Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang, totaling 52 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using the saturated census method so that the number of samples in this study were 52 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the skill and work environment variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. Meanwhile, based on the partial test results, the skill and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. The close relationship that occurs between the skill and work environment variables on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang is very strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 87.4%. Meanwhile, the contribution of skill and work environment variables to employee performance at PT. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity. The population in this study were all PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District, which amounted to 148 people, and the sample used the slovin method so that the sample used was 62 people using multiple linear regression analysis. In discussing this research, the writer uses quantitative descriptive analysis, namely tabulating data from questionnaires and drawing conclusions quantitatively. The results of this study conclude that there is a simultaneous significant effect of the variables of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo Tapung District, There is a partially significant effect of the safety and work environment variables on work productivity at PKS PT. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique is using questionnaires, research files, observations, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a sample of 100 people. The sample collection technique is by using accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of simultaneous tests, product quality, price and distribution variables have a joint effect on purchasing decisions for aviator brand bicycles (a survey at bicycle shops in Bangkinang Kota), while based on a partial test, product quality, price and distribution variables have been shown to have a significant effect on their own. -self to the decision to purchase an aviator brand bicycle (a survey at a bicycle shop in Bangkinang City, the closeness of the relationship that occurs between the variables of product quality, price and distribution on purchasing decisions is very strong. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the samples in this study were selected as many as 15 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26.00 for windows. Based on the test results simultaneous the variables CR, DER, ROA, and EPS proved to have a significant effect on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2020. Partially, ROA has no effect on stock prices. The close relationship that occours between the variables CR, DER, ROA, and EPS on stock prices is very strong with a correlation coefficient value (R) of 83,6%.
