This research was conducted in Gemeksekti Village, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. Data collection is done through observation and interview and then analyzed qualitatively to explain research data and facts. The findings: (1) the impact of sand mining on the socio-economic of the river basin shows several aspects such as the loss of river social function which has been a public space as a means to communicate and social activities. Communications initially interwoven in the river, are now lost, and no activity is done other than sand mining, even communications with villagers across the river are cut off. Conflicts that occurred came from the capitalism that has entered in various regions with the aim to gain benefits both individually and in groups. This study is to looks at the chronology of the conflict, the actors and the type of people political movements of their lands that have been excluded from theydaily livelihood resources. Partnership system built by PT. BBS (PT.BukitBintangSawit) resulted in changes to the access of land or agrarian resources. Land that originally as a source of community life  andexperienced a process of power transfer from community to company PT. Bukit BintangSawit.The research method is a comparative with expost facto approach. The data analysis was done in the form of literature study, resume result from Antoni and field result of year 2016 in order to understand the theory related to phenomenon. Data analysis is the view of experts who are studying the conflict on access theory purposed by Jess C. Ribot and Nancy Lee Peluso, while the conflict theory was using Fisher et.al. and theory of property rights from Schlager and Ostrom (1992). The results of the study indicate that the type of political movement performed the type of official politics and the conflict between local communities with PT BBS. Their movement is aim to reclaim their natural resources. Then the type of everyday politics related to the opposition openly to reject the operation of oil palm plantation companies in the area of Sago Village and ask for compensation related to the land they have seized. This program offers aid to poor members of society and is intended to break the poverty cycle through education and healthcare. This aid is granted continuously, with certain conditions that must be met by recipients. The question is to what extent usage patterns are linked to the program's conditioning and its social function for recipients, and how local contexts influence the program's institutional and functional conditioning. This conditioning and usage patterns cannot be separated from the social, ecological, and economic conditions of the local community. After making the desire changes to social welfare, this aid has other effects, particularly as related to social aspects. These involve the usage patterns and strategies of aid recipients in adapting the aid programs implemented by the government for community members who live in poverty. As such, this article is hoped to provide a better understanding and ease interpretation of the topic. Data for this research was collected from four villages in East Nusa Tenggara using qualitative methods (observation, interviews, FGDs) and an MSC approach. Bantuan tunai bersyarat di Indonesia lebih dikenal dengan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Program ini memberikan bantuan pada kelompok masyarakat paling miskin dengan tujuan memutus rantai kemiskinan melalui aspek pendidikan dan kesehatan. Bantuan ini diberikan secara berkelanjutan dengan kondisi yang harus dipatuhi oleh penerima. Pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana pola pemanfaatan bantuan berkaitan dengan pengkondisian program PKH dan bagaimana fungsi sosial bantuan tersebut terhadap pesertanya. Bagaimana pengaruh konteks lokal  bagi pengkondisian aspek sosial yang meliputi kelembagaan dan fungsional program. Pengkondisian ini berkaitan erat dengan pola pemanfaatan bantuan dan tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kondisi ekonomi, ekologis dan sosial masyarakat setempat. Kemudian selain membawa perubahan dan kesejahteraan yang diharapkan bantuan ini ternyata juga membawa dampak lain, terutama berkaitan dengan aspek sosial. Dampak ini berkaitan dengan pola pemanfaatan dan strategi penerima bantuan dalam rangka adaptasi terhadap sebuah program yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat sangat miskin. Oleh sebab itu tulisan ini diharapkan memberi gambaran yang menambah pemahaman dan penafsiran yang berkaitan dengan topik tersebut. In urban communities, culture is increasingly biased with each other so that it is no longer the main thing in everyday life. Cio Tao customary marriage until now still lives in the Benteng Chinese community in Tangerang and the Chinese community in general in Indonesia but is now shifting because of the times and things. This study aims to describe changes in social behavior of the Chinese Benteng community in the implementation of traditional marriage. The method used in this study is Qualitative with an Ethnographic approach. Research location is in Mekarsari Village, Neglasari District, Tangerang City, Banten Province, Indonesia. The informants in this study amounted to eight people consisting of the Benteng Chinese community and related parties involved in it. