Army TIGER 체계에서는 지상, 해상, 공중의 모든 무기체계가 연결되어 전 영역의 전력이 통합된다. 이를 뒷받침하기 위해서는 저궤도위성통신망이 필수적이며, 미래 전장환경에서 저궤도위성통신에 대한 네트워크 트래픽 분석 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문의 목적은 육군 지능정보단의 데이터를 기반으로 기존 정보교환요구량(IER, Information Exchange Requirement)을 최신화하고, 이를 활용하여 저궤도위성통신의 정보유통능력을 제시하는 것이다.
