Wind climate is highly dependent on the terrain; the process of micrositing should not exclusively focus on the energy yield, but should also aim for the availability and safety of the wind turbine. The validation of micrositing is to double check to make sure that the 50-year extreme wind speed, mean wind speed, incline angle and turbulence intensity meet the wind turbines design requirements in the standards. However, it may easily result in instability due to resonance, which makes it difficult for stability control without damping. A voltage oriented control strategy under the dq synchronization reference frame is adopted based on the mathematical model of the three-phase inverter for wind power, and then the characteristics and performance of an LCL filter compared with the L filter are investigated in detail. At the same time, the design of the LCL filter and the influence of system stability with different damping are given. This system also realizes the dynamic interaction and multiple user authentications for the establishment and improvement of the Boa server. The client can remotely monitor the wind farm's electric parameters and environmental parameters in real-time through the browser. Thus, the probabilistic reserve constraints in the analytic expression can be introduced into the traditional unit commitment (UC) model by Gauss function fitting of the distributions of different generations considering wind power. Otherwise, in order to solve the UC problem with these reserve constraints efficiently, this paper presents an improved approach of modifying Lagrangian multipliers based on the concept of average cost in the unit decommitment (UD) method. In addition, the search range and economic indices of units are also improved. In the areas with rich wind energy and solar energy, directly using distributed wind power and solar power as a source for the oil pumping machine is an effective approach for saving energy and emission reduction. In the proposed distributed wind (solar)/grid complement system in this paper, wind (solar) power is connected to the grid but not integrated into it. It is without batteries, and has the priority to use 100% wind power and grid power replenishes automatically for continuous running of loads when wind (solar) power is not enough. It has a broad prospect in the application in oil pumping machines in anoilfield. The signals will be more complex when a fault occurs. Aiming at these problems, a fault diagnosis method for direct-drive wind turbine is presented based on back propagation neural network (BPNN). The time-domain feature parameters of vibration signals in the horizontal and vertical direction are considered in the method. Five experiments of direct-drive wind turbine with normal, wind wheel mass imbalance, wind wheel aerodynamic imbalance, yaw and blade break are carried out in laboratory scale. Through analyzing the features of five conditions, the time-domain feature parameters in horizontal and vertical direction of the vibration signal are selected as the input samples of BPNN. By training, the BPNN model can be constructed between feature parameters and fault types. The validity of the BPNN model is verified using test samples. The results indicate that the proposed method has higher diagnostic accuracy. This paper presents a practical procedure of fatigue load simulation for foundation design due to combined wind and wave loading in time domain. The distributions of mean wind speed and wind direction, as well as the wave height and wave period are taken into account. Correlation between wind and wave is considered by introducing the scatter diagram from oceanography. The harmony superposition method (HSM) is applied to simulate fully correlated random time series of wind velocity, from which aerodynamic loads can be obtained. The aerodynamic loads on the wind turbine rotor are determined using the blade element momentum method (BEM), which is computationally efficient but with good precision. The ocean wave model suggested by Longuet-Higgins is adopted, by which an irregular wave can be simulated based on the linear wave theory (Airy theory). Wave loads are finally generated by using the Morison equation. The offshore wind turbine tower is modeled as a discrete multi-degree-of-freedom system, with a lumped mass at the top of tower, representing the nacelle and blades. The bottom of the tower is connected to springs to introduce the effect of soil stiffness. The fatigue load spectrum is extracted by using the rain flow counting method. Through comparison with the capacity spectrum, the situation whether the design requirement is satisfied or not can be verified. Numerical examples are presented in the paper to demonstrate the feasibility of the current procedure. In this paper, finite element analysis of the tower is solved using ANSYS, and the natural frequencies and modes of the tower are presented. Application of large scale non-grid-connected wind power is one of the methods to multi-directional developing wind power. According to non-grid-connected wind power theory, non-grid-connected wind power can be applied to a series of high energy consumption industries.
