In this study 5 wild mushroom samples were collected which belongs to different groups. Samples were isolated and observed the culture characteristics, during the growth of mycelia many biochemical changes are known to occur, as a result of which enzymes are secreted extracellularly to degrade the insoluble materials into the substrates. Primary screening of extracellular amylase and cellulose were carried out by plate culture method in the GYP media with soluble starch to test the amylase activity and for cellulase, CMC (Carboxymethyl cellulose) plate assay was used. All the mushroom cultures differ in context of extracellular enzymatic activity. The activity of amylase enzyme was substantially higher in all the mushroom cultures. In the screening of cellulase enzyme two cultures were observed as positive. Present study suggests the capacity of these wild mushrooms in the production of biotechnologically useful enzymes with great industrial importance. \u0000","PeriodicalId":17214,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Ravishankar University (PART-B)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82530865","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several studies were focused on perovskite solar cells based on Pb perovskite layer as lead provides strong absorption of photons and have high efficiency. However, the factor of toxicity, stability and ecological challenges of these devices is the main challenge to the progress in commercial production. In this, study and numerical modeling of perovskite solar cells using an alternative candidate which is tin as a perovskite material has been carried out. This later is investigated in order to overcome the toxicity, stability and ecological challenges effects on perovskite solar cells, as they exhibit similar photovoltaic performances as Pb-perovskite solar cells. Therefore, the effect of single and double absorbent i.e. CH3NH3SnI3 and CH3NH3SnBr3 and no Hole Transport Layer is studied and investigated to enhance the conversion efficiency of perovskite devices. The obtained simulation results illustrate that perovskite solar cells based on no HTL and double absorbent layer exhibit 21.3% of power conversion efficiency compared to that with other HTL materials. Thus, adding double absorbent layer in perovskite solar cell design possibly will be considered as novel designing for future Sn-perovskite solar cells. The numerical simulation was performed using 1DSolar Cell Capacitance Simulator (1D- SCAPS).","PeriodicalId":17214,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Ravishankar University (PART-B)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84581071","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The detection of the target chemical substance is based on the reaction of cyanide released from the hydrolysed product of cymoxanil with potassium iodide-potassium iodate to form a blue-coloured complex in the presence of starch solution. This complex is water-soluble and shows maximum absorbance at 580 nm. For this complex, Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 2-50 μg mL−1 with molar absorptivity 1.2×105 L mol-1cm-1 and Sandell’s sensitivity 1.0×10-3 µg cm-2. The reproducibility was assessed by carrying out seven days replicate analysis of a solution containing 10 µgmL-1 of cymoxanil in a final solution of a volume of 10 mL. The standard deviation and relative standard deviation for the absorbance value were found to be ± 2.9×10-3 and 1.6% respectively. The proposed method is free from the interference of other toxicants. Using control algorithms, the PV array can operate at the maximum power point. This self-optimization process is referred as Maximum power point tracking (MPPT). A maximum power point tracker (MPPT) is a power electronic DC-DC converter inserted between the PV array and its load to achieve optimum matching. Researchers have studied and developed numerous methods and used many algorithms to track the Maximum power point of PV Module and extract maximum power using MPPT technique. The purpose of the present research was to design a method for the colorimetric determination of L-cysteine. We have employed PVA capped gold nanoparticles (GNPs) as a probe. The as-synthesized GNPs were further characterized by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and Zeta potential analyser. The results show that the presence of L-cysteine caused the quenching of the surface plasmon resonance band of the GNPs at 524 nm. It was accompanied by the appearance of a new absorbance of a new absorbance band at 670 nm. The color of the colloidal GNPs changed from wine red to blue. The change in color of the GNPs was due to their aggregation induced by the presence of L-cysteine. Based on these observations, the as-synthesized GNPs were utilized to develop a novel colorimetric sensor for L-cysteine detection in food samples. Significantly, other biomolecules such as alanine, proline, phenylalanine, tryptophane, valine, arginine, glutamic acid, lysine and histidine did not cause any change in the color of the GNPs solutions.
