Instagram merupakan media berbasis online yang memungkinkan penggunanya untuk membuat profil, mengunggah kegiatan sehari-hari, serta mengundang atau menerima pertemanan untuk bergabung dalam situs tersebut. Penggunaan instagram yang berlebihan diduga dapat menyebabkan perubahan kegiatan keseharian mahasiswa termasuk istirahatnya. \u0000 \u0000Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Besar sampel adalah 225 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2017-2019 yang masih aktif, memiliki akun instagram, dan bersedia menjadi responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti dan telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Korelasi kedua variabel diuji dengan uji Chi Square. \u0000 \u0000Hasil penelitian: Karakteristik responden rata-rata berusia 20 tahun, sebagian besar perempuan, memiliki akun instagram lebih dari 1 tahun (92,9%), frekuensi mengakses perhari lebih dari 6 kali (35,1%), waktu mengakses pada malam hari (55,1%), durasi mengakses instagram kurang dari 1 jam (49,8%), dan durasi tidur sehari semalam lebih dari 5 jam (69,3%), responden mengaku mengalami insomnia (91,6%), dan gambaran penggunaan instagram kategori intens (81,8%). Physical changes occur and may disturb elderly self-concept. Disruption of the self-concept can influence other factors, such as self-care ability that may affect medical check-up compliance. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and medical check-up compliance among elderly with hypertension. \u0000Methods : A Quantitative research invited 56 elderlies with hypertension at Puskesmas Wanadadi 2 as samples. A consecutive sampling technique was applied. A set of questionnaires used during data collection. Hypothesis was tested on the Fisher Exact test. \u0000Results : The results showed that the respondents had an age range of 60-82 years, which mostly suffered by female respondents. Most of the respondents attend school up to elementary school and work as entrepreneurs and housewives. The majority of respondents had a history of hypertension for ≤ 5 years. The purpose of this study is to review some of the literature that contains the effectiveness of music therapy on attention and communication in children with autism that can be applied effectively and have clinical uses. \u0000Objective: To describe the effect of music therapy on attention and communication skills of children with autism. \u0000Methods: The sources of the articles used were obtained from searches through Google Scholar, and Pro Quest from 2006 to 2015. Once obtained, the articles were then assessed until the stage of making a literature review. Regular consumption of apple juice can decrease pain response by decreasing pain intensity and impulses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between consumption of apple juice and a decrease in pain response in patients with gout arthritis in the Kebonsari Public Health Center, Pasuruan City. \u0000This research is a non-experimental quantitative study using a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all patients with gout who went to the health center as many as 60 patients. The sampling technique in this study was consecutiv sampling, totaling 60 respondents. The instrument used to examine pain response and juice consumption was an observation sheet. From the data collected, then testing using sperm rank. \u0000The results obtained indicate that based on the test value of 0.000 (ρ <0.05) in H1 is accepted. This means that there is a relationship between consumption of apple juice with a decrease in pain response in patients with gout. The purpose of this study is to review the literature containing pain assessment instruments in children with cognitive impairment and to discuss instruments that can be applied effectively and have clinical use. \u0000Method: Search for English articles in the Medline, Cinahl, and PubMed databases, and is limited from 1990 to 2013. Through keywords according to topic and obtained 5 articles that were reviewed. \u0000Result : Pain assessment in children with cognitive impairment can be done through rFLACC, NCCPC-PV, NCCPC-R and NAPI. rFLACC is the most effective instrument and has great clinical utility with ICC : 0.73-0.9). \u0000Analysis: rFLACC assesses 5 indicators (face expression, leg, activity, cry & consoability) that are simpler and easier to apply to all children with cognitive impairment at all levels. \u0000Discussion: Elective postoperative pain assessment in clinical settings in children with cognitive impairment can be performed with rFLACC. One of the prevention of VAP can be in the form of providing oral hygiene in intubated patients. The purpose of the implementation is to find out the application of the use of oral hygiene guidelines from the Beck Oral Assessment Scale (BOAS) in intubated patients in the ICU Room of Prof. Hospital. Dr. Margono Soekarjo \u0000Method. Implementation was carried out using a case study method with a total of 10 patients divided into 2 groups. Both groups were assessed for BOAS at the time the patients were intubated and extubated. Evaluation was carried out using the Mucosal-Plaque Score (MPS). \u0000Results. Characteristics of respondents have an age range of 37-66 years. It is known that the average difference in the decrease in BOAS scores is the intervention group. While the MPS Score in the two groups did not have a difference. \u0000Conclusion. In the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, there is a social phenomenon that has the potential to exacerbate the condition of Covid-19, namely social stigma or negative associations for a person or group of people who experience symptoms or have certain diseases, are labeled, stereotyped, discriminated against, treated differently or experienced harassment status due to association with a disease. This study aims to determine the relationship between public knowledge about Covid-19 and the community's stigma against Covid-19 positive self-isolation patients in the village of Cilibur 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. Data collection began in October-December 2020 for 109 respondents who were taken by total sampling technique. Primary data collection is obtained from interviews using questionnaires and checklists. Analysis of the data obtained using univariate to describe the characteristics of respondents, univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Spearman rank test. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and community stigma in Cilibur Village, Paguyangan District. Then, there are recent studies that Computed Tomography (CT) can be used as a triage tool and help in the early diagnosis of patients with suspected COVID-19. \u0000Objectives: To determine chest CT for triage in the Emergency Department (ED) in patients with suspected COVID-19. \u0000Method:Search for articles was conducted electronically using Google Scholar, Sience Direct, and PubMed databases. Article used from March 2020 to January 2021. Keywords in this article search used the keywords \"chest CT\" for \"triage\" and \"emergency department\" for \"COVID-19\" and \"chest x-ray\" for \"triage\" and \"emergency department\" for \"COVID-19\", thus getting 5 research articles reviewed. \u0000Results: A chest CT that can be used as a triage tool based on the speed at which the chest CT results can be released depicting a confirmed COVID-19 patient in 60 minutes. COVID-19 patients with severe pneumonia are characterized by fever, plus one of the symptoms in geriatric patients can appear atypical symptoms. The Central Statistics Agency projects that by 2045 Indonesia will have around 63.31 million elderly or nearly 20 percent of the population. In fact, the UN projection also states that the percentage of Indonesian elderly will reach 25 percent in 2050 or around 74 million elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about Covid-19 and the psychological problems of the elderly during the pandemic in Paguyangan Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency 2020. This research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The research design used was descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 711 elderly people aged 60 years or more in Paguyangan Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency. The majority of respondents had a moderate level of knowledge, namely 56 respondents or 62.2%. These activities affect sleep and rest time so that it can have an impact on the emergence of disturbances due to inadequate sleep quality, so efforts are needed to improve sleep quality so that sleep quality is good. Research aim : This research aimed to describe the quality of sleep and efforts to improve the sleep quality on nicht watchman at Jenderal Soedirman University. \u0000Research method : This type of research is a non-experimental quantitative research. The technique used was stratified random sampling with a sample size of 58 people. The research instrument used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and the questionnaire to improve sleep quality. Univariate analysis data. \u0000Research result : The results showed that the average respondents were 37 years old, the average working period of the respondents was 10 years, the majority of the respondents' last education was at high school as many as 49 people (84.5%).
