This disease is endemic and is a community disease that is transmitted through food and drink contaminated with bacteria. Typhoid fever can be treated using antibiotics, giving antibiotics especially in children and infants must consider the side effects on body systems and organ function that are still not perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of ceftriaxone antibiotics based on the right indication, appropriate patient, appropriate medication, proper dosage, timely administration of the drug and the right way of giving antibiotics in the inpatient installation of the Deli Serdang Regional General Hospital in 2019. \u0000 This study used retrospective data and was analyzed descriptively by purposive sampling method. Data used by pediatric patients (2-12 years). Anxiety is an emotional response to a subjective assessment with a state of anxiety, worry, fear and increased emotions. Soak the feet using warm water. for the body to oxygenate body tissues for anxiety. Aim; To find out the effect of foot baths using warm water on anxiety in hypertensive patients at the Grandmed Hospital in 2020. Method; This research is an experimental research that is pre experimental design using one group prepost by using a comparison group (control) with a sample of 42 respondents while the research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet and observation sheet, using an anxiety measurement tool (HARS). Data analysis used bivariate analysis namely Paired Sample T-Test. Results; Bivariate test results with Paired Sample T-Test Test prove that there is an effect of foot bath action using warm water to reduce anxiety before and after the action is carried out proven by the value of p = 0,000 <0.05. Health promotion activities through the provision of red spinach juice can be used as an alternative in socializing the prevention and treatment of anemia in pregnant women. The purpose of implementing community service is to maintain the health quality of pregnant women so that they are not at risk of anemia during pregnancy through health promotion and providing simple treatment through the provision of red spinach juice. \u0000This community service was carried out for two days at the Salma clinic, Perbaungan District. On the first day of the activity, starting from registration, checking hemoglobin levels before giving red spinach juice, delivering material, demonstration of making red spinach juice and giving red spinach juice. On the second day of implementation, checking hemoglobin levels to see changes in hemoglobin levels after giving spinach juice. red. In 2018, it was determined that stunting management was a national development priority through the National Action Plan for Nutrition and Food Security in Indonesia. Tanjang Morawa District is one of the cases where there are cases of stunting. Stunting management efforts by optimizing conditions in the first 1000 days of life (HPK) can be implemented at Posyandu. Posyandu as a form of community empowerment in the health sector has a strategic role, however, because posyandu cadres have a diverse educational and socio-cultural background, their knowledge and skills need to be continuously updated. In the case of stunting, various studies have shown that the knowledge and skills of cadres related to stunting and prevention efforts are mostly not good, therefore efforts to increase the capacity of posyandu cadres are important. The training activities for 20 posyandu cadres were carried out in three stages, namely program socialization, training preparation and implementation, using a deductive model approach, training materials were compiled based on field observation data which was then discussed with expert sources. After training posyandu cadres can better understand balanced nutrition, early detection of stunting and the important role of posyandu cadres to inform optimal nutrition at 1000 HPK as an effort to prevent stunting and identify risk factors for stunting in the posyandu working area. It is known from the increase in the results of knowledge on the test after training. Type 2 diabetes mellitus occurs due to insulin resistance, namely glucose that fails to enter the body, usually occurs at the age of over 30 years. One form of therapy that can be done is progressive muscle relaxation. The purpose of this community service is to find out the benefits of progressive muscle relaxation techniques on reducing blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The method used in this community service is a quasi-experimental using observation sheets. The application of muscle relaxation techniques was carried out on 10 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The community service procedure started from an explanation of progressive muscle relaxation techniques and procedures, implementation and observations (observations), then the results were recorded in the observation sheet. The application of progressive muscle relaxation techniques in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by insulin injection has been shown to reduce blood sugar levels. This activity aims to see the benefits of manual therapy and pendular codman exercises in increasing the activity of frozen patients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2019. Manual therapy methods and codman pendular exercises were given to 24 patients at the Physiotherapy Clinic of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The measuring instrument used to measure the functional activity ability of the shoulder is the index of shoulder pain and disability with the 0% -60% category being improving and 61% -100% being worse. Based on the results obtained during manual therapy and codman pendular exercise, it shows that the ability of the patient's shoulder functional activity has increased. where manual therapy and pendular codman exercise from 16 samples, the ability of shoulder functional activity with a SPADI value of 100% decreased and after manual therapy and pendular codman exercises for 3 times decreased to 12.5% decreased and 87.5% improved. Synovial thickening and capsule progression and joint effusion also occur. Disorders due to Osteoarthritis cause limited activity and limited ability in activities. Because, damage to the cartilage (cartilage) of the joint, so that the thickness of the subcondral bone increases, sclerosis of the bone plate, the growth of osteophytes in the joints, can stretch the joint capsule, resulting in inflammation, and weakening of the muscles connecting the joints. This study aimed to determine the effect of Manual Traction and Isometric Exercise in patients with Knee Osteoarthritis at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. Using quasi experiments with one group pretest posttest with a sample of 19 respondents. Measurement of Functional Activity with Jette Scale, using paired sample t-test analysis. There is a significant influence on functional activities before and after. hypothesis test by paired sample t-test obtained with the results of p-value < α (0.001 <0.05). There is the Effect of Manual Traction and Isometric Exercise on Functional Activity Enhancement in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital.
