The research was conducted in class IV at SD Negeri Medan Johor. The researchers used associative quantitative research methods. The population used was 36 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. Sampling used total sampling (saturated sampling). The research results indicate that the results obtained from the correlation test can be seen in the correlation coefficient of rcount 0.97 ≥ rtable 0.329, hence it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, it means that there is an effect of parents’ parenting style on students’ learning motivation at SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. It can also be seen from the t-test results where tcount 25.73 ≥ ttable 2.030, hence the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. In general, students find it difficult to understand expressions or sentences in English. The same thing occurs when learning listening comprehension for EFL students in Indonesia. Listening is one of the most difficult skills experienced by students in learning English. The research in this paper aims to investigate the barriers to English listening comprehension of university students in Indonesia and their implications for listening curriculum development. Data were garnered through semi-structured interviews with eight Indonesian higher-education students. The results depict that the barriers experienced by students in listening comprehension include a lack of pronunciation understanding and different accents, a lack of English vocabulary, a lack of voice clarity quality, and difficulty in understanding the speed of pronunciation. To improve listening comprehension, students need to practice listening to audio from native speakers repeatedly, English podcasts, speeches, and inspiring videos via YouTube, English songs, and watching movies. The Teams Game Tournament learning model is an appropriate model to create a fun teaching and learning atmosphere for students because based on its implementation the learning is set in the form of a tournament among the students. In terms of its implementation, the Teams Game Tournament that is assisted by Kahoot will further enhance the learning attractiveness. The purpose of the study was to find out the profile of students' cognitive learning outcome completeness in biotechnology learning through the Kahoot-assisted Teams Game Tournament. The research type was a pre-experimental design with a one-shot case study research design. The research subjects involved 36 students of class XII IPA 3 of SMA Islam Sultan Agung 1 Semarang. The research results indicate that students complete biotechnology learning using the Kahoot-assisted Teams Game Tournament model. It is seen from the average score of 84.4, which is above the KKM score of 77. In addition, it is corroborated by data analysis, which indicates that the value of Sig. Teacher performance is a description of the teacher's attitudes, skills, values, and knowledge in implementing their duties and functions which consist of their appearance, actions, and work performance. The interviews and surveys conducted in the research aimed to obtain information regarding teacher performance in learning and related to the research. After analyzing the data, it can be concluded that the use of academic supervision indicates an improvement in teacher performance. The type of research was School Action Research (PTS), which was located at SDN 023 Muara Mahat Baru Tapung in Kampar. The research population was 9 teachers. Based on the research results, the implementation of academic supervision activities can improve teacher performance. It can be seen from the results of the first cycle at 56%, which were 54.5% of planning teacher ability learning, 63.6% of implementing teacher ability learning, and 54.5% of evaluating teacher ability learning. It increased to 85% in cycle II, which was 90.9% for planning teacher ability learning, 100% for implementing teacher ability learning, and 72.7% for evaluating teacher ability learning. The type of research is RnD (Research and Development) with IDI procedural type method (Instructional, Development, Institute), which consists of three stages, namely define, develop, and evaluation stages. Research data are e-book development and e-book quality acquisition through validation sheets and students’ questionnaire responses. The product validation stage is carried out by design experts, material experts, and linguists by giving a score of 0-100 while the students’ questionnaire responses are interviews. The average of assessment results from validation sheets by design experts is 73,25%, which means valid and feasible. The average score of material experts is 83,12%, which means valid and feasible. The average score from linguists is 92,25%, which means very feasible. Thus, the final score of the three validations is 84,3%. It can be concluded that the use of e-books is valid and feasible. The purpose of the research is to describe how basic teacher-teaching skills are implemented at SD GP Kumelembaai. The research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research data and findings come from the value of skills that form the basic education of grade 1, 2, and 3 teachers at SD GP Kumelembai. The data collected are data about the basic teaching skills of teachers through the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. The study uses quantitative methods. The research population is 132 students from the entire class I-VI of SD Negeri 097795 Perasmian. Sampling uses a purposive sample with a number of 30 students from class IV. The research results indicate that students’ learning outcomes using the PAKEM model are included in the very good category with an average score of 85.13 and a correlation test result of 0.841, which means rcount (0.841) ≥ rtable (0.361), hence Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a significant effect between the use of the PAKEM learning model and students’ learning outcomes on the theme of the area where I live in class IV of SD Negeri 097795 Perasmian. It can be seen from the research results of the T-test, where tcount 8,215 ≥ ttable 2,048, Ha is accepted. In contrast, distance and face-to-face learning are limited to non-formal education learning technology courses. The study aimed to improve learning in the Non-Formal Education Learning Technology course in the S1 Non-Formal Education Study Program by implementing games-based learning multimedia with the flipped classroom model. The research was conducted on 30 students in semester III/A. By applying the flipped classroom model, the research was conducted in the classroom and at each student's home. The research used a Pre-Experimental Design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection technique was carried out by testing. The pre-test was carried out to collect data on students' initial abilities, while the post-test was carried out to test the effect of the treatment. The study used three statistical tests, namely (1) normality, (2) homogeneity, and (3) hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the control class sample data were normally distributed. After treatment, initial data on students' abilities are interpreted as normal or homogeneous. However, based on its implementation, the achievement of the objectives and suitability of BKP MSIB with the scientific field study programs becomes a real issue in the implementation of BKP MSIB. This paper aims to describe the achievement of the objectives of BKP MSIB for undergraduate students at the Social Science Education Study Program of UM, as well as the suitability of BKP MSIB followed by undergraduate students at the UM Social Science Education with the scientific field study program. The study uses a descriptive narrative study method to answer the formulation of the problem based on the students’ experience of BKP MSIB participants who came from S1 UM Social Science Education. The research results indicate the achievement of the objectives of BKP MSIB. Students get the right fulfillment to obtain experience in the implementation of BKP MSIB. The right fulfillment to obtain experience is evidenced by the experience of getting off the field for 1-4 months (for certified internships), as well as the real-world issues, which are raised to be reviewed in the classroom (for Certified Independent Studies). Based on its implementation on undergraduate students of UM Social Science Education, it turns out that BKP MSIB still has shortcomings. The shortcomings include the incompatibility between BKP MSIB taken by S1 students of UM Social Science Education with the scientific field study program. Based on the description of the background, identification, and limitation of the problems, the research is focused on an attempt to increase teacher commitment in carrying out their duties through coaching activities at SDN 007 Sialang Godang Bandar Petalangan in Pelalawan. This school action research was carried out at SDN 007 Sialang Godang Bandar Petalangan in Pelalawan. Under the supervision of the principal himself, it was selected because it totally supports the principal's task to determine and try to increase teacher commitment in carrying out their duties through coaching activities. The research was conducted in two cycles. The duration of the research was approximately two months and up to now the training is still being held occasionally, but in other schools. Hence, this research started in September 2022 and ended in October 2022. based on the description of data processing and discussion, it is concluded that the teacher's commitment to carrying out their duties was obtained in cycle I at 64% in the good category and increased to 84% in the good category in cycle II.
