Hipotesis penelitian ialah (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang erat dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah Terhadap kinerja guru di MTs N 41 Al Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia Srengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan (2) Terdapat Pengaruh yang erat dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik kinerja guru di MTs N 41 Al Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia Srengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan. \u0000Dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional yang dilaksanakan di MTs N 41 Al Azhar Asy Syarif Indonesia Srengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan.. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner untuk semua variabel X1, X2 dan Y. Adapun analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasional dengan teknik korelasi rumus product moment. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Supervisi kepala sekolah dan Kompetensi pedagogik secara bersama sama dengan Kinerja guru di MTs N 41 Al Azhar Asy Syarif. Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,419. Sedangkan kecerdasan menurut perspektif al-Qur’an lebih mengedepankan penguasaan terhadap siapa komunikan yang menjadi sasaran nilai-nilai Islam. Sehingga dengan penguasaan terhadap komunikan dapat menyusun strategi-strategi ungkapan kata yang paling tepat yang kiranya mampu menundukkan akal dan perasaannya di bawah tuntunan Islam. The author uses a survey method with a regression approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research. The research sample was taken from the entire population (saturated sample) totaling 65 teachers at the Ruhama Islamic School Ciputat, South Tangerang. Data was collected using a questionnaire/questionnaire, interviews, and documentation techniques. The type of analysis used is simple and multiple regression analysis which is described descriptively. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of teachers' ICT skills and work culture on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Partially, the magnitude of the influence or coefficient of determination (R2) of teachers' ICT abilities and work culture on teacher performance are 30.5% and 61.1%, respectively. Meskipun lingkungan Pendidikan tidak disinggung secara lansung dalam al-Qur’an, akan tetapi al-Qur’an juga menyinggung dan memberikan perhatian terhadap lingkungan sebagai tempat sesuatu. Dalam Pendidikan lingkungan menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dan mendukung pada proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Lingkungan yang baik akan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Begitu juga sebaliknya, lingkungan kurang baik akan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap anak. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian library research dengan pendekatan reflektif thinking.
