The industrial revolution 4.0 involves all activities centered on the internet or often called the Internet of Things. TikTok has experienced a rapid increase where in 2022 it will be 61.3% of the total population and in 2021 it will be 38.7%. Based on these data, TikTok is the social media that has experienced the most rapid increase as the most active social media application in Indonesia. Scarlett Whitening is one of the most viewed brands on the Tiktok app. This study aims to better understand the effect of eWOM based on the TikTok application on Scarlett Whitening's purchase intention. To understand the impact of eWOM, I apply the information adoption model as a model that has been widely used in previous eWOM studies. Research using quantitative methods with the aim of this research is causal. Data collection used the non-probability sampling method with the convenience sampling type of 385 respondents using Scarlett. Researchers wanted to know how to boost customer loyalty to a local beauty product user in Indonesia. This study employed primary data collected via an online survey utilizing a Google form, with respondents chosen using purposive sampling. This study's respondents were women, with a total of 116 respondents aged 18-35 years who utilized a local beauty product in Indonesia. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used in this work as a research approach. According to the study's findings, utilitarian value and brand image directly and positively affect consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand image and customer satisfaction have a strong direct and positive impact on brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction can buffer the relationship between brand image and brand loyalty. While utilitarian value has no effect on brand loyalty, customer satisfaction cannot mitigate the association between utilitarian value and brand loyalty. This research uses secondary data sourced from the annual financial statements of 26 BPD from all provinces in Indonesia during 2018-2022. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is canonical correlation analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study proved that when tested partially, bancassurance had an effect on ROA, but no effect on ROE, and the Capital Adequacy Ratio had an effect on ROA and ROE. This research aims to determine the effect of the number of fishermen and the number of marine capture fishing vessels on poverty through the volume of capture fisheries production and the value of capture fisheries production in Indonesia. This research examines 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2021 period using path analysis techniques. This study aims to look at the interpretative-phenomenological role of internal control systems and corporate culture by implementing ERP systems to produce quality financial reports. The research method uses a qualitative interpretative-phenomenological paradigm. The informant determination technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data collection procedure used in this study was designing research instruments for the interview process, making transcripts, then conducting interviews with nine informants. The results of the study are assessment of work posture using the ROSA method that employees with a score of 4 are 1 person, score 5 are 4 people, score 6 are 6 people, score 7 are 7 people, score 8 are 4 people, score 9 as many as 3 people with a risk category. Then, Islamic Commercial Banks carry out the technical sharing of the results of the musyarakah financing business with net revenue sharing, so that Islamic Commercial Banks tend not to know the working capital rotated by customers experiencing losses or profits. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of musyarakah financing on economic development. This study uses an empirical juridical approach with quantitative research types and analytical descriptive research methods. The data used is panel data from Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling method used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique, while the data processing method is regression analysis using EViews 12. The results of this study indicate that musyarakah financing has an insignificant positive effect on economic development with the Human Development Index as an indicator with a significance level of 0.2113 greater than 0.05.
