Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program-program apa saja serta solusi apa saja yang telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam memenuhi hak atas perumaahan layak untuk masyarakat yang terkena dampak dari penggusuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori right to the city dari Henry Levebfre untuk menganalisa pembangunan Kota Surabaya bahwa masyarakat kota memiliki hak atas pembangunan kotanya sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis untuk menganalisis serta menggambarkan suatu masalah yang ada di lapangan. Pengambilan data didapatkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana penulis sudah menentukan subjek penelitian dengan berdasarkan ciri-ciri khusus yang sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam memenuhi hak atas perumahan layak huni bagi masyarakat miskin khususnya masyarakat korban dari penggusuran, Kendala Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam memenuhi hak atas perumahan layak huni untuk masyarakat miskin Kota Surabaya, Penolakan Warga Medokan atas ganti rugi yang telah ditawarkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, Dampak dari adanya kebijakan maupun program Pemerintah Kota Surabaya terhadap pemenuhan perumahan yang layak huni untuk masyarakat miskin. Musicians describe their concerns and ideas through lyrics found in critical music. So, musicians take advantage of the function of music as mass communication. Through critical music, the delivery of socio-political phenomena can be intertwined in a more informal and relaxed manner. Especially for the younger generation who are very close to the development of music, where Indonesia is in a demographic bonus phase. In this study, researcher attempted to explain the dynamics of critical music in Indonesia's political ecosystem and how it affects the critical awareness of the younger generation. Jason Ranti describes his anxiety through the lyrics that are eccentric but rich in meaning, relaxed but not purposeless, and critical without being patronizing. Jason Ranti's critical music can build the interest of the younger generation to be more critical of the ongoing socio-political phenomena. This study uses documentation as the main data which is supported by interviews. The result of this research is that Jason Ranti has contributed in spreading critical insights to the younger generation. By understanding the meaning of eccentric musicalization through critical hermeneutic theory, Jason Ranti describes the current social phenomenon and tries to provide alternative responses for his listeners. The younger generation becomes more caring, empathetic and interested about the socio-political phenomena that are happening. Through Jason Ranti's critical music, the younger generation can take responsive actions in responding to the socio-political phenomena that are currently happening. In fact, not only as voters, currently there are Chinese legislative candidates who have successfully passed to the DPR. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the primordial attachment, party identification, and comprehension of the legislative candidates’ program on the political choices of the Chinese community. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. Data were collected from 250 respondents through a questionnaire with google form which was distributed through social media. The questionnaire contains information needed for research including the choice of the respondent’s party and respondent’s response to statements regarding primordial attachment, party identification, and comprehension of legislative candidates’ program. The results showed that of the three variables, only the comprehension of the legislative candidate’s program had a relationship with Chinese community political choices. These results are in accordance with the theory of voting behavior with a rational approach by Anthony Downs, which assumes that voters in determine their choices will act rationally by considering the pros and cons of choosing a legislative candidate. However spatial planning should not only focus on the economic sector but should also pay attention to other crucial sectors. This indicates that it does not take into account the zoning and purpose of spatialisation. This study attempts to look at ow the spatial planning process in Tuban Regency is undergoing a process of industrialization because many large factories are relocating to the Tuban area. The relocation of the factory to the Tuban area has increased the practice of spatial planning politics. The practice of spatial planning politics in Tuban Regency in this study is analyzed using Lefebvre's point of view which states that there are three parties to spatial planning. The method in this study is qualitative and the data collection technique uses the interview method. The results of this research show that the practice of space can be seen from how the government, the private sector and the community collaborate with each other to provide space so that industrialization can run. Many large factories are starting to be built in the Tuban area. The representation of space can be seen from how the government of Tuban Regency plans the arrangement so that there is an even distribution in each region. The northern and western regions are more focused on industrialization. The southern region is more focused on agricultural areas. the central region is focused on the center of government and trade and for the east it is focused on tourist attractions. The third is the representation space where this can be seen from how the government of Tuban Regency makes efforts to control the conversion of agricultural land for food. Sikap tawadhu’ santri terhadap Kiai dimanfaatkan untuk mendulang suara pilpres 2019, namun posisi santri yang telah menjadi alumni tidak lagi dalam ruang hegemoni Kiai pada rumpun piramida pesantren, sehingga ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi alumni santri dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya termasuk mengenai perilaku memilih santri. