Four regions with different development levels were selected for numerical simulation to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis of the model. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out real-time identification and risk early warning strategy research on the settlement risk of transmission lines. In response to this problem, this paper first uses GNSS technology and double difference model to obtain real-time settlement. Then, the cumulative trend and rate of overall and uneven settlement of different terrain towers in goaf are analyzed. Finally, the empirical estimation method is used to design a three-level risk threshold and early warning strategy to achieve rapid risk identification and early warning. First, make improvements on the anchors clustering algorithm to change the definition of the distance between the sample data, and the feature extraction mechanism of ShuffleNetv2 is introduced in the backbone network, reduced the calculation of parameters, at last, the loss function of Focal-EIOU is used, which enhanced the detection performance of YOLOv5s network for various chip defects. Firstly, the influence of the association weight between nodes based on meta-paths on the community search results is considered, and a weighted k-core community model (k, P)-Wcore is established, thereby improving the accuracy of community search. Subsequently, in order to improve search efficiency, an optimization algorithm OptWcore based on graph traversal search space is designed. This algorithm can effectively reduce redundant calculations and reduce the depth of path search, thereby improving search efficiency. The industrial user loads are various, which is affected by many factors, such as the climate. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a load disaggregation method for industrial loads considering economy-climate-production factors based on clustering technologies. First, the main affecting factors of the industrial production are analyzed from three dimensions, including the production load, the non-production load and the security load. On this basis, data marking and clustering methods are proposed to classify the industrial load data. Subsequently, an industrial load disaggregation method is presented for obtaining each type of the load power based on the single variable method. The whole life cycle of power grid is analyzed and divided into fuel extraction cycle, power grid production cycle and waste recovery cycle. The wavelet denoising method is used to eliminate the noise in the carbon emission data, calculate the carbon emissions in different periods according to the carbon emission factor and the corresponding usage, determine the carbon emission reduction and carbon emission reduction rate based on the carbon emissions, and build a dynamic carbon emission reduction effect evaluation model based on this indicator, use the data collection part to collect the carbon emission data in the whole life cycle of the power grid in real time, and store it in the dynamic database, the evaluation results are displayed in the form of Web pages.
