Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Delta Sari Agung Motor Sidoarjo. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan untuk mendapatkan sumber data melalui kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperolah 50 karyawan yang dijadikan sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda kemudian diolah menggunakan software spss versi 22. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi di LP Narkoba kelas IIA Tanjung Pinang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 76 responden yang merupakan seluruh pegawai Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Tanjungpinang. Terdapat 26 butir pernyataan yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif melalui uji linier sederhana, uji normalitas, uji signifikansi, dan uji determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 25. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah besar pengaruh yang diberikan variabel budaya organisasi terhadap variabel komitmen organisasional secara persentase yaitu 59,7% dari nilai R Square sebesar 0,597. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School has implemented Islamic Boarding School Accounting Guidelines, although technically it is still assisted by external parties. The company uses a wide variety of social media platforms to present interesting content. Instagram is one of the most interesting social media platforms. Through a well-managed marketing tool, the company can increase consumer attention and customer engagement. This study aims to determine the influence of content marketing on customer engagement in tests.id. This study presents quantitative descriptive research using classical assumption test analysis (Normality test, Homogeneity Test) and the ANOVA test, as well as the Scheffe test as a further test. The population used in this study was marketing content posts on Instagram accounts, testoefl.id, which numbered 147 on May 15th, 2022. Meanwhile, the number of samples in this study was limited to 30 posts with predetermined sample criteria. The results of the ANOVA test obtained a p-value < 0.05, which indicates that content marketing has a significant influence on customer engagement. After using the Scheffe test to do an ad hoc post-test, it was clear that the type of promotional post had a big impact on the average value of customer engagement compared to other types of posts. Keywords: content marketing, Instagram, customer engagement ABSTRAK Pada masa sekarang, perkembangan media sosial semakin pesat. Nyaris tidak ada yang tidak bisa dilakukan oleh platform digital. Untuk menghadirkan konten yang menarik, banyak bisnis yang menggunakan berbagai platform media sosial.Instagram adalah salah satu platform media sosial paling populer perusahaan dapat meningkatkan perhatian dan keterlibatan konsumen melalui pemasaran konten yang dikelola dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pemasaran konten mempengaruhi keterlibatan pelanggan dalam testoefl.id. Ini adalah studi deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan pengujian hipotesis tradisional (tes normalitas dan homogenitas) serta tes ANOVA dan Scheffe. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pos konten marketing pada akun Instagram testoefl.id yang berjumlah 147 pada 15 Mei 2022. Sedangkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 pos dengan kriteria sampel yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil dari uji ANOVA didapatkan p-value <0.05 yang mengindikasikan bahwa konten marketing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap customer engagement. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif yang membandingkan kinerja keuangan BPR Milik Swasta dan BPR Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) di Provinsi NTB selama peride tahun 2018-2020. Alat yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan adalah melakukan penilaian dari aspek permodalan yang diukur dengan rasio kewajiban pemenuhan modal minimum (KPMM), aspek kualitas aktiva produktif (KAP), aspel likuiditas yang diukur dengan rasio LDR dan Cash Ratio, dan aspek rentabilitas yang diukur dengan rasio BOPO. Dalam membandingkan kinerja keuangan BPR milik swasta dengan BPR BUMD digunakan alat statistic uji Independent Sampel T Test. Nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel terikat adalah harga yang tersedia yang harus dibayar pembeli masa depan ketika menjual perusahaan. Proksi yang digunakan adalah Tobin's Q. Periode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dari tahun 2010 hingga 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purpose-driven sampling yang menghasilkan 20 sampel. Untuk mengintegrasikan data hasil penelitian disertasi dan mengetahui dampak corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan, peneliti melakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan teknik meta-analitik. Hasil meta analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemilikan manajemen, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit, dan ukuran komite berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