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat masih adakah pengaruh Kiai dalam perilaku memilih alumni santri pada pilpres 2019, dan seberapa kuat pengaruh tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan mix method, dengan analisis kuantitatif yang lebih dominan dan analisis kualitatif digunakan sebagai pendukung. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah peran Kiai, dan variabel terikatnya adalah perilaku memilih alumni santri. Rumus slovin digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu sebanyak 72 responden, menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan terstruktur, didukung dengan wawancara semi terstruktur. Uji hipotesis dan analisis menggunakan Chi-Square untuk melihat arah dan coefisien contingensi untuk mengetahui kekuatan pengaruh. Hasil penelitian menyatakan ada pengaruh antara peran Kiai dengan perilaku memilih alumni santri, namun kekuatan pengaruh berada pada interpretasi ‘cukup’. Motivated by the commitment and active role of various components of stakeholders to foster and accompany the society in the process of implementation of the KB village policy. All stakeholders involved can provide coaching and facilitation to improve the utilization of all potential of the welfare and acceleration of the development of Jambewangi village. Each stakeholder involved has different influences and interests. It is also influenced by power or authority over the policy itself. This study was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected using observation and deep interviews. After examining the validity, data were analyzed by presenting the data that is simultaneously analyzed and interpreted according to the analysis theory of stakeholder role to be concluded. This study explains the analysis of the role of stakeholders involved in the implementation of family planning village in Jambewangi village of Banyuwangi regency, which are grouped based on interests and power on policies in accordance with Bryson's stakeholder analysis theory. This elite which is divided into several segments is a channel for the aspirations of the lower classes. The minimal knowledge of the Tengger Tribe regarding politics and government makes some actions and choices tend to follow the local elites. In this case, the elite in the eyes of Max Weber, dividing it into three types according to social relations. The three types are traditional authority types which in Tengger society are occupied by adat pandhita shamans, charismatic authority types which are occupied by Hindu religious leaders and Islamic religious leaders, and the last is formal legal authority type occupied by the Argosari village head. Concerning the 2019 General Elections, each has its own mass base in terms of the type of authority. Even though the village head, traditional shaman, Muslim and Hindu community leaders, do differ in their political choices, they still uphold democratic values along with their traditional values. Some philosophies related to democracy and elections according to the elite and the Tengger community are the same as the life guidelines handed down from their ancestors. Tengger Tribe living guidelines include, among others, Tenggering benevolence, Sesanti Titi Luhur, Disathru, and Hila-Hila which are instructions for democracy. The implementation of elections and democracy in peace will be realized when the Tengger Tribe people follow the guidelines of their ancestors. The functional method of al Qaeda is not simplistic or unsystematic, aimed at particular target or focused or specific country or region. The creation of such transnational organisation couldn’t have been revealed without political Ideology with its manifesto and the mechanism to spread its messages all over the world. It will not be correct to put al Qaeda among the category of the classical terror groups as I have shown in the essay as a comparison. Moreover, it is not similar to any categories of political Islam movements; since the distinction between Jihad and waging war has always been differentiated in the context of Political Islam. Whereas al Qaeda declares enemies in the house of Islam as well to countries, people and Institutions differ with their own created ideology. This distorted ideology has spread all over the world and become an enemy to Islam itself, which harmed the reputation of Islam as a religion. Attention on the ideologic context of al Qaeda hasn’t been researched well, unknown to majority of the experts. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontestasi elite politik dalam proses perubahan APBD tahun 2017, mengetahui apa yang diperjuangkan, dan untuk mengetahui siapa yang diuntungkan dalam kontestasi elite politik dalam perubahan APBD tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data primer melalui indepth interview dilakukan dengan menempatkan informan pada kapasitas sebagai DPRD Sidoarjo. Teknik pemilihan informan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontestasi elite politik dalam proses perubahan APBD tahun 2017 dijelaskan dengan adanya kontestasi pihak elite politik seperti kelompok kepentingan mengembangkan potensinya dan meningkatkan kapasitasnya secara bersama-sama, sehingga memiliki pemahaman yang sama baiknya dalam menyikapi setiap isu perubahan APBD tahun 2017 dan implementasinya. Pihak yang berkontestasi adalah pihak eksekutif dari tim anggaran Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan pihak wakil rayat DPRD Kabupaten Sidoarjo dalam arena perubahan APBD Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2017 tentang anggaran Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sidoarjo.
