Internet search engines do not meet such requirement, as they don't care who is making what decision, and needs what information for support. It is found that commanders of same type, executing similar tasks, have similar information requirements. By this idea, a knowledge based method is proposed to enable machine to dynamically feel user requirements and serve focalized information. However, recent software development practices have substantial negative impacts (direct and indirect) on economy, society, human beings, and environment. To cope with these issues the concept of Green Software Engineering has boomed recently. Green and sustainable software development aims to create green software that meets the needs of current and future users while minimizing its negative impacts on the environment and society. Green software development is getting attention in Global Software Engineering (GSE). Software development multi-sourcing vendor organizations have focused on the adaptation of green practices in software development projects. The objectives of this study are to identify and scrutinize a list of critical success factors (CSFs) for vendors in the development of green and sustainable software. The required data for conducting the study was taken, via systematic literature review (SLR) process, from a sample of 74 research papers. But the corresponding detailed introduction of XFS file system is less. This paper studies the data storage mode in XFS file system, and analysis the change of disk after file being deleted. At last, by an example, we find a way to recover file by finding file inode through the file directory index then locating the blocks which belong to these inodes. And the same time, this paper also proposes corresponding verification method as to the research of software reliability model on software design defects and failures. Firstly, the failure data is collected in the software running process; secondly, this paper analyses the failure mechanism of software; finally, the software reliability evaluation model is put forward on studying software reliability. By analyzing WebGIS technology and the business requirements of maintenance departments, this paper presents a design for an inspection and maintenance management system used in urban bridges. The system can be used separately or integrated in a bridge management system(BMS). The main objective of the system is to cut down the workload for the maintenance personnel and improve the management efficiency for administrators. First, a fault transferring directed graph(FTDG) G(V,E) is created according to the principal of the system. Second, we convert the FTDG into a fault transferring probability matrix(FTPM). Third, for any input node i with false output, its probable faulty element set corresponds to a fuzzy set V with membership of the ith column of FTPM, and if the input node has a right output, the corresponding set is the complementary set of V . Fourth, the final potential solution is the intersection of these fuzzy sets. Since most of the computation can be done ahead, this method is very fit for working online. The core of 3D magnetic sensor in each axis using Pomo alloy material molded to form a cylindrical core structure. Three axial magnetic core fixed on the polycarbonate plastic base is tightly matched with epoxy resin adhesive between the core and the base, which forms three-dimensional integration core structure and ensures the orthogonal angle deviation of three axial corresponding surface of the core is less than 0.5 degrees. The excitation circuit applying excitation to the magnetic induction coil of the magnetic sensor forms a pulse signal by adjusting the parameters of the hysteresis comparator, which makes the magnetic field intensity signal converting to the frequency signal. Pulse signal excitation is used to effectively reduce the power consumption of the magnetic sensor detection circuit. In FPGA, there are three independent high-precision frequency meters, which take the synchronous sampling of 3D magnetic induction sensor of positive and negative excitation frequency signal, do the signal frequency time synchronization arithmetic processing, and real-time output the digital signal of three-axis magnetic strength. The method of circular rotating extreme value correction is adopted to compensate the interference of soft and hard magnetic in environment. At the same time, the DSP processor is used to collect the three-dimensional acceleration sensor signal with intelligent attitude self compensation technique, so the magnetic compass has a good ability to adapt to the environment. Criminisi algorithm is a commonly used algorithm. In order to avoid the problem of inaccurate priority calculation caused by confidence dropping rapidly, and considering the variance difference between patches can reflect the image edge structure, we redefine the priority calculation. The fruit fly optimization algorithm is applied to the search process of the best matching patch, which avoids the heavy workload and inaccuracy caused by the global search, and it improves the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm.
