Pandemi juga membawa dampak pada perekonomian, termasuk di Desa Burai yang merupakan salah satu tempat wisata yang ada yang mana tempat wisata memiliki resiko tinggi terhadap penyebaran virus COVID-19. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pegetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan, serta menilai efektifitas edukasi terhadap kelompok terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 sebagai bentuk pecegahan pada Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) di Desa Wisata Burai, Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Model Aksi Komunitas atau Community Action Model (CAM), penelitian dilakukan secara online menggunakan media sosial whatsapp. Kegiatan ini disambut baik oleh anggota POKDARWIS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi penerapan protokol COVID-19 ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perubahan sikap serta perilaku peserta kegiatan yang sebelumnya tidak tahu atau apatis terhadap COVID-19 menjadi tahu. Melalui edukasi yang telah diberikan anggota kelompok sadar wisata kini dapat turut aktif dalam melakukan pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di desa burai. Empowerment of Tourism Awareness Groups (POKDARWIS) in Burai Village through COVID-19 Health Protocol Education Using Whatsapp Abstract: COVID-19 is still a serious and widespread public health problem that has hit almost all countries in the world and has been declared as pandemic. The pandemic has also had an impact on the economy, including in Burai Village which is one of the existing tourist attractions where tourist attractions have a high risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus. This study is to describe knowledge, attitudes, and actions, as well as assess the effectiveness of education for groups related to the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol as a form of prevention in community of ecotourism (POKDARWIS) in the tourist village of Burai, South Sumatra in 2020. The research method used qualitative research. and the activity method used in this research is the Community Action Model (CAM), the research was conducted online using whatsapp social media. This activity was welcomed by the member of POKDARWIS, The results of this educational activity succeeded in increasing the knowledge of activity participants and changing attitudes and behavior of activity participants who previously did not know or were apathetic about COVID-19 to know. CBT patut diimplementasikan karena masyarakat adalah pihak yang seyogianya menjadi pelaku utama berbagai kegiatan kepariwisataan, sehingga manfaat dari pariwisata dapat dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan Community-Based Research (CBR) yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Implementasi CBT di Desa Sekapuk secara garis besar sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip CBT pada aspek: partisipasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat; kemitraan dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait; pengakuan dari otoritas terkait; peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial; keadilan dan transparansi dalam pembagian manfaat; peningkatan hubungan dengan ekonomi lokal dan regional; dan kemandirian finansial. Penelitian menemukan masih perlu ditingkatkan kinerja dalam aspek penghargaan terhadap budaya dan tradisi lokal, kontribusi terhadap konservasi sumber daya alam; dan upaya peningkatan pengalaman pengunjung. Community–Based Tourism in Sekapuk Village: a Participatory Action ResearchAbstract: This study aims to understand the actual conditions of community-based tourism (CBT) in Sekapuk Village by analyzing the implementation of CBT principles. CBT should be implemented because the local community is supposedly the main actors for various tourism activities to maximize the direct benefits of tourism. This research is Community-Based Research (CBR) conducted using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The implementation of CBT in Sekapuk Village is broadly in line with the principles of CBT in the aspects of community participation and empowerment; partnerships with relevant stakeholders; recognition from relevant authorities; increase in social welfare; fairness and transparency in benefit-sharing; improved relations with local and regional economies; and financial independence. Hal ini menjadikan Desa Trimurti berpotensi untuk menjadi desa inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aksesibilitas fisik dan sosial penyandang disabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei, dengan sampel 60 penyandang disabilitas (30% dari total jumlah penyandang disabilitas). Analisis data secara deskriptif menggunakan spss versi 23. Hasilnya survei menunjukkan: (1) aksesibilitas sosial di Desa Trimurti sangat baik ditunjukkan dengan sikap terhadap penyandang disabilitas yang baik; ketersediaan layanan pendidikan, kesehatan dan informasi sangat baik. (2) aksesibilitas fisik menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar bangunan fisik tidak dapat diakses, kecuali Sekolah Khusus (SLB) dan Puskesmas Srandakan. (3) aksesibilitas finansial, kebijakan dan pengetahuan para penyandang cacat masih sangat terbatas; penyandang disabilitas tidak memiliki akses ke modal dan peluang kerja. Berdasarkan pada hasil survei tersebut dapat disusun kebijakan yang inklusif sehingga terwujud desa inklusif yang ramah terhadap penyandang disabilitas Survey of Physical and Social Accessibility as a Base Preparation of the Inclusive Village Grand Design Abstract: Trimurti Village has the highest number of