Hungarian Method, developed by Harold Kuhn in 1955, is one of the most popular algorithms to solve the assignment problem since it is easy and practical. However, its easiness is restricting the form of iteration process which is quite complicated. A research about the effective and efficient new algorithm is needed. In this paper, we introduce a new concept for solving the assignment problem. The Interaction Theory has been developed since 1966. We developed the coefficient interaction formula and succeeded to be implemented to solving the hard problems in the exact way and giving more alternative optimal solutions with the same value. The algorithm is introduced in this paper along with several applications; including problem with more than one solution, unbalanced problem, and problem with incomplete data. The Interaction Theory gives a new hope as a new paradigm. The algorithm is simple yet effective and efficient to solve all kinds of assignment problems such as unbalanced assignment problem, and minimize and maximize objective. Our method generates striped color images by an iterative process using inverse line convergence index filter (ILCIF). The effectiveness of our method is investigated experimentally. Variations in the striped color image generated from the Lena image are obtained by varying the ILCIF parameters, and striped color images are also generated from several other photographic images to assess their visual effects. To do this, the problem will be discretized to construct the Half-Sweep finite difference approximation equation via the Caputo's time fractional derivative and implicit finite difference discretization scheme. Then a linear system will be generated by this Half-Sweep approximation equation. Next the resulting of the linear system has been solved using HSSOR iterative method in which its effectiveness will be compared with the existing Successive Over-Relaxation method (known as Full-Sweep Gauss-Seidel (FSSOR)). One example is include to examine the effectiveness the proposed method. Among the practical use of pitch tracking are: improved recognition, improved speech synthesis, and semantic disambiguation. A similar problem to pitch tracking when applied to music input signals, is note tracking, i.e. detecting all the notes in the perceived music. The general problem of music recognition seems to be beyond the techniques that have been accomplished by the advances in digital speech processing. A “real music” signal is composed of multiple sound from several instruments, and digitally separating the mix into individual channels/tracks is a hard problem to solve. The algorithm described in this paper assumes that the input signal is produced by a single source and further it focuses on monophonic sound, as opposed to polyphonic sound where two or more notes are played at the same time. The algorithm described below has been implemented on an Android device using proper building blocks (Activity and Service) that comply with the Android design guidelines to achieve the best performance. In addition to the standard Android libraries from the latest Android SDK, the application also relies on a third-party library for digital signal processing routines. The Android implementation of the algorithm has been tested using input sources from human voice and musical instruments. Using daily time series data, one is able to predict the trend with the help of simple moving average technique. Unfortunately, stock trend is also affected by many factors, one of which is daily news. Daily news, particularly financial news have a great role in deciding stock trend. Each news has a sentiment value classified into positive, negative, and neutral sentiment that directly affects whether the trend goes up or down. It will be useful to combine simple moving average and news classification to predict stock trend more responsively. This paper uses machine learning using artificial neural network to combine the two aspects. The experiment in this paper uses approximately one year's worth of stock data and financial news. Today, the price of spectrum analyzer is relatively expensive, leading universities and companies in need of such tools are generally able to provide in a limited amount. Based on these problems, the authors propose a client-server application that allows multiple users to simultaneously visualize measurements made by spectrum analyzer in real time with different parameters. This application is implemented in Java programming language that can be used in a wide range of platforms. After implementation and testing, this application can be used by more than one client at the same time and by using different parameters. Thus, this application can minimize the amount of spectrum analyzer required. In this study tried to propose the Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Arima and Moving Average (MA) to predict the condition of sale demand in cement manufacturing industry. The predicted months after the twenty two at the last months data and should be validated with the real two months data. The processes come from collecting sales real data from cement industry in aceh province. Analyzed the predicted condition and the mean square error (MSE), MAPE and SSE. Compared to the installed method in the factory should be also considered. Because many problems regarding the G2P conversion have been reported, we propose a novel two-stage model-based approach, which is implemented using an existing Weighted Finite-State Transducer-based G2P conversion framework, to improve the performance of the G2P conversion model. The first stage model is built for automatic conversion of word to phonemes, while the second stage model utilizes the input graphemes and output phonemes obtained from the first-stage to determine the best final output phoneme sequence. Additionally, we design new grapheme generation rules, which enable extra detail for the vowel graphemes appearing within a word.
