiensi secara keseluruhan. Proses pembuatan mesin pemotong plastik diawali dengan pembuatan rangka menggunakan hollow 35 mm × 35 mm, pembuatan roll menggunakan pipa stainless berdiameter 50 mm dan poros berdiameter 12 mm. Kemudian fabrikasi komponen pemotongan menggunakan kawat nikel. Langkah selanjutnya perakitan komponen termasuk motor AC, gulungan, dan konversi kawat nikel menjadi energi listrik. Mesin tersebut berdimensi tinggi 88 cm, panjang 50 cm, dan lebar 35 cm. Penggerak roll yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motor Moshwell, yang beroperasi pada catu daya AC satu fasa 220 volt. Motor tersebut memiliki kecepatan putar 2800 rpm dan dihubungkan dengan roll melalui sistem transmisi dengan rasio roda gigi 1:12. Kawat nikel ukuran 0,7 dapat menghasilkan output 1140 watt. One of the factors that affect employee performance is emotional intelligence. Another factor that affects employee performance is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work motivation on employee performance in the District Government of Sibolga Sambas.The type of research used in this study is a research approach using descriptive methods, namely research carried out by collecting data according to the actual situation with the aim of revealing facts and seeking information about the causes of the problem and how to solve it. Descriptive method, Quantitative is a method used to make a broader conclusion. \u0000Based on the partial hypothesis test, it is known that emotional intelligence has an effect on employee performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.002 <0.05 and the value of T count is 3.291 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.032 <0.05 and the value of T count is 2.197 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 on Y1. The time of the research was conducted from April 2022 to September 2022. \u0000The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population is the total number of consumers using CV Travel transportation services. Flores Sibolga on average every day as many as 100 people. The number of research samples of 50 people was taken from the results of calculations with the slovin formula. \u0000The results of the research analysis are known from the calculation of the research instrument, the X and Y variables for each item are declared valid because the total corrected item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). Calculation of the research data instrument, the results of the X and Y variables are declared reliable because Cronbach Alpha is above 0.60. The influence of Relationship Marketing and promotion on Customer Loyalty, the result of calculating the coefficient of determination is 0.707 = 50%, this means that what happens to the variation of the dependent variable (customer loyalty) is 50% determined by the independent variables (Relationship Marketing and promotions) and the remaining 50% determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as infrastructure variables, prices and others. From the results of the research analysis it can be seen that from the calculation of the research instrument, the results between the X and Y variables are obtained for each item which is declared valid because the total Corrcted item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). From the calculation of the research data instrument, the results obtained between the variables X and Y are declared reliable because the Cronbach Alpha is above 0.60. From the normality test, all of them show that the distribution of the data does not violate the normality assumption, namely in the form of a bell and the data distribution is close to the diagonal line in the normal curve of the P-P Plot. There is an effect of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and service quality on customer satisfaction based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 68.9%, this means that what occurs in the variation of the dependent variable (service quality) of 68.9% is determined by the independent variable ( Total Quality Management and service quality) and the remaining 31.1% is determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as variables, infrastructure, price, location and others. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen di STIE Triguna Bogor yang aktif pada tahun akademik 2021/2022. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang telah lulus atau sedang menempuh mata kuliah perpajakan serta telah bekerja dan memiliki NPWP. Sehingga sampel yang diperoleh adalah 45 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan data kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Sedangkan kepemilikan NPWP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan peraturan perpajakan dan kepemilikan NPWP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak mahasiswa bekerja di STIE Triguna Bogor. Hasil penghitungan R2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,555. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel terikat yaitu kepatuhan wajib pajak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas sebesar 55,5%.
