Salah satu masalah utama sampai saat ini yang menjadi penyebab rendahnya keberhasilan pemberian ASI di Indonesia adalah faktor dukungan keluarga yang berkaitan dengan sosial budaya. Perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif tidak terlepas dari pandangan keluarga terhadap budaya yang sudah turun temurun diwariskan dalam kebudayaan yang bersangkutan. Dengan demikian akibat kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga disebabkan perspektif keluarga yang masih menyepelekan ASI Ekslusif sehingga menyebabkan kegagalan pemberian ASI Ekslusif masih tergolong tinggi. \u0000Metode Penelitian: Kajian literatur dengan penelusuran menggunakan media elektronik dan internet melalui data base dengan penggunaan kata kunci. \u0000Hasil: Dukungan keluarga dipengaruhi oleh perspektif atau pandangan serta pengetahuan keluarga terhadap ASI ekslusif. \u0000Kesimpulan: Study ini menyimpulkan bahwa pandangan keluarga terhadap pemberian ASI ekslusif kepada bayi sangatlah penting. Karena pandangan keluarga yang baik akan melahirkan dukungan yang baik kepada ibu dalam menyusui bayinya secara ekslusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan waktu layananan laboratorium (pra analitik, analitik dan pasca analitik) dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap penggunaan Orange Sistem Informasi laboratorium (OSIL) yang telah dibuat pada penelitian sebelumnya pada tahun 2021 untuk meningkatkan pelayanan laboratorium di Puskesmas Sukaraja Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bersifat deskripsi analitik dengan responden sebanyak 50 responden sebelum digunakan OSIL dan 50 responden setelah digunakan OSIL dan penilaian dilakukan oleh ATLM sebagai pengguna OSIL. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisoner dan observasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji T. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pemakaian aplikasi OSIL memiliki dampak baik pada parameter waktu akses riwayat hasil laboratorium (p<0,0001) dan kepuasan user (P<0,0001). Namun tidak meningkatkan waktu pre-analitik (p= 0,2336) dan analitik (p=0,9443). Serum lyophilized homemademerupakan serum kontrol alternatif yang relatif murah dan mudah didapat daripada serum kontrol komersial.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui stabilitas serum kontrol lyophilized homemade rekonstitusi yangdisimpan selama 8 minggu pada suhu (-2)ºC sampai dengan (-4)ºC dan (-20)ºC terhadap kadar kreatinin danBUN. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Kimia Klinik Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabayapada bulanMaret-Mei 2022 dengan jenis penelitian eksperimental dan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttestdesign. Serum lyophilized homemade rekonstitusi disimpan pada suhu (-2)ºC sampai dengan (-4)ºC dan (-20)ºC,pemeriksaanserumdilakukansetiapsatuminggusekaliselama8minggu. Hasil kadar kreatinin dan BUN serum lyophilized homemade setelah rekonstitusi yang disimpan padasuhu (-2)ºC sampai dengan (-4)ºC dan (-20)ºC tidak keluar dari batas kontrol ±2SD sehingga dapat dinyatakanstabil dengan nilai CV kreatinin 4-6% dan BUN 7-8%. Berdasarkan analisis uji regresi diketahui bahwa lamapenyimpanan berpengaruh sebesar51,3% terhadap kadar kreatininserum yang disimpanpada suhu (-2)ºCsampai dengan (-4)ºC dan berpengaruh sebesar 79,3% terhadap kadar kreatinin serumyang disimpan pada suhu(-20)ºC. One alternative to overcome Escherichia coli bacterial infection is the use of fragrant pandanus leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of fragrant pandan leaf extract (Pandanus amarllyfolius Roxb) against the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria. This type of research is experimental using the disc diffusion method. Fragrant pandanus leaves are extracted by maceration method using ethanol 96% as a solvent. The results of the study found that the average diameter of the bland zone at a concentration of 25% is 6 mm, at a concentration of 50% is 11.7 mm, the concentration of 75% is 12.3 mm, at positive control (Chloramphenicol) is 25 mm, and negative control (ethanol 96%) is 6 mm. The Aim Of The Research: To determine the difference in the results of formaldehyde levels in tofu samples soaked in warm water and salt water using UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method. Research Method: The type of research used was a pure experiment, which was conducted at the Laboratory of Chemistry and Microbiology of Agricultural Products, Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Unsri Palembang. The sample used was tofu and the number of careful samples was 18 tofu samples using the total sampling technique. The Result: Based on the results of examining the formalin content in tofu samples soaked in warm water for 15 minutes using the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method with the A & E Visible Spectrophotometer yielded an average of 0.56 mg/L while the results of examining formalin levels in tofu samples soaked in salt water produces an average of 0.74 mg/L. Data analysis using the Independent Sample T-Test test obtained a significant value for the warm water treatment p = 0.395 and a significant value for the salt water treatment p = 0.397. The World Health Organization recommends pregnant women consume folic acid, iron, and multiple micronutrients. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Multiple Micronutrients (MMN) on delivery forms. This research was conducted at Semen Padang Hospital, Padang. This study is a descriptive study with data collection carried out retrospectively. The sample in this study was data from pregnant women who did prenatal care and gave birth at Semen Padang Hospital in January-December 2021. The number of samples in this study was 201 pregnant women, divided into 73 pregnant women with normal deliveries and 128 patients with normal deliveries by cesarean section.
