The purpose of this study was to explore whether green animation advertisement can positively affect green brand uniqueness\u0000 and green brand attachment. We used convenience sampling to collect 386 valid questionnaires from consumers who had seen Agoda’s hotel animation advertisements. The results show that three elements of green animation advertisements (reliability, attractiveness, and informativity) positively\u0000 affected the green brand uniqueness, which positively affected green brand attachment. In addition, green brand uniqueness had a mediating effect between green animation advertisement and green brand attachment. This study provides another perspective on the role of green hotels in maintaining\u0000 customers’ brand attachment.

We used an online survey and the participants were 568 college students in the New Oriental English School's online learning community in China. The results indicated that three dimensions of community experience, namely, information experience, entertainment experience, and interactive experience, each exhibit significant positive associations with community identity, which, in turn contributes to students' learning engagement. Moreover, the finding confirmed the significant mediating effect of community identity between the three dimensions of community experience and learning engagement. The results give a deeper understanding of the role of community experience in influencing students' attitudes and behaviors in the context of an online learning community.

In this study we took into account the role of different types of activity during commuting, and investigated the impact of time spent on these activities during commuting on recovery. We also examined the moderating effect of the quality of the activities. The results showed that the duration of leisure activities positively influenced recovery and that the quality of the activities strengthened this positive influence. The duration of job-related activities had a negative impact on recovery, whereas the quality of the activities weakened this negative impact. These findings show the importance of engaging in leisure activities during commuting.

Drawing from psychological momentum theory, we constructed a model of the dual effect of the PAI on employees' proactive work behavior. A cross-level analysis of 561 employees from 55 groups indicated that PAI was positively related to delayed gratification, but the effect decreased gradually as time passed. Delayed gratification was positively related to proactive work behavior and mediated the relationship between PAI and proactive work behavior. Second, PAI was positively related to perceived uncertainty and the effect gradually increased over time. Perceived uncertainty was negatively related to proactive work behavior and mediated the relationship between PAI and proactive work behavior. In this study we found a compatible explanatory mechanism to integrate the positive and negative effects of a given PAI, which provides a new explanatory mechanism for stimulating proactive work behavior.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating mechanism of caring climate in the link between benevolent leadership and psychological wellbeing. With a sample of 295 university athletes from three universities in China, we conducted structural equation modeling to test our hypotheses. The results indicated that coaches' benevolent leadership was positively related to the psychological well-being of athletes, and that caring climate mediated this relationship. Findings from this study highlight the significance of adopting benevolent leadership and creating a caring climate as a means of enhancing the psychological well-being of university athletes.

We used a cross-sectional survey to explore the relationship between physical activity and social interaction anxiety, by obtaining data from 453 Beijing drifters through snowball and purposeful sampling, and used Amos 26.0 to test our hypotheses by constructing a structural equation model. Results showed that physical activity was negatively correlated with social interaction anxiety. Additionally, interpersonal competence and perceived stress mediated this relationship. Drifters who frequently engaged in sports exhibited high levels of interpersonal competence and low perceived stress, and they were less likely to experience social interaction anxiety than those who did not exercise. Countries and organizations should prioritize the health status of these individuals and provide more opportunities for them and other individuals to exercise.
