Hipotesis penelitian ialah (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang erat dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah Terhadap kinerja guru di MTs N 41 Al Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia Srengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan (2) Terdapat Pengaruh yang erat dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik kinerja guru di MTs N 41 Al Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia Srengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan. \u0000Dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional yang dilaksanakan di MTs N 41 Al Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia Srengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan.. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner untuk semua variabel X1, X2 dan Y. Adapun analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasional dengan teknik korelasi rumus product moment. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Supervisi kepala sekolah dan Kompetensi pedagogik secara bersama sama dengan Kinerja guru di MTs N 41 Al Azhar Asy Syarif. Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,419. Problems that are within the scope of a family and school in the form of children's delinquency, disobedience to their parents and teachers, lack of attention from their parents and so on identify that there are problems in the family and in the learning place, then to what extent the position of educators and families can provide rights education for students and or their children in accordance with the teachings of Islamic law through the perspective of the Qur'an. The author uses a survey method with a regression approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research. The research sample was taken from the entire population (saturated sample) totaling 65 teachers at the Ruhama Islamic School Ciputat, South Tangerang. Data was collected using a questionnaire/questionnaire, interviews, and documentation techniques. The type of analysis used is simple and multiple regression analysis which is described descriptively. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of teachers' ICT skills and work culture on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Partially, the magnitude of the influence or coefficient of determination (R2) of teachers' ICT abilities and work culture on teacher performance are 30.5% and 61.1%, respectively.
