Depletion of resources and harm to environment is the results of negligence of firms. After strict national and international environmental policies firms are interested to initiate and implement green objectives to attain sustainable performance. The aim of current study is to investigate mediating role of environmental responsibility between the green supply chain management practices and sustainable performance through lens of RBV and NRBV. Population of the study was health managers, and health related academicians. Non-probability snow ball sampling technique was used. The data was analyzed in PLS-SEM. The findings revealed that green manufacturing has insignificant influence on sustainability and environment responsibility and environment responsibility does not mediate amid green manufacturing and sustainable performance. It is concluded that environmental responsibility is essential factor to obtain\u0000sustainable performance. Harm to environment is the result of negligence of human behavior in organizations. Consumers are more interested in those services which are eco-friendly and have less harm to the environment. There are three dimensions reported in literature about green intellectual capital. The existing study has investigated the role green intellectual capital upon environmental performance, convenience sampling was used and primary cross-sectional data from 372 professionals and educational staff was collected. SPSS and AMOS-SEM was used for the data analysis. Results of EFA and CAF confirm the reliability and validity of the scales while hypotheses were tested using simple linear regression and structural model. All four hypotheses were accepted. Highest beta value is recorded for green structural capital. This implies that corporate image and trademark could bring more environmental performance. The \u0000main objective of this research was to highlight the challenges of blended \u0000learning in public schools of Punjab (province of Pakistan). The paradigm \u0000of this research was pragmatism. An explanatory mixed methods design \u0000was adopted to conduct research. For quantitative data 72 headteachers \u0000were randomly chosen from four districts of Punjab. The sample considered \u0000helpful to better understand practices of blended learning in public schools \u0000and the related challenges. The study results established that several issues \u0000prerequisite government attention like low budget and maintains of the \u0000technical tools. It has far-reaching psychological, economic, and social impacts on whole world since it brings the world to a standstill. It killed thousands of people and exposed the frailties of health systems around the globe. Psychological and social stress erupts the individual and social life. PRISMA and SLR techniques were used for literature review. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was used for primary data collection. The study found that awareness and movement restrictions acted as moderate moderators upon predictors and criterion variables except for awareness for economic factors and societal business. The study concludes that it is obligatory for individuals, groups, and administrative machinery to revisit their thoughts, policies, and plans to minimize the severity of the crisis. The research has been carried out in manufacturing sector of small medium enterprises (SMEs). A primary data with self-administered questionnaire was employed to gather data from the respondents. 450 survey items were distributed randomly among respondents, out of which 306 were returned and then subsequently 300 employed in the analysis. The collected data was analyzed with the help of the structural equation modelling technique. However, very little research \u0000provides a conceptual model to show such relationship based upon the suggestions of the theoretical literature. Hence, this research addresses a gap in the context of SMEs in Pakistan regarding the disparity in the present literature as well. Thus, findings are also crucial to design interventions like total quality management on the entrepreneurial leadership attributes for enhancing organizational performance. Using cross-sectional research design, data were collected through self-administered questionnaire from sample of 358 entrepreneurs. Data validity was determined by exploratory and confirmatory analyses and reliability through Cronbach Alpha. The linkages amid entrepreneurship and sustainable socioeconomic development were determined by using Structural Equation Modeling. Results indicated\u0000that over CPEC, local entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial attitude and potential have improved and, entrepreneurship was significantly associated with entrepreneurship and sustainable socioeconomic development of Pakistan, whereas the impact of CPEC had partially mediated association between Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Socioeconomic Development. This study examined effect of banks’ mergers and acquisitions on Nigeria’s economic growth prior to and after merger sessions. The study made use of secondary data obtained from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Statistical Bulletin covering the period 1990–2004 for Pre-M&As and 2005–2019 for Post-M&As totaling 30 years. Descriptive statistics and ordinary least square regression were employed for data analysis. The results indicated that in the Pre-M&As era, bank’s capital base, credit granted to the private sector and bank spread positively enhanced economic growth howbeit; bank's gross credit adversely affected GDP. Findings also revealed that Post-M&As era contradicted Pre-M&As period, with all variables showing insignificant and unexpected relationship with economic growth, except credit granted to the private sector. This indicates that banks’ M&As has not positively and adequately impacted on Nigeria’s economic growth during period under consideration.
