In the process, they are transitioning toward the use of continuous deployment practices. Continuous deployment enables companies to make hundreds or thousands of software changes to live computing infrastructure every day while maintaining service to millions of customers. Such ultra-fast changes create a new reality in software development. Over the past four years, the Continuous Deployment Summit, hosted at Facebook, Netflix, Google, and Twitter has been held. Representatives from companies like Cisco, Facebook, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Netflix, and Twitter have shared the triumphs and struggles of their transition to continuous deployment practices—each year the companies press on, getting ever faster. In this chapter, the authors share the common strategies and practices used by continuous deployment pioneers and adopted by newcomers as they transition and use continuous deployment practices at scale.","PeriodicalId":173264,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, and High Performance Computing","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130374087","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The traditional ways of presenting museum and heritage assets no longer, therefore, hold their attention and provide them with an exciting and dynamic visitor experience. There is considerable interest in the use of augmented reality to allow visitors to explore worlds that are not immediately accessible to them and relating them to the real worlds around them. These are very effective in providing much needed contextual information, but appear rather static when compared with multi-player games environments where players interact with each other and robotic characters (non-player characters) in real time. By fusing these technologies, the authors postulate a new type of conceptually-led environment (cyber museum) that fuses real (physical), virtual worlds and cyber-social spaces into a single dynamic environment that provides a unique experience of exploring both worlds simultaneously.","PeriodicalId":173264,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, and High Performance Computing","volume":"30 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131015869","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An automatic heart abnormality identification methods sense numerous abnormalities or arrhythmia and decrease the physician's pressure as well as share their workload. In ECG analysis, the main focus is to enhance degree of accuracy and include a number of heart diseases that can be classified. In this chapter, arrhythmia classification is proposed using hybrid features of T-wave in ECG. The classification system consists of majorly three phases, windowing technique, feature extraction, and classification. This classifier categorizes the normal and abnormal signals efficiently. The experimental analysis showed that the hybrid features arrhythmia classification performance of accuracy approximately 98.3%, specificity 98.0%, and sensitivity 98.6% using MIT-BIH database.","PeriodicalId":173264,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, and High Performance Computing","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121373676","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors implement deep-learning-based FER approaches that use deep networks to allow end-to-end learning. It focuses on developing a cutting-edge hybrid deep-learning approach that combines a convolutional neural network (CNN) for the prediction and a convolutional neural network (CNN) for the classification. This chapter proposes a new methodology to analyze and implement a model to predict facial expression from a sequence of images. Considering the linguistic and psychological contemplations, an intermediary symbolic illustration is developed. Using a large set of image sequences recognition of six facial expressions is demonstrated. This analysis can fill in as a manual to novices in the field of FER, giving essential information and an overall comprehension of the most recent best in class contemplates, just as to experienced analysts searching for beneficial bearings for future work.","PeriodicalId":173264,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, and High Performance Computing","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115435738","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
