The actual period of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles to increase the probability of obtaining data about the object is determined. The comparison was carried out at an equal temperature, occupied volume and for a certain maximum temperature of electrical radio products. The results of computational modeling are presented, demonstrating a comparison of the characteristics of a single flat heat pipe with a system of sequentially located flat heat pipes. Ultimately, the studies carried out have determined the limiting values of the removed thermal power of a single heat pipe, two-level and three-level heat pipe systems with different heat carriers. Within the framework of the synthesis, a local quadratic quality functional is defined that allows taking into account the accuracy of the guidance of the strike fighter, which is aimed at the zone of possible launch of air-to-air missiles, the accuracy of maintaining the parameters of the combat order by the cover fighter relative to the strike fighter, the accuracy of maintaining the parameters of the combat order by the information support fighter relative to the cover fighter, and the cost-effectiveness of control signals. {"title":"Synthesis Method and Experimental Research of Ku-band Antennas Based on Tensorial Metasurfaces","authors":"K. They have a simple design, but a complex synthesis procedure. The synthesis procedure can be based on analysis of the properties of waves in periodic structures or on representing the antenna as a phase hologram. Due to the novelty of this type of antennas, researching of various synthesis methods, obtaining new experimental results and on their basis assessment of realistically achievable characteristics is of interest. The purpose of the work was an experimental research of antennas based on metasurfaces with tensorial surface impedance, synthesized according to the method proposed by the authors. To carry out the research, mathematical modeling, electrodynamic modeling, and nearfield measurements of antenna prototypes were used. As a result, it was experimentally confirmed that the proposed tensorial metasurface antennas synthesis method makes it possible to obtain antennas with a given radiation direction and polarization, which have an aperture efficiency of up to 50 %, a bandwidth of up to 8 %, and a cross-polarization level below minus 20 dB. The results of measurements are in a good agreement with the electrodynamic calculation and the parameters specified during the synthesis. Numerical estimates of the frequency distribution of correlation values between reference (reference) and current images in the infrared wavelength range at different times of the day are obtained. The actual time period of the day is determined for the creation and further use of reference (reference) images with the longest possible use time during the next day. Technical excellence, operational characteristics including conservation of heat energy, reliability and future maintenance are of prime consideration. Reliability of heat supply is evaluated by the number of network failures. Failure amount in district heating (DH) networks is enormous. It makes us pay attention to DH performance issues. It is sufficiency to rehabilitate only mostly outworn distribution lengths to reduce a failure rate and heat losses. The main mean is hydraulic pressure tests. The aim of the paper is data generalization and provision an overview of the subjects included in the project within certain DH system (e. g. Omsk's DH system). The article includes general information about this method. The process to prepare this paper was as follows: defining the scope of works for the study which was discussed and mutually agreed in meetings between the authors. Back-in-time pressure tests operation data analysis technique is chosen to receive a valid data. Then the study was started with collecting relevant data in written form, a background study, familiarizing to previous studies and reports made during the span of years. Its efficiency was analysed. Negative causes were given. Relevance of modernization of pressure tests perfomance was clarified during the state assessment as well as the development of the same option in the future.
