To this end, the article reviews legal acts and literature on the issue of management control. The article indicates the practical application of legislation and recommended standards from the perspective of risk management in healthcare entities. This article looks to discuss management control in healthcare entities. The Public Finance Act introduced in 2009 in Poland obliged all units of the public finance sector to introduce management control mechanisms in order to support the implementation of set goals and tasks in a lawful, effective, economical and timely manner. This proved helpful with regard healthcare entities, particularly when management control is properly applied and meets the assumed important goals. Management control standards define the basic requirements for management control. Management control standards are important in the implementation of assumptions; and constitute a set of guidelines that help the manager of the unit to create optimal solutions. The main objective of the standards is to promote the implementation of a coherent and uniform model of management control in the public finance sector, which will be compliant with international standards in this regard; taking into account the specific tasks of the unit that implements it and the conditions in which the unit operates. Taking into account the complexity of procedures and the huge amount of organizational work in healthcare entities, management control is all the more important. Management control is an important process for the proper functioning of healthcare entities. It helps eliminate or minimize risks, including the important risk of medical malpractice. Jednak ta rewolucja to nie tylko nowe technologie oraz zmiany społeczne i kulturowe, to także przyspieszenie postępu cywilizacyjnego poprzez m.in. zwiększenie innowacyjności. Celem artykułu jest omówienie zagadnień dotyczących wpływu środowisk naukowych i biznesowych na poziom rozwoju innowacyjności poprzez scharakteryzowanie wybranych aspektów działalności instytutów badawczych, Narodowego Centrum Badań i Rozwoju oraz tego obszaru ustawodawstwa podatkowego, które zostało ukierunkowane na wsparcie przedsiębiorców prowadzących działalność badawczo-rozwojową. Rozwój nauki jest fundamentem postępu technicznego i społecznego oraz źródłem dynamicznego wzrostu gospodarczego. Bez działalności naukowo-badawczej trudno wyobrazić sobie rozwój cywilizacji, która w obecnej formie zaawansowania technologicznego wymaga pogłębionej wiedzy naukowej. Goryńska-Goldmann","doi":"10.34739/zn.2022.59.05","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.34739/zn.2022.59.05","url":null,"abstract":"In the light of current pandemic-related events, the exacerbation of the armed conflict on Ukrainian territory, and the increase in the price of fossil fuels, there has been a serious threat to the maintenance of resilient food chains, which can be countered by rationalizing the usage of raw materials and production sources, and increasing the use of post-production wastes of plant origin as a substitute for non-renewable energy. The aim of this research is to present the use of e-commerce instruments in sell-buy transactions of chosen coffee waste products. The theoretical part of the study consists of comparative and synthetic analyses. The revised public source of information coming from well- -known organizations are used. The practical part of the study consists of in-depth expert structured interviews (N = 8). The results of the study are multi-faceted. The practical business examples shown in the article demonstrates the possibility of introducing a bio-circular economy on a large scale in Europe and Asia. Invariably important research problem is also the diagnosis of factors hindering the conduct of innovative activities. One of the internal conditions influencing innovation are diversity and technical development. Diversity, in other words: teamwork and quality of staff, is a value increasingly desirable by modern enterprises and necessary for their development. However, when combining innovation with technology, it is worth emphasizing that the very concept of innovation can be understood not only as a process involving all activities related to the transformation of an idea or idea into a new product, but also into a new technology along with its implementation. In order to find appropriate, reliable data, it is worth reaching for the indicators that make up the European Innovation Scoreboard 2021 so as to trace the dynamics of the changes seen in the same selected indicators over the course of the last few years. The results obtained in this way give hope for their successful development in the future and the multiplication of attitudes supporting both diversity and development, supporting innovation and creativity.
