Severe labor pain if not treated immediately can endanger the mother because it can cause the mother's condition to become unstable so that it can cause labor complications. Many methods can be done to reduce labor pain, one of which is the massage effleurage method, this method is very easy to apply, does not require expensive costs and can be done directly by mothers who give birth or family. How to do this method is by giving massage or soft touch on the mother's abdomen above the symplysis until it goes to the fundus and the right and left sides of the mother's abdomen are done repeatedly when contractions come. This community service implementation activity is carried out to increase the knowledge of pregnant women in preparing for childbirth, especially in overcoming labor pain when I. The activity was carried out in March 2023 at the obstetrics polyclinic of Granmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital, the participants of the activity were all pregnant women who visited ANC at Grandmed Hospital as many as 27 people, before being given implementation the majority of participants did not know about the massage effleurage method and after being given 100% implementation (27 people) participants could do massage effleurage. This study aims to obtain information and knowledge related to the pattern of taking blood flow strength drugs in high blood patients located at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital 2023. This type of research is an illustrative study using descriptive design and retrospective data. Research shows the use of high blood pressure drugs by hypertensive patients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2023 are as follows: Partial accuracy, namely 56 hypertensive patients without complications, right indication 100%, right drug 98.21%, right patient 100%, and right dose 100%. It can be concluded that hypertensive patients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital meet the criteria for the right patient, right indication and right dose. The description of the use of high blood pressure drugs at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital is: (0.1%), candesartan (46.4%), bisoprolol (7.1%), captopril (8.9%), valsartan (7.1%) and furosemide (3.6%). Then community service activities were carried out with the target of 125 Pharmacy students to increase student knowledge related to the use of antihypertensive drugs used in hospitals. The socialization was carried out virtually via zoom and pre-test and post-test were given to assess students' understanding of the service material. The questionnaire is presented in the form of a googleform as an assessment of feedback on the results of socialization materials issued after the activity is completed. The activity was also filled with responses and questions and answers with service participants. This happens because the price of formalin is cheaper than natural food preservatives and synthetic food preservatives. Despite realizing that formalin is very dangerous because it is carcinogenic and irritating to the body. Food ingredients containing formaldehyde are commonly found in tofu and meatball products. While meatballs and years are food ingredients that are much liked by the community. Both types of food contain lots of protein and carbohydrates which are good for health. Community service activities are carried out through outreach activities using lectures, discussion, and question-and-answer methods. The number of participants who participated in this PkM activity was 20 people aged in the 25-45 year range who were in the Lubuk Pakam sub-district. This PkM activity uses a system of pre-test and post-test in evaluating the level of increase in participants' knowledge. In addition, the level of satisfaction of participants in PkM activities was measured using a questionnaire. The results of the service show that PkM activities have provided additional knowledge to the community so that they are more careful in choosing food ingredients for consumption so that they will avoid the dangers of misuse of formaldehyde in food. Based on the evaluation carried out on the PkM activities, there was an increase in the average knowledge of the PkM participants by 30% after being given socialization. Diabetes mellitus can arise due to defects in the effect of insulin in tissues, and most of this occurs in patients who are overweight. The shift from a traditional lifestyle to a modern lifestyle will increase the risk of developing diabetes mellitus. Lifestyle in this community service includes diet, smoking habits, consuming alcohol, and physical activity. Lifestyle in patients with diabetes mellitus can help manage and control glucose in the blood. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling about lifestyle on changes in glucose values ??in the blood of diabetes mellitus patients. This community service uses a method with activities starting from the stage of providing material on the concept of diabetes mellitus, lifestyle, management, checking blood glucose values ??and evaluating the results of implementation in diabetes mellitus patients. The implementation method with the socialization method is an understanding of the condition of smokers in Indonesia and about KTR. In addition, it was conducted with a question and answer session and interviews with health workers and visitors related to cigarettes and KTR. The implementation of this activity is divided into three stages, namely, planning, implementation and evaluation. All health workers and the public understand the dangers of smoking but still carry out smoking activities on the grounds of addiction to cigarettes. Ada berbagai faktor yang menjadi penyebab seperti puting yang datar atau tenggelam, payudara ibu yang bengkak, teknik menyusui kurang tepat atau bahkan karena lidah bayi yang pendek. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan ini merupakan suatu pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengolah bahan pangan (kedelai) sehingga kandungan gizinya lebih meningkat serta lebih efisien dalam konsumsinya untuk capaian tujuan yaitu meningkatnya kualitas produksi ASI. Berbagai penelitian menyatakan bahwa susu kedelai dinilai mampu meningkatkan kualitas produksi ASI. Vitamin E yang terkandung dalam susu kedelai tidak hanya berperan untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit saja melainkan juga berperan dalam meningkatkan produksi hormon phytoestrogen yang dapat membantu kelenjar susu ibu dapat memproduksi ASI lebih banyak. Pengolahan susu kacang kedelai juga dinilai lebih efisien daripada konsumsi obat pelancar ASI yang notabene lebih sulit diperoleh terkhusus di daerah pedesaan. Pemilihan metode pelatihan pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah agar capaian tujuan PKM akan lebih efisien daripada pemberian informasi dengan metode penyuluhan. Pelatihan pengolahan susu kedelai dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan ibu pasca nifas yang mengalami kurangnya produksi ASI. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah selama 4 hari dengan jumlah sasaran 50 ibu pasca nifas yang berada di Desa Tanjung Beringin. This underlies the development of social security by the Indonesian government, which one is through health insurance. In Practice, the goal of creating BPJS is not compatible with reality, provable by a wide variety of issues that are difficult to solve. One of them is the problem with the management of claims for the BPJS. As for the subject of this study is health insurance, specifically management claims. The study uses normative legal research methods to adopt a statute approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach. Studies have shown that despite efforts by the government to address the problem, but those efforts didn’t work because of some inhibitory factors. Needed solutions to the formation and application of the IMP (Identity Monitoring Program) concept and it is integrated with Disduk Capil to BPJS.