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and observations. Data validity uses source validity and methods with Spradley phased forward model analysis techniques. The results showed that changes in social behavior of the Chinese Benteng community in organizing Cio Tao marriages were influenced by several factors including conversion of religion, economic conditions that were less strong and the influence of modernization. They are the Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennial Generation. Baby Boomers are humans born between 1945-1964. Generation X is a human born between 1965-1985. Millennials are humans born between 1986 and 2000. Interestingly, the Millennial generation has a tendency to be bold, innovative, creative and modern. This courage is what brings change, especially the courage to raise social problems that were previously considered by people to be inappropriate to look at but turned out to be very influential or often called pop culture through social media. The high number of Indonesian population, especially at the age of the Millennials who utilize digital technology as social media, has a high level of access to popular culture. So, this allows the rebellion against power by things that show disobedience to field facts, symbolic action or fictional scenes. Problems occur when the library itself fails to develop the digital culture of its employees which results in the failure of transformation into a digital library. This article is an experience in undergoing and observing the efforts of the Library of East Kalimantan Province to transform itself into a digital library. This effort has lasted until now, where one of the obstacles is that most employees are digital immigrant generations. Data collection was done by remembering and writing down the process from 1992 to the present. The analysis process was employed by looking at every meaning of the writing in the diary (content analysis). In 2015, The Library Agency of East Kalimantan Province of Indonesia obtained an A rating in the management of digital libraries from the National Library of Indonesia. There are three factors that need to be considered in the transformation effort, namely formal and informal education for employees, leadership, and employee mental development. One of the undeniable phenomena is the habit of doing activities and transactions at particular times. This phenomenon then creates several terms such as wedding season, planting season and Hajatan season where those certain custom rituals are only performed in Gorontalo region. The process of inventory of this phenomenon becomes an important step that should be done to ensure that the values contained in the local wisdom of the people of Gorontalo can be documented and become written legacy for future generations. By applying a social research method, this preliminary study aims at creating an inventory for the ongoing local wisdoms in Gorontalo, especially dealing with the creation of a written document containing their season calendar. The draft of season calendar document that had been produced, in the next stage, was then analyzed. Later stage was to create a computer application to be developed in the form of information system prototype containing local calendar module based on local wisdom of Gorontalo society. The application should be easily accessible by local, national and global community, enriched with spatial data presentations and serving as a support for documentation and digital publications. The study focused on the relationship model between husbands and wives in the farmer families whose husbands work in the city temporarily. The study shows that keeping husbands out of the village does not change much of the construction of patriarchal culture and the ideology of familialism in Tanggulangin community. My specific objective is to nuance the existing approach to Islam and Muslim life, which to date focuses on scriptural argumentation, or analytical reasoning based on the Quran and other Islamic sources. The exclusive focus on scriptural argumentation as the main approach to explain Islam does not help us to understand how Muslims use non-analytical forms of human communication in response to shari’a formalization. The experiences of Muslims in South Sulawesi demonstrates that storytelling can be a meaningful and direct means to express Islamic identity and to challenge the formalization of shari’a. The Indonesian government through its policy keeps on creating gender equality and justice. The effort of government needs supports from all society elements, including orphanage. An orphanage needs to try to minimize and omit gender stereotype because the continuation of family informal socialization occurs here and it nurtures many children at the same times. The aim of this article is to analyse and describe children formation gender role at Putri Aisyiyah orphanage, Tegal based on Muhammadiyah gender ideology, whether it still preserves or has minimized and deleted gender stereotype. This research uses qualitative approach with the phenomenology design. The data is obtained by observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis applies Miles and Huberman models. The formation of gender role at the orphanage is shown by the followings: the formation of gender role is done to form the female children as ideal women according to the orphanage. Ideal women according to the orphanage which is already similar to Muhammadiyah’s concept of gender, are those who can take parts in public without space leaving their obligations at home as wives and mothers. Independence, discipline, leadership are imposed to the children at the orphanage to support their roles in public.
