In this paper, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and real time escape route guidance are integrated to accomplish a real-time fire evacuation system to guide along an evacuation route. When the emergency event occurs, the system provides evacuation route guidance to people for them to be able to avoid danger. Moreover, in the proposed system, an intelligent evacuation route is provided by indicating in digital signage the best evacuation route as well as pertinent information to improve the chances of survival for users. Several projects which share several kinds of common resources are to be scheduled simultaneously in this problem. Each project contains Non-pre-emptive activities with deterministic durations compete limited resources under resources and precedence constraints. Moreover, there are the due date and the tardy cost per day that cause the penalty when the project cannot be accomplished before its due date. The objective is to minimize the total tardy cost subject to the resource and precedence constraints. The metaheuristic method called ANGEL is applied to this problem. ANGEL combines ant colony optimization (ACO), genetic algorithm (GA) and local search strategy (LS). In ANGEL, ACO and GA run alternately and cooperatively. This paper uses the quasi-experiment method to examine the learning effects of using digital game-based learning in mathematics class for urban and rural elementary schools. Marker-based AR systems allow users to input pre-designed markers, and generate new scenes blending together the real world and computer-generated 3D images. Nevertheless, few AR systems permit simultaneous interactions of multiple markers. This study aims to construct an interactive multimedia learning system. The story script showcases the growth of flowers by applying a series of markers, where interactions with 3D objects can be achieved through AR technology. Learners can use a camera to capture the information of multiple AR markers, and 3D objects and media can be generated on-screen. With variations in AR markers, and time changes of the Arduino Clock, one can learn the growth of plants during day and night through a mixed-reality virtual experience that brings fun to learning. The movie \"Avatar\" is a milestone of this research, the surrounding, characters and alien creatures in Avatar are so lifelike that viewers would be impressed and shocked by the impact of virtual reality. The video game World of War craft and Diablo are another successful instance about 3D model. Kinect is a 3D sensor produced by Microsoft, and is widely used in many research fields, such as Computer Vision, Computer Graphics-Ketc. With Kinect, the task of efficiently acquiring 3D data would be possible. In other words, the distances between all the positions in Kinect vision and Kinect can be captured and reliable. According to these data, Kinect is able to divide the image into foreground (human) and background quickly and easily draw the geography of human.
