The method used is a Literature Review, which originates from journal searches on online databases, including Pubmed, ProQuest, Clinical Key Nursing, and Science. The study results show that using technology to prevent falls in patients generally indicates positive results, which are very beneficial for both patients and improve the quality of patient safety in hospitals. The research method used is a literature review. The results of the study show that the use of the CNN method to detect cardiovascular disease has excellent results, with the highest percentage of accuracy reaching 99.79%, the highest percentage of F1-score going 99.78%, the highest percentage of specificity achieving 98.35%, and the highest sensitivity reaching 99.71%. In conclusion, the CNN method can be implemented into a clinical decision support system that health workers such as doctors and nurses can use to assess patient health. The method used is a literature review of 11 kinds of literature and various other literature on improving the quality of nursing through the reporting system. The research results show that the basis for nurses in supporting the work program of the Department of Nursing is to maintain the quality or quality of nursing services, which is guided by hospital patient safety. One is implementing a technology-based and information system-based nursing quality indicator reporting system. In conclusion, reporting unit quality indicators becomes more accessible, faster, and precise. The method used in writing is a literature review. The study results in show that telehealth benefits patients and health service providers by increasing the knowledge of medical staff and updating knowledge to improve the health services provided. The health promotion offered can be carried out more optimally, and with this telehealth, nurses can monitor the patient's condition to determine whether the behavior is under the health promotion offered. In conclusion, telehealth can be used as a solution in remote care to limit direct contact. The use of telehealth or telenursing has a very positive impact. Patients can only complete treatment by telephone, computer, internet, video, and audio conferencing. The time spent in remote care is also quite effective. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: COVID-19 pandemic, Telehealth, Telenursing

The method used is an article search using electronic databases such as the Cochrane Library, Ebsco, Pubmed, Sage Journals, and Science Direct. The study results show that an indicator of effectiveness is that mHealth can prevent secondary strokes in stroke patients and prevent disability in post-stroke patients. Were 199 articles found, and then nine were selected for criticism/analysis. Among the nine articles found in this study, the patient characteristics were almost the same, and it was found that mHealth was effective in post-stroke control, namely secondary stroke prevention and post-stroke disability management. The method used is a case report using the ADDIE approach. The results showed that the attitude and involvement of nurses in managing falls were high (99.42% and 98.86%). However, the results of the focus group discussion (FGD) in the psychiatric room found data that the fall risk assessment tool currently used, namely the fall Morse scale (FMS), has not accommodated the condition of psychiatric patients. Namely, there is no assessment of psycho-pharmaceutical drugs, sedative drugs, and patient activity and elimination. Evaluation of the successful implementation of appropriate fall risk assessment tools in the psychiatric population is seen from the nurses' opinions about the ease of using the tools, the ease in assessing a patient's risk of falling, and the means of accommodating the conditions of psychiatric patients. The result is that 62% recommend using the Wilson-Sims Fall Risk Assessment Tool (WSFRAT), and 38% recommend using the Edmonson Psychiatric Fall Risk Assessment Tool (EPFRAT). In conclusion, using appropriate fall risk assessment tools in the psychiatric population can reduce the incidence of falls and make it easier for nurses to assess the risk of falls in psychiatric patients. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Patient Safety, Risk Management, Psychiatry, Fall Risk Assessment Tool

Methods This study uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The results showed that students of class XI SMK Negeri 2 Kota Samarinda had Moderate Smartphone Usage Behavior totaling 205 respondents (93.2%). They then obtained pornographic access behavior as Moderate at 174 (79.1%). And low free-sex behavior is 168 (76.4%). The result is a significant value of 0.651 (p-value > 0.05), so there is no meaningful relationship between smartphone use and free sex behavior in SMK Negeri 2 Kota Samarinda students. These results obtained a significance value of 0.125 (p-value> 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between the frequency of access to pornography and free sex.
