In the current situation, organizations encourage Portfolios as they are easy to understand and highlight the student’s qualifications and experiences. The portfolio is a website-based application so it needs only a link to access. Resumes and CVs are in a form of Pdfs and Docs and take up a lot of memory space in the organization’s database. This old traditional way was breakout by the portfolio as it doesn’t require much space and is easy to access anywhere. A portfolio attains separate attention for the hiring process as recruiters need the information to be short and understandable. A portfolio can be customizable and contain different variety of styles to represent a person’s qualifications and experiences. Nowadays resume builder websites are also built with basic templates. We thought that we can also have this tradition in the portfolio. From this thought, we realized that this website helps the developers with the coding and has a well-professionalized interface and results, but to edit these portfolios according to their perspective, basic coding knowledge is required. This helps users can prepare their portfolios. These expressions can be obtained from the system's camera's live feed. In the area of computer vision (CV) and machine learning (ML), a lot of research is being done to train machines to recognize different human emotions or moods. Machine learning offers a variety of methods for detecting human emotions. A review of existing music systems revealed that many music applications rely on the user's past listening choices rather than recommending songs based on their current emotion. The goal of this project is to identify emotions in human faces using real-time data and to suggest songs according on those emotions. Music is a great unifier. It binds us despite our differences in ages, backgrounds, languages, interests and levels of income. Due to its accessibility and ability to be used alongside daily activities, travel, sports, and other activities, music players and other streaming apps are in high demand. Digital music has emerged as the main form of consumer content that many young people are looking for because to the quick growth of mobile networks and digital multimedia technology. Music is frequently used by people as a tool for mood control, specifically to improve mood, boost energy, or soothe tension. Additionally, listening to the correct music at the right moment can help with mental wellness. So, music and feelings in people are closely related. As a result, the proposed system is an interactive platform for suggesting music depending on user’s present emotional state. It can teach computers to perform complex tasks without any human intervention. Machine learning can analyze complex blocks of data. Machine learning enables entrepreneurs and businesses to quickly recognize potential business opportunities and risks. Businesses that rely solely on large amounts of data are using machine learning as the best way to analyze data and build models. Machine learning is not only considered as the backbone of artificial intelligence, but machine learning also plays a significant role in the development and advancement of artificial intelligence. Using algorithms to solve classification problems with different sets of parameters yields dramatically different classification accuracies. The machine learning challenge of finding the most appropriate parameter values for algorithms that best solve technical problems related to performance metrics. In this paper, the author discussed various types of machine learning such as supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement machine learning. The main emphasis is on supervised machine learning such as classification and regression using various machine learning algorithms such as Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor, Random Forest and SVM Classifier. The author explains all classification-based algorithms well with examples and diagrams. Secondary schools have a great role in preparing learners for career progression through the subjects they teach and career guidance. In order for any country to meet the ever increasing need for a STEM related workforce, more learners should be motivated to pursue careers in STEM. Educational Robotics have been recognized to be vital teaching tools for practical learning about STEM topics in general. However, not enough attention has been paid to the development of robotics activities and their suitability for integration in Physics and Mathematics subjects. In this study robotic activities are developed which expose learners to many opportunities of enriching learning of Physics and Mathematics. The activities developed were then implemented through a 3-day workshop held at Murang’a University of Technology in Kenya for students and teachers in Physics and Mathematics. The activities were developed in a systematic manner and adopted an Active learning model. In order to assess the suitability, relevance and the impact of the developed activities to learning of Physics and Mathematics, 192 form 2 students and 10 teachers from Kangema Sub-County, Murang’a County in Kenya were selected purposefully. A questionnaire and an interview schedule were used to collect data from students and teachers respectively. From analysis of the data collected it was concluded that the activities were suitable and made learning of Physics and Mathematics fun and consequently improved learners interest to the subjects and their participation in class. There has been an increasing shortage of caregivers for the aging populations. This has opened a market of USD 7 billion dollars in senior care alone. In a struggle to care for our elderly and capitalize from this industry in efficiency, this paper presents an empathetic robot that can make day-to-day activities hassle free. It is a voice assistant that can detect the emotion of the speaker and reply with contextual awareness to bridge the superstitious gap between the elderly and technology. It achieves this with multi-modal classification of emotion using audio and text. i) Machine learning model using Librosa to engineer features and Support vector classifier (SVC) , ii) BERT based model using transfer learning to categorize text. The robot can also set reminders for appointments and medicine intake to help with forgetfulness. The robot is customizable by a caregiver or loved one through the web application where details of any messages, reminders, descriptions of prescriptions could be entered. The robot comes with a pill dispenser that can rotate and dispense pills at the correct time and also notify the senior through the speaker. A raspberry pi is used to convert the speech to text and vice versa. The system dynamics is analysed in Hamilton Langevin formulation and it is shown that the magnon frequency shift due to Kerr nonlinearity is bistable with a upper and a lower branch of cavity magnon polaritons (CMP). Besides the elements described above, a few additional will be studied in subsequent subjects in this study. Before cleaning the data, support vector machine (SVM) algorithms, pandas, NumPy, and sci-kit-learn libraries are used to predict the patient's diagnosis and classify the data into various categories. The output contains two parameters: DIABETIC and NON-DIABETIC. This paper presents A frame work for sentiment analysis classification based on comparative study on different classification algorithms i.e., comparison between combinations of classification algorithms: Bayes, SVM, Decision Tree. We also examined the effect of using feature selection methods (statistical, wrapper, or embedded), ensemble methods (Bagging, Boosting, Stacking, or Vote), tuning parameters of methods (SVMAttributeEval, Stacking), and the effect of merging feature subsets selected by embedded method on the classification accuracy. Particularly, the results showed that accuracy depends on the feature selection method, ensemble methods, number of selected features, type of classifier, and tuning parameters of the algorithms used. A high accuracy of up to 99.85% was achieved by merging features of two embedded methods when using stacking ensemble method. Also, a high accuracy of 99.5% was achieved by tuning parameters in stacking method, and it reached 99.95% and 100% by tuning parameters in SVMAttributeEval method using statistical and machine learning approaches, respectively. Furthermore, tuning algorithms' parameters reduced the time needed to select feature subsets.
