Calisma alanindaki litolojik birimler incelendiginde, bolgede alttan ustte dogru Yesilbarak napi, Likya naplari, paraallokton ve neootokton konumlu kaya birimleri yer almaktadir. Bolgede aluvyon ve kirectasi birimlerinden yeraltisuyu alinmaktadir. Yeraltisuyunun yuzeyden derinligi 3.70⎼34.00 m arasinda olculmustur. Calisma alaninda kaynak sularinin genel olarak Ca-Mg-HCO 3 ,Ca-HCO 3 , Ca-Mg-HCO 3 -CO 3 tipi sular oldugu, Yazir Golune ait ornegin ise Ca-Mg-HCO 3 -CO 3 ’li sular fasiyesinde oldugu gorulmektedir. Calisma alaninda ortaya cikan farkli su tipleri bolgedeki kayaclarla temas suresi, suyun miktari, sicakligi ve ortamin basinci gibi faktorlere bagli olarak yeraltisuyunun bilesiminde degisiklikler gerceklesmesine neden olmaktadir. Sularin sulama suyu olarak kullanilabilirliginin degerlendirilmesi icin ABD Tuzluluk laboratuari ve Wilcox diyagramlari ile Artiksal sodyum karbonat (RSC), Gecirgenlik indeksi (PI) ve Magnezyum Tehlikesi (MT) parametreleri kullanilmistir. Havzada yeraltisularinin sulama suyu olarak kullanima uygun oldugu tespit edilmistir. Bolgede yeraltisulari icin en onemli kirletici unsur tarimsal faaliyetlerdir. Bu nedenle, calisma alanindaki yeraltisularinda nitrat icerikleri artmistir. Ayrica, havzadaki su kaynaklarinda Al, As, Cu, Cr, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb ve Zn gibi agir metal icerikleri incelenmistir. Calisma alanindaki tum sularda kaya su etkilesimi ile iliskili olarak As artisi tespit edilmistir. Ayrica, bolgesel olarak Al, Cr, Fe, Ni ve Zn artislari gozlenmistir. Bu artislarin jeojenik ve antropojenik kokenli oldugu dusunulmektedir. EKT, farkli alanlardaki yogun uygulamalarindan dolayi bilim adamlarinin ilgisini kazanmaktadir. Bu calismada, insan lenfosit hucrelerini kullanarak, EKT’nin genotoksik ve anti-genotoksik potansiyellerini incelemeyi amacladik. Sonuclar, EKT’nin guclu antigenotoksik ozellige sahip oldugunu gosterdi. The domination number and its variations are the most important vulnerability parameters for graphs. One of them is the average lower domination number. It is denoted by , also is defined as: , where the lower domination number , denoted by , is the minimum cardinality of a dominating set of the graph G that contains the vertex v (Henning 2004). Smart phone application is controlling cellular phone’s white Flash light emitting diode (LED) and acquiring the camera pictures simultaneously. In this work Android Studio program development platform has been used. Flash LED light illuminated to the left soft arm tissue. Flash LED has wide wavelength band spectrum which has from 380 to 800 nm. The smart phone white flash LED light has two different Gaussian curve between 380 and 800 nm wavelength. One summit is around 440 nm, the other one is in the 560 nm wavelength. These wavelengths are visible and close to near infrared (NIR). Acquired image data were sent to PC via smart phone USB cable by smart phone Android based application. Image data were analyzed, GPU based Monte Carlo (MC) simulations were run which their executable .exe file was prepared, compiled and built in Microsoft Visual Studio C (MSVSC) code on NVIDIA graphic processor unit. Geothermal resources are a green energy source that can make a considerable contribution in some countries. Also efficient use of resources is important due to availability, economic and environmental issues and comprises the essence of this work. The exergy analysis is a powerful tool for the design, analysis and classification of thermal systems. Using exergy for resource classification benefits their comparison, according to their ability to do work. Specific exergy index (SExI) was calculated to show for classification and capability of some geothermal area. Actual system data are used to assess the district heating system and power plant performance, energy and exergy efficiencies. Farkli algilayicilarla elde edilen goruntuler ayni geometrik ve spektral cozunurluge sahip olsalar bile eger radyometrik cozunurlukleri farkli ise bu goruntulerden elde edilecek bilginin niteligi farklilik gosterecektir. Hatta ayni radyometrik cozunurluge sahip olsalar dahi, bazen goruntuler geometrik cozunurlugu arttirilarak (yani yer ornekleme araligi kucultulerek) kullaniciya sunulmaktadir. Bu durumda goruntunun gercek yer ornekleme araliginin belirlenmesi uygun olacaktir. Gercek yer ornekleme araliginin belirlenebilmesi icin Matlab ortaminda epix adi verilen bir yazilim gelistirilmistir. Yazilim, goruntulerdeki duzgun bina kenarlarinin golgeleri ile cati dokusu arasindaki gri deger gecislerinin ortalamasini alarak, aralarindaki farklari belirler ve boylece kenar yayilim fonksiyonu ilkesine bagli olarak goruntulerin gercek yer ornekleme araligini hesaplar. epix yazilimi goruntu uzerinden kenar belirleme islemini Canny operatoru yardimi ile gerceklestirmektedir. Orijinal goruntu ve Canny operatoru araciligi ile uretilen kenarlar cakistirilarak kullanicinin daha kolay kenar belirlemesi saglanmistir. Uygulama, RASAT ve GOKTURK-2 uydu goruntuleri ile gerceklestirilmistir. Yapilan arastirmada goruntulerin gercek geometrik cozunurlugu yaklasik olarak 1 piksel olarak bulunmustur. Optimizasyon tabanli yaklasimlarin da uygulanabilir ve etkin olabilmesi icin genellikle pek cok varsayim ve sadelestirme gerekmektedir. Calismamizda kullanilan simulasyon optimizasyonu (SO) ise tum bu kisitlari ortadan kaldirmakta ve buyuk olcekli problemlerin cozumunu kolaylastirmaktadir. SO problemin karmasiklik derecesi ne olursa olsun daha gercekci ve anlamli bir cozum metodolojisi saglamaktadir. SO’da musteri gelisleri, talepler ve teslim suresi stokastik olarak ele alinarak stok kontrol sistemleri olusturulmustur. Ayrica elde bulundurma maliyeti, siparis maliyeti gibi tedarik zincirinin diger parametreleri de stokastik olarak dusunulmektedir. Calismada her bir dagitim merkezi ve her bir tedarikci icin yeniden siparis noktasi, maksimum siparis miktari seviyesi ve baslangic stogu anahtar stok kontrol parametresi olarak secilmistir. Ayrica, her bir dagitim merkezi icin en uygun tedarikci secilmektedir. Olusturulan model musteri hizmetinin iyi bir sekilde devam ettirilebilmesi icin uygun stok kontrolunu saglamaktadir.
