For example, mobile edge servers connected to cellular base stations significantly help in the reduction of network overhead and latency across edge clouds. The problem is, however, that mobile users frequently change their geographical location which makes identifying an optimal service migration strategy exceedingly difficult. Hence, the process of service migration across cellular edge environments continues to be a major challenge. As a result, significant network performance degradation, such as service interruptions and increased latency when executing services, is likely to occur. The purpose of this research is to examine the use of a Multiple-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) technique called TOPSIS for optimizing service migration across the edge network. We employ TOPSIS to determine when it is appropriate to migrate the service, as well as suitable resources for the service to migrate to. Firstly, a SIFT algorithm is used to select matching points automatically and generate the FOV line. When the target is through the line, the target’s color histogram matches the real target’s color histogram and endows the best matching with identification to achieve the target handover. Then the Mean Shift algorithm is used to achieve the tracking of the subsequent target. Real-time tracking is carried out. It is important for forensic image processing. However, most of the existing video deepfake algorithms are frame-based. In other words, a learning-based method is applied to identify whether a frame is forged then the mean of the fake score for all frames is applied to determine whether the whole video is forged. In this work, we propose a polling mechanism to well integrate the deepfake score of each frame. We found that the misidentification of a deepfake algorithm usually occurs in the frame with drastic motion, a tilted head, and blinking eyes. Therefore, we determine the weights of each frame according to the frame difference, the head orientation, whether the eyes are blinking, and the accuracy rate of the validation data. While hardware accelerators for DNN computations have made rapid progress, network capability to transfer a large amount of data needed for DNN computations still is a common bottleneck threatening service level objectives (SLO). To alleviate such a bottleneck occurred by data transfer, we propose a novel system architecture that offloads DNN inference job to a storage node. Our system includes concise API which mitigates the programming burden needed to offload computations, and software architecture to conduct general DNN inference jobs in a conventional storage system. When the image to be detected is heavily polluted by salt and pepper noise, traditional edge detection algorithms have a fairly high false detection rate and missed detection rate. To solve this problem, this study proposes an improved algorithm based on WMF (weighted median filter) and an improved Canny algorithm. This method determines the size of the filter window adaptively according to the number of noise points, assigns the weight level according to the degree of membership of the pixels in the window, and then uses the WMF algorithm to de-noise the image. A dual global threshold selection algorithm is used to adaptively determine the high and low thresholds to reduce the detection problems caused by artificial thresholds. The simulation results show that the edge extracted by the proposed algorithm is better than that extracted by the classical algorithm under the strong noise of salt and pepper. To meet the requirements of services, 5G networks bring new challenges to the field of network management. First, the demand for high speed and massive bandwidth would easily lead to a decline in network service quality and an unbalanced bandwidth-load situation. Second, in the telecommunication networks, the complex and huge networks imply that the quality is difficult to maintain and may require high costs. Third, in telecommunications companies, network maintenance staff may make errors in network configuration through manual operations. To tackle the above challenges, this paper proposes an automatic regulation mechanism. The proposed mechanism establishes a closed-loop automatic process. It includes automatic congestion detection, automatic adjustment mechanism, and trunk bandwidth-load scoring algorithm model.
