In the proposed model, purchase intention and word-of-mouth are indirectly affected by interactivity and engagement respectively in the hospitality industry, via the mediation of trust. Besides, the indirect effect of interactivity on purchase intention and engagement on word-of-mouth through trust will be stronger with higher brand loyalty than for those with lower brand loyalty. Empirical testing using a survey of 408 Taiwan consumers in hospitality and tourism confirms our hypothesised effects. The research took the form of an online survey, which produced two databases, one for journalists and one for readers. A variety of analysis techniques were applied, like exploratory factorial analysis and multiple regression. From the readers' perspective, three dimensions influence the use of the web for reading news: the practicality of the platform, the knowledge of the technology and external influence. For journalists, the use of language, the layout, the process of migration from the printed word to the internet, and the advantages over competitors are the determining factors for digital media becoming the primary source of income for traditional print media companies.","PeriodicalId":171228,"journal":{"name":"Int. This study applied provincial panel data in China to empirically research the influence of agricultural producer services on agricultural structure adjustment, income of farmers and agricultural production efficiency. Results indicate that agricultural information, science and technology promotion significantly promote agricultural development. But from regional perspective, results show that there are geographical differences in the roles of different types of agricultural production service industry playing. In major grain producing area, the agricultural production service industry is not a major role in optimising the agricultural structure, and financial and insurance services, agricultural technology extension services and agricultural sale services have play positive roles in increasing agricultural income and upgrading efficiency of agricultural production. The research team collected the data using semi-structural interviews of four supply chains from food, toy, automobile and pharmaceutical industries in China. Based on within- and cross-case analysis, six key components of SCQM (supply chain leadership on quality, internal quality integration, strategic supply chain design for quality, upstream quality management system, downstream quality management system and product recall system) were identified. Finally, a definition and its holistic framework of SCQM were proposed. Compared with the existing research, the components identified in this study were more comprehensive, and it can facilitate the operationalisation of the construct and help to develop a high quality measurement scale. The paper gives the dynamic capability measure, the concept definition of LSI, how it affects the ability to build dynamic growth performance LSI growth models, and make an empirical analysis. It also finalise the structural model that dynamic capabilities impact on LSI growth performance. Then, we construct the model of the effect of dynamic capability on the growth performance of LSI. In this paper, I take the mental health act as an intermediary variable to build the relationship model between psychological capital and job burnout to explore the impact that psychological capital has on job burnout. The research result shows that psychological capital is significantly negatively correlated with job burnout, and mental health plays mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and job burnout. The research result shows that mental health plays a critical role in the effectiveness between psychological capital and job burnout. According to 1,051 Chinese cross-border M&A transactions in the years 2000–2015 listed in BVD-Zephyr database, we find that culture distance, institution and tax are the three most significant factors: 1) Chinese firms are more likely to choose host country with close culture when conduct cross-border M&As. 2) Chinese firms tend to choose M&A method to enter countries that have stronger institutions. Among the six specific institution factors (control of corruption, government effectiveness, political stability, regulatory quality, rule of law, voice and accountability), Chinese firms care more about control of corruption, government effectiveness, political stability and regulatory quality. 3) Low-tax countries are more attractive to Chinese firm cross-border M&As.","PeriodicalId":171228,"journal":{"name":"Int. Research on this subject tends to centre around the foci of dual commitment while ignoring the dimensions of the commitment. Using latent profile analysis, the configurations of foci and mindsets of dual commitment were identified in a sample of 1,185 union members of Chinese non-state-owned enterprises to elucidate the interactions among the foci and dimensions of dual commitment. The results suggested that there are six distinct profiles: full commitment, EB-dominant, AC/NC-dominant, moderate commitment, CC-dominant, and non-committed. Employees who have high scores in one or more dimensions of company and/or union commitment have lower turnover intentions and exhibit more organisationally-directed citizenship behaviours than those who have low scores. The individually-directed citizenship behaviours of all profiles apart from the AC/NC-dominant profile are similar. This study examines the relationships among five LSSC sub-networks and the influence of LSSC networks to the LSI performance by empirical method. The result shows that the developing of social networks, logistics innovation networks and marketing networks have an significant impact on the growth of LSI; reputational networks have an indirect impact on the firm growth by means of marketing networks; and up to now, the development of logistics collaboration networks are not very good, so it has little impact on the growth performance of LSI.","PeriodicalId":171228,"journal":{"name":"Int. The empirical study shows that: 1) different dimensions of organisational learning have different effects on different dimensions of supply chain collaboration and service innovation performance; 2) supply chain collaboration acts as a mediator between knowledge absorption, knowledge integration, and service innovation performance, but it does not have a mediating effect on the relationship between learning intention and service innovation performance; 3) the positive relationship between knowledge integration and service innovation performance is stronger if the interpersonal trust is higher than it is low. But interpersonal trust does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between the other two dimensions of organisational learning (learning intention and knowledge absorption) and service innovation performance. The segmentation study in this paper gives some theoretical values and insights on research of supply chain collaboration, organisational learning and service innovation performance, and enriches the empirical research of these areas to some extent.","PeriodicalId":171228,"journal":{"name":"Int.
