An optical technique has been elaborated for screening of functionalized nanoparticles and reagents for design of immunochromatographic and capacitive biosensors. The first type of sensors use magnetic particles as nanolabels, which are volumetrically detected by non-linear magnetization, while in the capacitive sensors, the nanoparticles serve for signal amplifications.
