Hence, metabolomic studies for amelioration of triacylglycerol (TAG) accumulation in oleaginous yeast strain to reveal potential targets in fatty acid synthesis pathway should be explored. The aim of this research experiment was to boost TAG agglomeration in novel isolated oleaginous yeast Cryptococcus psychrotolerans IITRFD using sodium bicarbonate as supplement for biodiesel production. Enhanced biomass productivity (83.5 ± 0.32 mg/L/h) and lipid productivity (56.8 ± 0.34 mg/L/h) have been estimated as compared to yeast nitrogen base media (YNB) used as control. Also, the bicarbonate supplementation (25 mM) leads to decrease in phospholipids (23.6 %) while increase in TAG amount (75.4 %) signifying that it redirects the phospholipids synthesis pathway in the direction of de novo TAG pathway. The fatty acid profile obtained revealed rise in monounsaturated fatty acid content and decrease in polyunsaturated fatty acid content demonstrating better oxidative stability (19 h) and cold flow behaviour (- 12 °C) of biodiesel produced. This novel strategy of utilizing bicarbonate as a triggering system may possibly revamp the commercial use of C. psychrotolerans IITRFD for high quality biodiesel production. Pakistan is an agricultural country and its major economy depends upon the agriculture sector. In Pakistan, freshwater sacristy rate is increasing due to poor sanitation and water management system, increase in population and food demands, and use of fresh water flood irrigation system to irrigate the agricultural land. This ultimately poses harmful effect on the economy of country. About 73% of freshwater resource is consumed for the irrigation purpose in Pakistan. The increase in population and the food demand is an impetus to adopt drip irrigation system at large in the country. In such a scenario, controlled drip irrigation system serves the suitable technique to limit the water supplied to the crops at regular interval for agriculture, and replaces the flood irrigation system. Besides ordinary drip irrigation system, the controlled drip irrigation system monitors and controls the soil moisture and temperature of the crops using sensors and actuators. This study is aimed at designing and installation of controlled drip irrigation system for crop fields at Nasarpur, Sindh, Pakistan. It was expected that agricultural sector will become more productive by effectively using the fresh water resources. The study has shown that converting conventional irrigation into controlled drip irrigation has saved freshwater to a greater extent and marginal excessive use energy used in pumping and the control system. Energy efficient houses consume less energy while maintaining or improving the comfort conditions of occupants. This paper examines low carbon initiatives in housing construction in Nigeria based on the use of stabilized soil blocks, solid interlocking blocks, and supplementary cementitious materials such as fly ash, rice husk ash, palm oil fuel ash, and their various combinations in concrete production as low carbon materials. These are materials readily available in Nigeria and can be useful for sustainable housing construction. Their use is for the purpose of reducing embodied energy in construction of houses and reduction of operational energy in housing use. Owing to the poor state of energy generation and transmission in Nigeria energy efficiency measures are imperative to reduce the energy required in houses. The exploration of research interests focused on conventional fields and recent technological fields of steganalysis. This paper devises Convolutional neural network models for steganalysis. Convolutional neural network (CNN) is one of the most frequently used deep learning techniques. The Convolutional neural network is used to extract spatio-temporal information or features and classification. We have compared steganalysis outcome with AlexNet and SRNeT with same dataset.
