The type of research used in this study is ex post facto which means after the fact, by taking data by survey, ex post facto research. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The population is all class V students of Teppoe Private Elementary School, totalling 21 people. And the sampling used is a saturated sample. The results of the study based on simple regression analysis that has been carried out through the SPSS version 25 programme, obtained the results of the respondents studied, namely class V of Teppoe Private Elementary School totalling 21 people. It is known that if tcount ≤ ttable then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. If tcount ≥ ttable then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This research was motivated by problems that had been discovered from the results of a preliminary study in the learning process when students spoke English. That the students' speaking skills do not meet the KKM set by the school, namely 75. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) with three cycles in which each cycle contains two actions. The subjects of this research were 25 class VI students at MI Integrated Ar-Rifqi. The data collection techniques used are performance tests and observation. The speaking skills of class VI MI Integrated Ar-Rifqi students before being given action achieved 32% classical completeness in the poor category. After taking action in cycle I, an average score of 66 was obtained with classical completeness of 54%, in cycle II there was an increase with an average score of 74 with classical completeness of 71% and in cycle III the score was obtained. an average of 81 with a classical completion score of 84%. Based on classical completeness, overall this research has reached ≥75% of the number of students who achieved the KKM, namely 84%. This type of research is an ex-post facto research type with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were students at SDN 149 Tokinjong. The object of this research is the effect of bullying on the motivation of students at SDN 149 Tokinjong. The data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear analysis technique. Based on the research that has been done and seen the results of research on the effect of bullying on students' learning motivation at SDN 149 Tokinjong, the authors can conclude that bullying has an effect on students' learning motivation. Because based on the data analyzed using SPSS 25, it is known that the tcount value is 13,809 > ttable 1,701, and sig 0.00 < sig 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the research conducted by bullying has an influence on the learning motivation of students at SDN 149 Tokinjong. In addition, the R Square number is 0.872 or 87.2%. Data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, and data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions. Understanding and improving student learning outcomes in PKN learning can be supplemented by increasing learning motivation. The aim of this study was to identify teacher tools to increase the learning motivation of high school elementary students during PKN classes. This study uses a qualitative case study methodology. The method used to gather information for this study is called objective sampling. In this research instrument, the researchers themselves collected data using observation techniques, questionnaires, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques use data collection, editorial, display, and conclusion steps. The guarantor of the validity of the data in this third study combines the method of collecting data by combining triangulation. The results of the study indicated the need for greater motivation to teach high grade students during Internship classes. One of the factors that causes students' learning motivation to be lower than it should be is their exposure to less than ideal learning environments and less than ideal teaching methods. Therefore the advice given by the teacher to increase student learning motivation is to use teaching strategies that can do this.