persons with disabilities in Bantul Regency. This makes Trimurti Village has the potential to become an inclusive village. This study aims to determine the physical and social accessibility of persons with disabilities. The research method used was survey research, with a sample of 60 people with disabilities (30% of the total number of people with disabilities). Descriptive data analysis using SPSS version 23. The survey results show: (1) social accessibility in the village of Trimurti is very well demonstrated by a good attitude towards persons with disabilities; the availability of education, health and information services is very good. (2) physical accessibility shows that most of the physical buildings are inaccessible, except for Special Schools (SLB) and the Heatlh Center (Puskesmas) Srandakan. (3) financial accessibility, policy and knowledge of people with disabilities is still very limited; people with disabilities do not have access to capital and employment opportunities. Based on the results of the survey, inclusive policies can be developed so that an inclusive village that is friendly to people with disabilities can be developed. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis melakukan kegiatan penelitian melalui dengan mengedukasi masyarakat setempat melalui edukasi protokol kesehatan, penyemprotan disenfektan, dan penanaman tanaman sehat, serta penyebaran poster. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Subjek penelitian Masyarakat Dusun Saren RT 11/ RW 02, Desa Saren, Kecamatan Kalijambe, Kabupaten Sragen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian sesuai dengan pegalaman lapangan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan edukasi COVID-19 masyarakat setempat mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai COVID-19, dapat menerima dan lebih memahami informasi mengenai langkah-langkah kewaspadaan dan pencegahan infeksi COVID-19, serta lebih waspada untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan , seperti menggunakan masker saat bepergian dengan benar dan mencuci tangan atau memakai disenfektan setelah menyentuh benda-benda ditempat umum.Education in Creating a Healthy Society and Smart during the Covid PandemicAbstract: The spread of the COVID-19 virus is increasing rapidly through sputum sputum and the respiratory tract. The lack of ability of the management of CLC in developing programs caused by differences in educational background, geographic, social and economic, resulted in the irregularity of the programmatic and the dissociation of Community Learning Center.This research aims to describe the quality improvement strategy and independence of CLC.This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used consist of documentation studies, interviews, and observations. The subjects of the research are maintainers, tutors, students as well as the community around CLC in Serang City-Banten. The validity technique of data uses the triangulation of sources, methods and theories. Data analysis techniques through data collection, reduction of data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions.The results of this research is a strategy to improve the quality and independence of CLC, among others, through: (a) to build community participation both physically and nonphysical, b) the usefulness of programs for the Community, (c) The relevance of the program, and (d) The sustainability of the CLC. Strategi Peningkatan Mutu dan Kemandirian Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmendeskripsikanstrategi peningkatan mutu dan kemandirian PKBM. Standar mutu minimal dan kemandirian PKBM diartikan sebagai ukuran minimal yang harus dipenuhi oleh para pengelola program atau kegiatan layanan dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan program kegiatan pendidikan nonformal di PKBM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri atas studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah pengelola, tutor, peserta didik serta masyarakat sekitar PKBM di Kota Serang-Banten. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan standar mutu minimal PKBM, bidang layanan yang langsung dapat diterima oleh warga sasaran PKBM meliputi: a) jenis layanan pendidikan; b) pelayanan informasi; dan c) pelayanan kemitraan. Sedangkan strategi dalam meningkatkan mutu dan kemandirian PKBM antara lain melalui: a) membangun partisipasi masyarakat baik secara kualitas dan kuantitas di berbagai aspek kegiatan dan permasalahan PKBM, b) kebermanfaatan program bagi masyarakat, c) relevansi program, dan d) kemandirian serta keberlanjutan lembaga (sustainability) PKBM. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Jasa Boga SMK Pratama Widhya Mandala. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket berupa instrument hasil belajar siswa dan data penunjang kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Tehnik analisis data dengan mencari rerata hasil pre-test pos-test dan menarik kesimpulan analisis keefektivan menggunakan uji beda rata-rata dengan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan minat berwirausaha dalam pengolahan hidangan Appetezer and Dessert khususnya pembuatan Macaroni Schotel dan Roti Kukus Gula Merah medapatkan perhatian sangat baik terlihat dari antusias dan semangat siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Kemampuan siswa dalam Pengolahan Hidangan Appetezer and Dessert berkembang sangat baik disertai minat berwirausaha siswa dengan rerata hasil pos-test berada pada katagori katogori sangat baik. The effectiveness of the appetizer and dessert dish processing training program for Students of SMK Pratama Widhya Mandala Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of the Appetizer and Dessert Dish Processing Training program to develop entrepreneurial interest and student learning outcomes of SMK Pratama Widhya Mandala. This research uses evaluation research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects were students of class XI Catering Services at SMK Pratama Widhya Mandala. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews, tests. Data analysis techniques by looking for the mean results of the pre-test post-test and interesting. The results showed that training in entrepreneurial interest in the processing of Appetizer and Dessert dishes, especially the making of Macaroni Schotel and Brown Sugar Steamed Bread, received very good attention, seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students in participating in the activity. Kualitas produksi sangat bergantung pada proses pemeliharaan dan pemupukan yang harganya sangat memberatkan dan menjadi permasalahan bagi petani. Pasca panen, batang pisang akan dibiarkan sebagai limbah padahal batang pisang berpotensi sebagai bioenergi pertanian. Berkaitan dengan permasalahan dan potensi tersebut maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan motivasi kepada masyarakat Desa Tapak Gedung Kecamatan Tebat Karai Kabupaten Kepahiang Propinsi Bengkulu dalam memanfaatkan limbah pisang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui 3 strategi yaitu Sosialisasi, Pelaksanaan serta monitoring dan evaluasi program. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, Fosused Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara, praktek lapangan dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan ini disambut baik dan antusias oleh masyarakat Desa Tapak Gedung. Masyarakat merasa sangat terbantu dalam penyedian pupuk organik dalam menunjang usaha pertaniannya. Berdasarkan strategi yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pemberdayaan kelompok tani melalui pembuatan bioenergi pertanian dari limbah batang pisang dapat memberikan ilmu yang sangat membantu bagi masyarakat serta pembuatan pupuk organik dalam skala besar dapat dijadikan alternatife untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. AbstractKepahiang Regency is a center for the production of vegetables and fruits, one of which is bananas. The quality of production is very dependent on the maintenance and fertilization process, which is very expensive and a problem for farmers. After harvest, banana stems will be left as waste, even though banana stems have the potential as agricultural bioenergy. In connection with these problems and potential, community service activities were carried out aimed at providing knowledge and motivation to the people of Tapak Gedung Village, Tebat Karai District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province in utilizing banana waste. This activity is carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through 3 strategies: socialization, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of the program. Data were collected through observation techniques, Focused Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, field practice and documentation. This activity was welcomed and enthusiastically by the people of Tapak Gedung Village. The community feels very helpful in providing organic fertilizers to support their agricultural business. Nanas yang dihasilkan dijual dalam bentuk buah segar dan olahan, contohnya adalah sari nanas. Kualitas produk olahan sari nanas masih kurang maksimal sehingga pada kegiatan ini diberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan tentang cara pengolahan buah nanas dalam bentuk minuman berserat. Minuman berserat dibuat dari campuran buah nanas yang kaya nutrisi dan nata de coco yang mengandung serat alami. Penambahan nata de coco juga berfungsi sebagai penstabil (emulsifier) agar produk minuman yang dihasilkan memiliki mutu yang lebih baik dan daya simpan yang lebih lama. Terdapat 2 tahapan kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 25 warga Dusun Puhrejo, yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai pemanfaatan dan cara pengolahan nanas yang tepat sehingga tidak mengurangi kandungan gizi di dalamnya. Minat peserta untuk mengembangkan produk olahan nanas juga meningkat karena produk yang dihasilkan dapat memberi nilai tambah buah nanas. Produk olahan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini juga dijadikan produk unggulan UMKM Dusun Puhrejo. Training on produce a healthy beverage from pineapple fruits and nata de coco AbstractOne of the pineapple production centers in East Java is in Puhrejo village, Ngancar, Kediri. The pineapple was sold in the fresh and processing fruits, like pineapple juice. But the pineapple juice has low quality so this activity gave information and training about how to process pineapple to be a healthy beverage product. A healthy beverage produced from pineapple that contains many nutritions and nata de coco that contain natural fibre. The aim of addition nata de coco is as emulsifier therefore the beverage obtained from this project has better quality and longer shelf life. The activity was attended by 25 Puhrejo village residents and used two steps, that are counselling and training. The result of the activity is an increase in the community’s knowledge about the potential of pineapple and the right processing of it so the nutrition did not decrease. The desire of the community to process pineapple into a variety of products also increased because that product can provide added value to pineapple.
