Company size is a reflection of management's success in increasing company assets. Sales growth illustrates the company's success in expanding the marketing of its products. Company performance reflects its success in managing its finances well, proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). The analysis used in this research is panel data regression using secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website. The companies studied are coal sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during 2020-2022. This research is essential now when coal is experiencing a surge in demand after previously experiencing its lowest phase. Therefore, coal companies must be able to prepare their company performance well to maintain the sustainability of their company. The research results show that company size has an effect, while sales growth does not affect company performance. The coefficient of determination in this study was 68%, which shows the level of goodness of the model in explaining company performance. This research answers the challenges of fluctuations in the coal mining industry that may occur in the future and is a solution to the uncertainty of coal demand and supply in the world. This study aims to describe students' design thinking skills based on the level of creativity in class X Merdeka 8 SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. The subjects involved in this study were 36 students. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used are written tests, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the creativity level test, students are grouped into five levels, namely very creative, creative, quite creative, less creative and not creative. Each level of creativity is chosen by one student using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study show that students with a very creative and creative level are able to meet the five indicators of design thinking, namely emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Students with a creative level are able to meet 4 indicators, namely emphatize, define, ideate and prototype. The results showed that profit sharing depends on the magnitude of HI-1000 each month, so the magnitude of the revenue share continues to change every month. It is different from conventional banks, where profit sharing is very dependent on the interest rate agreed at the beginning. On the other hand, the distribution of an exceptional ratio is only given to deposit customers with a nominal value above IDR 100,000,000. XYZ faces several challenges in optimizing the distribution of dates, especially in terms of costs and delivery allocation. In the efficiency of the cost of distribution of dates, companies need to reduce operational costs associated with distribution activities. The research objective to be achieved is to analyze the minimum cost of distributing dates at PT. XYZ with the approach of transportation methods. The transportation methods used in this study are Vogel's Approximation Method, Least Cost, North-West Corner, and Stepping Stones. Vogel's Approximation Method, Least Cost, and North-West Corner are used to find the initial solution. While the Stepping Stones method is used to find the final solution. Data processing is carried out using Cbom-Atozmath and POM-QM to obtain fast, detailed, and accurate results. Data processing using the VAM (Vogel's Approximation Method) method results in a total date distribution cost of IDR 171,983,5100.00. Data processing using the NWC (North-West Corner) method resulted in a total date distribution cost of IDR 171,983,5100.00. Data processing using the LC (Least Cost) method resulted in a total date distribution cost of IDR 1,719,835,100.00. The results of calculations using the Cbom-Atozmath and POM-QM software also show the same results. The use of transportation methods to streamline the cost of distributing dates to the Company resulted in savings of Rp. 69,224,000.00. The total cost of distribution of dates by PT. XYZ before efficiency using the transportation method was Rp. 1,789,059,100. The total cost of distribution of dates by PT.
