We focus on the network capacity that can be measured by the critical value of phase transition from free flow to congestion. Here we address influence of the topology on the dynamics of traffic delivery for small-world networks, taking into account the average degree, the average clustering coefficient, and the information-processing capacity of individual nodes. Simulation results show that the critical value is obviously different for different small world network structures, and the critical value increases as the average degree increases. The 5th wireless mobile multimedia internet networks are real wireless world, which are completed wireless communication without limitation. With this mechanism rich innovative collaboration services can be developed conveniently to provide users with novel communication experience in IETF centralized conferencing (XCON) system. The mechanism adopts the extended SDP and offer/answer model as media description and negotiation mechanism. And it uses RTP/RTCP and extended MSRP as the media transport control protocols respectively for audio/video and various TCP-based data collaboration applications. In this paper, the requirement of the mechanism is revealed from a high-level design perspective. Using the tapped delay line structure of narrowband Watterson model, the delay power profile of the wideband HF channel model is sampled into discrete points, dividing each propagation path into series of sub-paths. The deterministic phase function and stochastic modulation function is applied. The sum of all sub-paths forms the output signal. Simulation results show the validity of the proposed simulation model. Traditional packet loss evaluation criteria are not sufficient to describe characteristics of losses: the loss rate is too simple while traditional loss episodes sometimes are not stable due to the randomness of loss events. In this paper, we propose an extended loss episode approach, merged loss episode based on the traditional definition, to estimate the network condition. Also we presented the corresponding algorithm for calculation. In this paper we propose a new algorithm for spectrum sharing which considering historical allocation information of secondary user. Base on analyzing results, this paper uses a load balancing gain to control this model with the increasing system scale.
