Pengintegrasian perlakuan matriconditioning dengan Trichoderma harazianum dapat menginduksi produksi senyawa fenolik selama perkecambahan biji dan senyawa fenolik yang dihasilkan oleh Trichoderma harazianum sehingga dapat menyebabkan peningkatan vigor benih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas metode matriconditioning terhadap perkecambahan benih kedelai. Penelitian menggunaan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu Tanpa Matriconditioning dan Trichoderma (PO), Matriconditioning (M) dan Matriconditioning plus Trichoderma (MT) . Materi yng digunakan yaitu Varietas Argomulyo belum lewat masa simpan (AB), varietas Argomulyo lewat masa simpan (AL), Varietas Devon 1 belum lewat masa simpan (DB) dan varietas Devon 1 lewat masa simpan (DL). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Unit Pelaksana Teknis Balai Sertifikasi Benih Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikuklura Kabupaten Maros Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang berlangsung pada bulan Mei – Juni 2021. Untuk menghasilkan produk hortikultura yang bermutu prima dibutuhkan benih bermutu tinggi, yaitu benih yang mampu mengekspresikan sifat-sifat unggul dari varietas yang diwakilinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu penyerbukan, kuantitas serbuk sari dan interaksi antara waktu penyerbukan dan kuantitas serbuk sari pada produksi dan mutu fisiologis benih labu kuning yang baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanaan di Desa Talamangape dan di laboratorium pengujian mutu benih UPTD Balai Pengawasan dan Sertifikasi Benih Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura di Kabupaten Maros yang berlangsung pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Faktorial dua faktor dalam RAK dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan yang terdiri dari 3 ulangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh waktu penyerbukan pukul 06.00-07.00 dan kuantitas 100 % serbuk sari pada produksi dan mutu fisiologis benih labu kuning memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah biji perbuah, jumlah biji pertanaman, berat biji pertanaman, kecepatan berkecambah dan persentase daya kecambah Pengaruh 100% serbuk sari pada produksi benih labu memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah buah pertanaman, jumlah biji perbuah, jumlah biji pertanaman dan berat biji pertanaman. Tuhuteru","doi":"10.35329/agrovital.v7i1.2751","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35329/agrovital.v7i1.2751","url":null,"abstract":"Penggunaan pupuk organik cair di Wamena belum terlihat signifikan karena masyarakat meyakini bahwa pertanian organik sesungguhnya adalah pertanian yang tanpa melibatkan input apapun selain penanaman benih. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai wujud penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dalam lingkup pertanian organik terkait penggunaan bahan organik berbahan sederhana dan mudah diperoleh seperti pemanfaatan mikroorganisme lokal batang pisang dalam budidaya tanaman bawang putih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga Juli 2019 di Distrik Asolokobal Kota Wamena. Penelitian disusun dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial dengan 4 kali ulangan dan 5 perlakuan, yakni Konsentrasi 0% (Tanpa Penambahan MoL Batang Pisang); Konsentrasi 25% (250 ml MoL batang pisang + 750 ml air); Konsentrasi 50% (500 ml MoL batang pisang + 500 ml air); Konsentrasi 75% (750 ml MoL batang pisang + 250 ml air) dan Konsentrasi 100% (1000 ml (1 L) MoL Batang pisang tanpa penambahan air). Hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji F dan di lanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan ( Duncan Multiple Range Test ) taraf 5%. Tebu merupakan tanaman yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan sebagai tanaman penghasil gula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi POC air cucian beras pada bibit tebu single bud chips sehingga dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancang Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan Z0 = 0%, Z1 = 25% tanaman, Z2 = 50%, Z3 = 750%, Z4 = 100%. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis secara statistik dengan sidik ragam atau Analisis Of Variance (ANOVA). Apabila data yang didapat berbeda nyata, maka dilanjutkan denagan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Range Tes (DMRT) pada taraf 5% dan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SAS. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme dan persentase daya penghambatan oleh isolat bakteri endofit asal padi lokal Kamba secara in vitro dalam mengendalikan penyakit bercak ungu pada tanaman bawang merah. Pelaksanaan penelitian bertempat di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Alkhairaat Palu. Metode penelitian secara kualitatif dengan melakukan uji reaksi hipersensitivitas pada daun tembakau dan pengujian kemampuan isolat bakteri endofit dalam menghasilkan senyawa HCN. Secara kuantitatif dengan mengamati daya hambat dari isolat bakteri endofit terhadap cendawan pathogen uji. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan isolat bakteri endofit (RKGU4, RKGU7, RKGU8 dan RKGU15) dengan 3 ulangan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 2 isolat bakteri endofit yang memiliki kemampuan terbaik dalam menghambat pertumbuhan koloni cendawan Alternaria porri yakni RKGU8 dan RKGU15. Selain itu kedua isolat tidak berpotensi sebagai patogen berdasarkan uji reaksi hipersensitivitas serta memiliki kemampuan dalam memproduksi senyawa HCN. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving chicken manure on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L.) plants. The method used in this study was a randomized block design (RBD) with four replications and six treatments, namely, P0: 0 tons / ha or without fertilizer, P1: 20 tons / ha, P2: 30 tons / ha, P3: 40 tons / ha, P4: 50 ton / ha, P5: 60 ton / ha. Based on the results of the analysis of variance using a randomized block design (RBD), it was found that the application of chicken manure had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, and had a very significant effect on fresh weight of Tan-1, and fresh weight of ha-1. Soil volume is the volume of soil density including soil pores. Soil that is denser has a bulk density that is greater than that of the same soil but is less dense. In general, the topsoil on mineral soils has a lower bulk density value than the subsoil. The purpose of this study is Bulk density is to determine the density or Bulk density on open land in practice land because soil processing is often carried out by Labuhanbatu University students. Soil analysis is carried out in the integrated science laboratory of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Labuanbatu University. This research was conducted from January 2021 to April 2021.
