Bawang putih memiliki sifat farmasi yang tinggi dengan adanya lebih dari 33 senyawa komponen bioaktif mengandung belerang yang ampuh menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri, virus, dan jamur. Kandungan utama dalam umbi bawang putih adalah senyawa allicin yang mengandung sulfur (thio-2-propene-1-sulfinic acid S-allyl ester). Allicin diketahui memiliki berbagai fungsi biokimia, seperti antikoagulan, antihipertensi, antimikotik, antitumor, antioksidan, antipenuaan, detoksifikasi logam berat, fibrinolusis, hipolipidemik (penurun lemak) dan penguat sistem imun. Program pemuliaan tanaman yang menargetkan kultivar bawang putih dengan kandungan allicin lebih tinggi terus diupayakan oleh para ilmuwan untuk meningkatkan manfaatnya. Program ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan rekayasagenetika dan rekayasa jalur biosintesis dari senyawa penyusun allicin. Tujuan penelitian adalahuntuk mengetahui efektivitas pupuk organik cair hasil aktivasi molekul dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan danhasil tanaman jagung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan sawah tadah hujan di Desa Gemolong, KecamatanGemolong, Kabupaten Sragen pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2021. Rancangan penelitianmenggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan tujuh variasi perlakuan, setiap perlakuan diulang empatkali sehingga menghasilkan 28 unit percobaan. Pupuk yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pupukNPK Phonska (15-15-15), Urea dan POC hasil aktivasi molekul. Parameter pengamatan meliputi tinggitanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, panjang dan diameter tongkol, berat tongkol kupas dan beratjagung pipilan kering giling. Data hasil pengamatan diamati dengan sidik ragam dilanjutkan uji Duncan taraf5 persen. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pupuk digunakan analisis RAE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan bawang merah di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Prapenyusunan strategi, dilakukan peramalan luas tanam bawang merah sebagai dasar pertimbangan. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dengan para ahli. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis mengunakan ARIMA untuk peramalan luas tanam dan metode A’SOAR untuk penyusunan strategi pengembangan komoditas. Data yang digunakan untuk peramalan adalah data time series luas tanam bawang merah tahun 2016– 2020. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh model ARIMA terbaik yang akan digunakan adalah ARIMA (0,2,1) (1,0,0)12. Hasil peramalan hingga bulan April 2023 menunjukkan gejala penurunan luas tanam sehingga diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan komoditasnya. Dari hasil analisis A’SOAR diperolehdelapan strategi dengan prioritas strategi yang pertama adalah Strategi OR1 (bobot 0,313). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan seleksi pada genotipe kedelai calon varietas baru berdasarkan ketahanan morfologi terhadap hama penggerek polong kedelai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengamati pengaruh beberapa karakter morfologi polong terhadap parameter ketahanan tanaman yaitu preferensi peletakan telur, jumlah larva per tanaman, persen polong rusak dan persen biji rusak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan karakter morfologi polong yang signifikan antar genotipe. Nilai kerapatan trikoma antara 42,66–204,6 trikoma per 2 mm2 dengan nilai F=1595,9, P=2x10-16, panjang trikoma antara 1,39–1,84 mm dengan nilai F=126,03, P=2x10-16, ketebalan kulit polongantara 0,28–0,5 mm dengan nilai F=49,39, P=2x10-16, kekerasan kulit polong antara 24,3-55,6 gram dengan nilai F=4,68, P=1,01x10-4). Parameter ketahanan menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antar genotipe (nilai preferensi oviposisi antara 0–11 butir dengan nilai F=126,03, P=2x10-16, jumlah larva per tanaman antara 0,25–5,25 individu dengan nilai F=21,68, P=2x10-16, persen polong rusak antara 0,4–42,8 persen dengan nilai F=11,35, P=2,66x10-11 dan persen biji rusak antara 0,4–31,6 persen dengan nilai F=11,69, P=1,58x10-11). Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan 9 genotipe tahan penggerek polong E. zinckenella. The process ofmaking bose corn takes a long time, which is about 4 hours. Instantization can shorten the preparationtime of bose corn until it is ready to eat. The cooking process is one of the stages in the instantization.This study aimed to determine the appropriate cooking method for the bose corn instantization and toassess its effect on the instant bose corn characteristics. This research was carried out using the combinedcooking method (mixed and boiled-steamed, and mixed boiled-autoclaved, mixed and steamed-autoclaved,unmixed and boiled-steamed, unmixed and boiled-autoclaved, and unmixed and steamed-autoclaved). Theresults showed that various cooking methods significantly affected the instant bose corn’s physical andchemical attributes. Compared to other methods, the mixed and boiled-autoclaved method produced thebest characteristics of instant bose corn. Pada satu sisi, pertumbuhan penduduk membutuhkan ruang dan pangan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis prediksi perubahan lahan sawah di wilayah perkotaan Pangkajene pada tahun 2028 serta mengetahui potensi perubahan lahan sawah tahun 2028 terhadap persepsi masyarakat pada wilayah perkotaan Pangkajene. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan analisis spasial dengan bantuan teknik Sistem Informasi Geografis. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tahapan. Pertama, memprediksi perubahan luasan, sebaran dan potensi alih fungsi penggunaan lahan dengan metode Cellular Automata (CA)-Markov Chain. Kedua, menganalisis potensi perubahan lahan sawah berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat dengan metode skoring. Ketiga, menganalisis prediksi perubahan lahan sawah terhadap persepsi masyarakat dengan metode overlay. Luas lahan sawah di wilayah perkotaan Pangkajene dalam rentang waktu 7 tahun, diprediksikan berkurang sebanyak 158,57 ha pada tahun 2028. Pada analisis potensi perubahan lahan sawah di wilayah perkotaan Pangkajene berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat, dari 1.228,94 ha lahan sawah yang ada pada tahun 2020, lahan sawah yang berpotensi mengalami perubahan seluas 656,59 ha atau 53,4 persen dari luas wilayah perkotaan. Beta glucan is a water insoluble fiber that indicates an immunomodulator with increasing the activity of NK cells in the bloodstream which provides immune effect. Oyster mushroom nuggets are processed oyster mushrooms that can be proven containing the highest beta glucans. This study aims to observe the immunostimulant potential of oyster mushroom nuggets in BALB/c mice by analyzing its white blood cell profile, spleen and liver histopathology. The research method is conducted through orbital sinus of the rat's eye using a microhematocrit to count total leukocytes, lymphocytes, and granulocytes with the Delayed Type Hypersensitivity test. The 18mg/kg body weight oyster mushroom nugget can increase lymphocytes cells 7.2 ± 1.22 103/µl. It is significantly different from control group. Fermentation is also able to increase the secondary metabolites. Tomatoes contain lycopene as an antioxidant. The aim of the study was to calculate lycopene levels and antioxidant activity in naturally fermented tomatoes. Research method: total lycopene levels were measured using a UV-Vis 472 nm spectrophotometer. Antioxidant levels were measured using the DPPH method (1,1-Diphenyl-2-Picryl Hydrazil). The results showed that the lycopene content of fresh tomatoes was 0.05149mg/100mL while naturally fermented tomatoes were 0.1254 mg/100mL. Antioxidant levels in fresh tomatoes were based on the IC50 value, which was 57.93 mg/L, while the IC50 for fermented tomatoes was 45.82 mg. /L. This research was conducted to determine the physical and chemical characteristics of moringa leaf powder produced by lamp drying compared to solar and ovens dryers. Five variations of drying methods were applied (sunlight, oven 40ºC and 60ºC, lamp dryer 40ºC and 60ºC). The results showed, the lamp dryer produced moringa leaf flour that have good physical and chemical properties, that are yield 35.21 – 35.10%; the highest green degree 4.60 – 4.70; the bulk angle 8.09 – 8.44 and the bulk density 0.43 – 0.43. The water content fulfill the SNI standard, that is :10.03 – 10.13%. Meanwhile, the levels of vitamin C 26.48 – 28.28%; chlorophyll 18.41 – 19.25 mg/L and antioxidant activity 43.45 – 43.84 % of DDPH inhibition. Florina Bakery berkomitmen memenuhi permintaan pasar yang bertumbuh dengan roti yang bermutu. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membantu menganalisis produk cacat yang terjadi pada produksi roti manis di Florina Bakery. Analisis produk cacat menggunakan metode statistical quality control, meliputi: pendataan dengan check sheet, pembuatan diagram Pareto, pembuatan peta kendali, analisis diagram sebab-akibat, dan perencanaan tindakan perbaikan. Pengamatan pendahuluan menemukan terbentuknya produk cacat berupa: kulit terkelupas, isian keluar, penyok, dan bentuk tidak sesuai model. Diagram Pareto dan peta kendali menunjukkan: (1) besar potensial masalah cacat kulit terkelupas (65.36%), cacat isian keluar (22.96%), cacat bentuk (6.24%), dan cacat penyok (5.44%); (2) dan proses produksi roti manis belum terkendali.
